I have taken a taken a tablet for my child to study from it due to some reason his tablet was broken and that year only I talked to his Byjus Mentor. he said It will we Replaced after 1 year i didn't get the tablet.

    Firstly byjus sales person told that i can cancel the product within 15 days if I'm not satisfied and just to use it for 15 days. I have informed the team before trial period is over. They also told me that product will be cancelled. But it's been a month I have called them so many times they just that I'll get call back soon but there is no response. Now that emi payment is tomorrow they told me that they can't cancel the product. She told that only she can resolve that issue and she will not do that. She was being rude.
    I have the right to get a full refund. I have paid 10, 000 as down payment and i have informed before 15 days. I will take a legal action and fight till end. I hope this issue gets resolved immediately.

      Hello Team,
      As I have paid 500 for my admission then I pay 46, 500/- through credit card EMI for UPSC(IAS) course I’m not able to continue it, due to time management or family issue I will not be able to continue the course for 8 month I have paid this amount I would like to refund now. Kindly help me with it please, it’s an emergency. As I take the admission on 17th feb and I cancelled the course on 23rd feb through email on [protected]@byjus.com and [protected]@byjus.com as for further communication and the earlier mentioned, they said that our senior manager is going to connect me after 24 to 48 hours but I did not receive response from their side its been already 9 days completed and I want my refund amount please help me out, please respose me as soon as possible.

            I have purchased their Byju's classroom program in 2021. They provided me a Tablet, which was not completely accessible by me. In December 2022, subscription is over and I asked them to unlock the Tablet. I called them in Jan 2023, Feb 2023 and Today. But still they are not giving me the password or unlocking the Tablet.

            Once I submitted a complaint, but they ticked it as resolved without doing anything....

                I bought a 3 yr course for class 10th 11th and 12th on the promise of offline classes in class 11th now i am being told to take admission in aakash offline center separately as well as told to pay the online fee too when i asked for a refund i am being told that i am past the 15 days refund period

                  Cancellation of Byjus product SO-[protected] which we purchased for our daughter Aditi Parihar.

                  As discussed I have spoken to your customer care number of times including Senior Manager Mohini of your Bengaluru Office for cancellation of my subscription within 15 days of your product delivery. Accordingly based on my complaint for cancellation Request ID: 37553062 was generated.

                  Byju has confirmed initiation of refund and confirmed bank details by transferring Rs1 to my account on 07/09/2022, they assured Rs.67205/- they will transfer within 10-15 days… till now I have not received any amount from their side.

                  Helpline is of no use as every executive keeps telling he can’t do anything.

                  Fed up with the Byju’s after sales service

                    Byjus product SO-[protected] which we purchased for our daughter Aditi Parihar.

                    I have spoken to their customer care number of times including Senior Manager Mohini of Bengaluru Office for cancellation of my subscription within 15 days of your product delivery. Accordingly based on my complaint for cancellation Request ID: 37553062 was generated.
                    Byju has initiated refund, for bank detail confirmation they has transferred 1 rs to my account on 07/09/2022 and assure that they will transfer rest Rs. 67205 within 10-15 days, it’s been 6 months already gone but I have yet not received any amount from their side. Every time whenever I call customer service their fixed answer is we will arrange call back and within 24-48 hrs u will receive a call from us.. however they don’t call

                    Their Helpline is of no use as every executive keeps telling he can’t do anything & I will get a call back from cancellation team which has never materialised till now.

                    Fed up with the Byju’s after sales service,

                      I purchased UPSC Course from Byjus on 29th Nov 2022. I want to cancel my subscription. I have paid Rs 5000 as charge fee for processing the cancellation case. After that daily i am trying to contact senior for cancellation but no one reply. No mail reply. on 07 Dec EMI of Rs. 7083 also debited from my account. BYJUS cheats people it fake business. Request cancelled my subscription and amount of EMI to be refunded. Thereafter i am trying to call daily for update on my cancellation case. but no one reply of response i have wrote so many mail but action, they told me that no EMI will be debited from your account as we are processing the case for cancellation. On 7 Dec Rs. 7083 was debited towards EMI i am socked how it can be happened, but i came to know that BYJUS cheats me and not cancelled my course. I am in deep sorrow.

