I purchased UPSC Course from Byjus on 29th Nov 2022. I want to cancel my subscription. I have paid Rs 5000 as charge fee for processing the cancellation case. After that daily i am trying to contact senior for cancellation but no one reply. No mail reply. on 07 Dec EMI of Rs. 7083 also debited from my account. BYJUS cheats people it fake business. Request cancelled my subscription and amount of EMI to be refunded. Thereafter i am trying to call daily for update on my cancellation case. but no one reply of response i have wrote so many mail but action, they told me that no EMI will be debited from your account as we are processing the case for cancellation. On 7 Dec Rs. 7083 was debited towards EMI i am socked how it can be happened, but i came to know that BYJUS cheats me and not cancelled my course. I am in deep sorrow.

      I have enrolled for the Ias Tablet Course ON 15.02.2023. I am satisfied with the product so i am opting for cancellation. I registered for cancellation through their official cancellation with 4 days of date registered. But no response. So i request you to cancel the order as soon as possible. Thanking you.

        Hello my name is Nilesh Bhaisare and i have purchase 2 teacher course for 9th class and 10th class with total of 43000 for my brother and i he had done classes for 2 months but later he is not comfortable with it, so we decide to cancel it and then i had send an email to byjus that we want to cancel the course but the costumer care said that it is not possible to cancel the subscription they are saying that you should have read the contract. so i stop the payment for this month because byjus didnt cancel my subscription and had actually taken the screenshot of the policy and i didnt find the cancelation word. i also seen the cancellation policy which is on the official website of byjus that it exists.
        I dont want to make any issues with Byjus and myself i Just have to cancel my subscription not because byjus is not good but because of the child interest in it. i dont want any refund the only thing i want is to cancel the subscription and if there is any charges then i will also take notice of that
        I hope Byjus will do this and i will co operate

          After receiving countless calls from BYJU'S I decided to appear for their National Scholarship Test and then I received calls from 2-3 different salesperson brainwashing me how I would miss out on a great opportunity if I did not join their course. Moreover they would say that this offer is valid till today. And I decided to join their course on 18th October. The tab which was supposed to be delivered in 2-3days got delivered after 15 days and the books took a month to be delivered. And when I called up their mentors they said the classes will be from December 13th.
          I have been trying to cancel the course and everytime they give me a ticket no. assuring me of solving my problem. And then some days later someone from their team will call and say you can't cancel it. If I have financial issues and I feel your course isn't what I expected, I definitely should be able to cancel the course. M not asking you for refund or anything just cancel the enrollment.
          After seeing countless complaints here i feel it's like my biggest mistake of taking the course.
          Please just cancel my course as I even mentioned in mails and messages I won't beable to continue owing to my financial issues.

            I have taken btlp course of byjus IAS. It's validity ends in December 2023. But now itself it is showing SD card is missing and error code 2002. But SD card is within it. I tried to call byjus mentors. But I didn't get a solution

              BYJU's Tablet

              I was a student of Byjus IAS 2022 program BHLP 2022. I paid all my subscription fees for this course. They provided my books and a tablet also. Tablet was locked by Byju's with an application scalefusion.

              My Byju's subscription is expired inDecember 2022. After that I requested them to unlock the tablet, so that I will get complete control over that tablet. I called their Costumer care number, I emailed them.

              I had registered on byjus app. After that they start calling me about my preperation. Then they told me they give free counselling but in the counseling they forced to register the course. I paid 7000₹. But after that i searched on YouTube is that course good, i came to know that it is a scam. They i called for i didn't want to register. But they forced and called me again and again. Just see the course content. Then I did full process. After that i put a mail within period of cancellation. But now they blocked me and didn't responding me. I tried daily on helpline number but they are just student. They can't tell anything.
              Now it is totally a scam. Also my 1st EMI deducted from my account.
              I belong to a poor family.
              Please help me.

                Sir/Madam,

                After prolonged discussion with Mr, Chandan(mob:[protected]), Mr. Devaraju &
                finally with Mr.Rohan (Mob:[protected]), I have paid fee of Rs.52, 000/-
                (Rs.7000 - Registration fee + 45000-Tab, books & material fee) on
                28/01/2023 towards offline Akash Byjus (recorded version) classes for My
                son Dhanush Nagaraju.

                As per the discussion over telephone with Mr. Rohan & Mr. Devaraju, Rs.
                52000/- amount includes Samsung or Lenovo new Tab.

                With the continued follow up with Mr Rohan he said that Tab will be shipped
                from New Delhi & it will reach you by Monday evening.

                Since day one I have been calling Mr. Rohan, & he is promising that it will
                be delivered Monday positively. Till date I have not received it.

                Meanwhile the SD card is not operating properly in (small screen) mobile.

