I had taken admission in aaksh byjus for 11th and 12th std at the time of admission the counselor doesn't told me that I can't cancel admission and I will not get refund after 15 days . And I want to tell that in 15 days no-one can judge a class or teacher after doing class for 1 year now I want to cancel it and I called them many times it's over 2 week now they aren't responding to call and the mentor only tell us that they will not cancel the admission and wouldn't give us a refund but it's unfair because they had taken the money in advance of 2 years and now they are telling us that they will not refund what should we do we are not god we don't had any power that we can judge any class in 15 days but after it I realized it's not gonna good for me so decided to cancel and now they aren't refunding the amount now what should I do please tell me

    Respected Sir /Ma'am,

    Since I received a call from byju's for extending 1year IAS Course amounting Rs. 24000/ for which I had paid Rs 4000/
    as initial payment meanwhile they enrolled me for 2 years course period which results to Rs. 36000/which I was unable to pay. Having many discussions with team byju's for cancellation of extended course. The team recommend me to pay extra Rs 3000 (that is a sum of 7000Rs as down - payment of 2years course) only after then they will initiate the refund process.
    As mentioned above I am not willing to extend the IAS Course. So I requested you to refund me the amount of 7000Rs as soon as possible.

      I was asked to pay 18000 as deposit to be a member of byjus tutor so I did and then I was asked to pay more 21000 so I refused and asked for refund but they did not and disconnected the call...please help me get back my money...

            Hi Team,

            I have purchased Byju home 1:1 tutor service by paying the full fees at a go . Inspite of my repeated follow up and multiple calls i have not been provided the service which was promised. Instead i have been pushed to call different call centers and numbers . And now since i have not got the service what i have been promised to, i am asking for refund. They are deducting some amount and not giving 100% refund as promised by their marketing guy Mr, Sameer.
            Also they are deducting for some other Service which was not explained or told to us during the counselling session.

              For the last two weeks I am communicating with the counsellor in Muscat to get my materials, he keeps on promising to update me tomorrow. For him tomorrow means the next day again tomorrow. Tomorrow never comes.

              The school have been started three weeks before but still I am struggling to get the materials.

              At the time of registration last year, the counsellor promised me that the the full amount was 10th, 11th and 12th materials and also "Online" classes. Even when I see the receipt, it was mentioned like

              By seeing that, I thought that presently you have given only for 10th online classes schedule and when next year comes you will send the 11th grade online classes schedule. But now the counsellor called me and saying that you have to pay additionally 305 rials to attend 11th and 12th online classes.

              And also he said that "last year Byjus online classes are not efficient and that's why we brought Aakash online classes". In between the conversation, he disconnected his call. It is not the correct way to deal with the paid customers.

              Really I am totally fed up with your service and I have not expected this kind of false information from such high expected organization.

              Each and every "Rial" what we earned here is hard coming money leaving everything in India.
              Still we are agreed to pay such huge amount means to take care of our kids future but we did not get any benefit for the money.

              I hope you will understand my situation.

                I have enrolled for UKG for my son, but decided to cancel the course, now they are not accept my cancellation request and threatening that if you not agree my terms you are not getting any refund, and no one help you in byjus. His name Nishant and sr manager of cancellation department.

                  All the discussions Byjus sales team is doing at the time of taking money are false and no customer support team is working on any problems. They have only one statement to repeat i.e. " within 24hrs you will receive a call. And their 24 hrs are more than 3 months. No call since 3- 4 months we'll receive.

                  1. I was committed to have the package of 7 years, since class 4 till class 10th.

                  2. I was committed hard copy of books every year. I am following up for books from last 1 month and now they are saying they do not give any hard copy.

                  Horrible experience. Suggesting do not go with their false promises.

                  Requesting for arranging the delivery of hard copy books.

                  And the customer support team should call us whenever the child have some academic issues.