                            Hello my name is Nilesh Bhaisare and i have purchase 2 teacher course for 9th class and 10th class with total of 43000 for my brother and i he had done classes for 2 months but later he is not comfortable with it, so we decide to cancel it and then i had send an email to byjus that we want to cancel the course but the costumer care said that it is not possible to cancel the subscription they are saying that you should have read the contract. so i stop the payment for this month because byjus didnt cancel my subscription and had actually taken the screenshot of the policy and i didnt find the cancelation word. i also seen the cancellation policy which is on the official website of byjus that it exists.
                            I dont want to make any issues with Byjus and myself i Just have to cancel my subscription not because byjus is not good but because of the child interest in it. i dont want any refund the only thing i want is to cancel the subscription and if there is any charges then i will also take notice of that
                            I hope Byjus will do this and i will co operate

                              After receiving countless calls from BYJU'S I decided to appear for their National Scholarship Test and then I received calls from 2-3 different salesperson brainwashing me how I would miss out on a great opportunity if I did not join their course. Moreover they would say that this offer is valid till today. And I decided to join their course on 18th October. The tab which was supposed to be delivered in 2-3days got delivered after 15 days and the books took a month to be delivered. And when I called up their mentors they said the classes will be from December 13th.
                              I have been trying to cancel the course and everytime they give me a ticket no. assuring me of solving my problem. And then some days later someone from their team will call and say you can't cancel it. If I have financial issues and I feel your course isn't what I expected, I definitely should be able to cancel the course. M not asking you for refund or anything just cancel the enrollment.
                              After seeing countless complaints here i feel it's like my biggest mistake of taking the course.
                              Please just cancel my course as I even mentioned in mails and messages I won't beable to continue owing to my financial issues.

                                I have taken btlp course of byjus IAS. It's validity ends in December 2023. But now itself it is showing SD card is missing and error code 2002. But SD card is within it. I tried to call byjus mentors. But I didn't get a solution

                                  BYJU's Tablet

                                  I was a student of Byjus IAS 2022 program BHLP 2022. I paid all my subscription fees for this course. They provided my books and a tablet also. Tablet was locked by Byju's with an application scalefusion.

                                  My Byju's subscription is expired inDecember 2022. After that I requested them to unlock the tablet, so that I will get complete control over that tablet. I called their Costumer care number, I emailed them.

                                  I had registered on byjus app. After that they start calling me about my preperation. Then they told me they give free counselling but in the counseling they forced to register the course. I paid 7000₹. But after that i searched on YouTube is that course good, i came to know that it is a scam. They i called for i didn't want to register. But they forced and called me again and again. Just see the course content. Then I did full process. After that i put a mail within period of cancellation. But now they blocked me and didn't responding me. I tried daily on helpline number but they are just student. They can't tell anything.
                                  Now it is totally a scam. Also my 1st EMI deducted from my account.
                                  I belong to a poor family.
                                  Please help me.

                                    After prolonged discussion with Mr, Chandan(mob:[protected]), Mr. Devaraju &
                                    finally with Mr.Rohan (Mob:[protected]), I have paid fee of Rs.52, 000/-
                                    (Rs.7000 - Registration fee + 45000-Tab, books & material fee) on
                                    28/01/2023 towards offline Akash Byjus (recorded version) classes for My
                                    son Dhanush Nagaraju.

                                    As per the discussion over telephone with Mr. Rohan & Mr. Devaraju, Rs.
                                    52000/- amount includes Samsung or Lenovo new Tab.

                                    With the continued follow up with Mr Rohan he said that Tab will be shipped
                                    from New Delhi & it will reach you by Monday evening.

                                    Since day one I have been calling Mr. Rohan, & he is promising that it will
                                    be delivered Monday positively. Till date I have not received it.

                                    Meanwhile the SD card is not operating properly in (small screen) mobile.

                                    And at the same time, the assigned mentor is not able to contact
                                    immediately for any clarification, I have to go through customer care no.

                                    In view of all the above, here I request you to cancel my subscription.
                                    offline (recorded version) class from Akash bysjus for my son Dhanush
                                    Nagaraju class and refund the amount.

                                    Pl see the attachments & Audio with Mr Rohan, for your reference please.