                And at the same time, the assigned mentor is not able to contact
                immediately for any clarification, I have to go through customer care no.

                In view of all the above, here I request you to cancel my subscription.

                    I was purchased the product two months back till date mentor or sales person will not contact for us. I send the mail for byjus support team or byjus cancelation team for canceled ias hindi course, i don't want above product because no body will responding.

                          Pls refer to our emails since Oct'22 we are asking to discontinue the courier of our ward and stop deducting EMI amount Rs. 1971/- per month. Now we are forced to go to consumer forums against the stupide response from your end. We would request consumer forums to claim you for the refund of all debited amounts till the case resolves. We would request them too, to charge upon you for the harassments, doing with us. Rest assured, our next step is going to refund our all deducted amount from our account with interest and harassments done by you stupide people.

                            Counsellors and support team told me cancellation can be done within 24 hours. They told me that the Senior team manager will contact me within 24 hours. I did not get a call from your side. Now 24 hours are over. Please check recorded Zoom meeting how politely and decent mannered counsellors talking while selling, Now I have a hard time to get any response from your side. If Byju's working culture is like this, how can I think about future courses? Customer relationships must be important and ethics professionalism must be followed. In Byju's norms also It is mentioned within 24 hours’ cancellation and refund can be done (please find the attachments). I have given a cancellation request within three hours. I strongly say that, don’t send any product to my address. I will not receive the same. I am also insisting that cancellation must be done immediately without delay. Please cancel my order and refund the amount. Please do the needful at the earliest.

                              I had raised a request for cancellation of plan for my child taken on August 2022. I had tried cancelling it on November also but then their mentors did not accept and now again i have raised tha request hence now they are asking rs 28000 more in addition to 33000 which i have already paid. My child has hardly taken 2 months classes that too irregular classes. She has been in boarding since october. the cancellation charges they are asking is unnecessarily high

                                I have subscribed a plan from byju and have called so many times to the customer care for cancelling the plan. neither they are responding nor cancelling my plan. some days before they called me and said we are not going to cancel your subscription do whatever you want .what is this behavior acceptable by them. we are the customer of them so if they are not able to solve our issue why they will sit over there.

                                  Dear team

                                  We enrolled our services in the month of October 2022 in Byjus classes, upon joining we paid 10, 000 via gpay in advance. However found the learning method was not suitable for my son as they mostly provide online classes, Too much screen time and there are a lot of children in one batch. Hence, Lack of personal interaction.
                                  With zero satisfaction I closed after 2nd month and discontinued availing the services provided by Byjus in mid of December 2022, also in between I verbally complained so many times in institute, Hence no satisfactory solution was provided to me and in the end I decided and submitted cancellation/refund form on 3th of January 2023.
                                  However, to date 2nd February 2023, Byjus team is following for classes and payments.
                                  I have spoken to Bangalore team regarding the same twice and the solution that they have to offer is to pay more even if I refuse to do so.
                                  I fail to understand when I requested for cancellation for the course, what are they going to achieve by such a forceful way of asking for the remaining payments.
                                  I regret to inform that byjus have completely ignored the fact that their customers are facing problems because of them but all they care about is the remaining amount that they want me to pay.

                                  To resolve the problem, as I’m not taking any services from them I requested refund for the same.
                                  Byjus is continuously sending me payment requests which is effecting my cibil and upon every request my bank is charging me money as penalty. Therefore I request them to give me my refund including the penalty amount my bank is charging me.
                                  This is unfair as why should I pay any kind of penalty anywhere.
                                  It is mentally stressful for me and my son.
                                  I’m awaiting for their response as I’ve been waiting for their calls for so many days now.
                                  Bank is continuously calling me regarding EMI.
                                  They have not even cancelled the course and I’m still getting mails for classes.
                                  Requesting you to please help me in this and help me get refund from byjus.
                                  I am enclosing copy of my cancellation/refund form and screenshots of mails from byjus for classes.

                                    We returned the tab on 17/04/2022

                                    The initial fee of Rs 5000 was received by Byjus representative Madhusudana K C and the loan was initiated on 03-apr-2022. The loan of Rs 30000 was approved on 06-apr-2022.

                                    How can the loan be processed before the trial period of 15 days which was offered? The trial started on 13-apr-2022 whereas the loan was processed on 03-apr-2022.

                                    This student belongs to the low income group. His father is a daily wage labourer. How could such people be targets for this deception. I don't know if it's your fault or the representative's fault.

                                    It seems that although the tab was returned on 17-apr-2022 itself the course has not been cancelled till date and he has not been refunded and adding to all this his account is being debited for the loan EMI. This is unacceptable and unethical.

                                    These are the primary causes for Byjus downfall. You can start fixing these things one case at a time.