                    I have subscribed byjus premium course for my Daughter Miss Anshika Lodhi for 2 year (std.4 & 5) . Then I have cancelled the subscription as per Byjus terms and conditions which is told by their counselor or mentioned in website byjus. I.e. if cancelled within 15 days from orientation byjus refund 100% amount. But they return to me partial amount.
                    Retain my 10000/- for product of byjus learning station and they can not take back product alongside my amount not return.

                      All the discussions Byjus sales team is doing at the time of taking money is false.

                      1. I was committed package of 5 years but post payment the final order summary was given for 3 years.

                      2. I was committed hard copy of books every year. I am following up for books from last 1 month and now they are saying they do not give any hard copy.

                        So many times I put the mails to Byju's. No one respond properly. They want to sold out there product only .that time they respond only. when the order was sold out. they can't here customer problems. They don't respond calls also. i asked to cancellation of my order but no body respond. What they are doing in Byju's company.

                          Sir I bought online course for my daughter up to may 2025 but they classes regularly run up to 25 March 2023 afte this date no any class run in her tablet (given from byju's) and all customer care are not taking any response and not giving me any support. I have loss 86000/- and my daughter loss her valuable one month of her study

                            I call many times to call the byjus helpline number like customer helpline number, Cancellation & refund department number and mentor helpline number.

                            I have call more than 20+ times.But I have get only one answer that "we unable to find your Order details and wait for call of concerned department.I have set up your issue on priority basis. you will get callback in 24-48 hour".But never any single call comeback from that side.

                            I also send many mails regarding my issue but no satisfactory answer.Only answer I get that "Concerned department will call back in 24-48 Hour".

                            My issue:-

                            I purchased the course from byjus counselor name as a sibling course for me and my sister.

                            Offline tablet course

                            Course details:- Class 9 to12 Class 11 to12 PCM

                            During purchased time Counselor told that If after giving class 10 she wanted to take Bio. Then we will provide you Bio course in exchange but by default, we are sending a math course right now.

                            As I tried my many time to contact with your helpline number but I wasn't able to reach you .Always when I call they telling that you will get callback in 15 minutes or 24-48 hour. But I not received any callback. I since tried over 30+ call in recent days.

                            So, I request you to please go through my Issue and please send our bio Course SD card ASAP. Now CBSE class 10 exams are also over so now new classes of 11 are opening next week.

                              2 months back I cancle the Byju's course according to company rules. But, the company not cancle the course and they are demanding full course fee. They are abusing me and they are torturing me mentally a lot . I am getting rebukes from everyone because of Byju's and it's employees only. I will get suicide, Byju's is only reason for my suicide.

                                  I took this course for my daughter where she is in class 7 and the councillor(Deepanshu) who sold this told we can cancel this subscription within 30 days but now when we want to cancel, they are saying that you can cancel it only within the 15 days of trial.

                                  But i requested for the cancellation on 3rd April only by calling their customer care and asked whether request will be raised, they said yes but didn't get such request number for the same.

                                  Called again on 4th for the same and when i asked that person, they gave this request number 45387451 which is not exist bust shared with me(first lie/false information).Tried number of times to find the update...on 8th/9th april, one senior mentor/Manager called on this and she said wanted to talk to child (to convince her).

                                  I said ok and my child spoke to her and after that discussion my child still not showing any interest. so aksed the lady to take a request for the canclelation on 12th April and she said ok and happy to cancel, concerned team will be call you in nex 24 hours but nobody till 16th(today).

                                  Meanwhile i was searching the net for this process and came to know we need to send a mail to [protected]@byjus.com. so dropped a mail on 15th(yesterday).

                                  But today(16th April), same lady Chaitra called me and saying we can't cancel as it is more than 15 days, which is completely not acceptable as i am in touch with them since 3rd April and no body told about this and even she didn't told me to send mail for the cancellation.

                                  And she saying we already shared PDF for the terms and conditions, but no where i can see them.

                                  So Byjus, please refund my money asap and close this request. Don't waste time on this. Otherwise i will take all neccessary steps on the same.

                                  Byjus, it's my humble request please don't play with our money it's out parents income and they will invest on the goodness o[censored]s. But when we don't want just simply return it. Don't give your terms and conditions now and simply take this product back.
