Pls refer to our emails since Oct'22 we are asking to discontinue the courier of our ward and stop deducting EMI amount Rs. 1971/- per month. Now we are forced to go to consumer forums against the stupide response from your end. We would request consumer forums to claim you for the refund of all debited amounts till the case resolves. We would request them too, to charge upon you for the harassments, doing with us. Rest assured, our next step is going to refund our all deducted amount from our account with interest and harassments done by you stupide people.

    With reference to the above, I have given the cancellation and refund request on my purchase (over phone, via email, via Byju's online forum). Details are as follows:

    Date & Time for cancellation request made: 03-Feb-2023 & 20.41 hours

    Counsellors and support team told me cancellation can be done within 24 hours. They told me that the Senior team manager will contact me within 24 hours. I did not get a call from your side. Now 24 hours are over. Please check recorded Zoom meeting how politely and decent mannered counsellors talking while selling, Now I have a hard time to get any response from your side. If Byju's working culture is like this, how can I think about future courses? Customer relationships must be important and ethics professionalism must be followed. In Byju's norms also It is mentioned within 24 hours’ cancellation and refund can be done (please find the attachments). I have given a cancellation request within three hours. I strongly say that, don’t send any product to my address. I will not receive the same. I am also insisting that cancellation must be done immediately without delay. Please cancel my order and refund the amount. Please do the needful at the earliest.

      I had raised a request for cancellation of plan for my child taken on August 2022. I had tried cancelling it on November also but then their mentors did not accept and now again i have raised tha request hence now they are asking rs 28000 more in addition to 33000 which i have already paid. My child has hardly taken 2 months classes that too irregular classes. She has been in boarding since october. the cancellation charges they are asking is unnecessarily high

        I have subscribed a plan from byju and have called so many times to the customer care for cancelling the plan. neither they are responding nor cancelling my plan. some days before they called me and said we are not going to cancel your subscription do whatever you want .what is this behavior acceptable by them. we are the customer of them so if they are not able to solve our issue why they will sit over there.

          Dear team

          We enrolled our services in the month of October 2022 in Byjus classes, upon joining we paid 10, 000 via gpay in advance. However found the learning method was not suitable for my son as they mostly provide online classes, Too much screen time and there are a lot of children in one batch. Hence, Lack of personal interaction.
          With zero satisfaction I closed after 2nd month and discontinued availing the services provided by Byjus in mid of December 2022, also in between I verbally complained so many times in institute, Hence no satisfactory solution was provided to me and in the end I decided and submitted cancellation/refund form on 3th of January 2023.
          However, to date 2nd February 2023, Byjus team is following for classes and payments.
          I have spoken to Bangalore team regarding the same twice and the solution that they have to offer is to pay more even if I refuse to do so.
          I fail to understand when I requested for cancellation for the course, what are they going to achieve by such a forceful way of asking for the remaining payments.
          I regret to inform that byjus have completely ignored the fact that their customers are facing problems because of them but all they care about is the remaining amount that they want me to pay.

          To resolve the problem, as I’m not taking any services from them I requested refund for the same.
          Byjus is continuously sending me payment requests which is effecting my cibil and upon every request my bank is charging me money as penalty. Therefore I request them to give me my refund including the penalty amount my bank is charging me.
          This is unfair as why should I pay any kind of penalty anywhere.
          It is mentally stressful for me and my son.
          I’m awaiting for their response as I’ve been waiting for their calls for so many days now.
          Bank is continuously calling me regarding EMI.
          They have not even cancelled the course and I’m still getting mails for classes.
          Requesting you to please help me in this and help me get refund from byjus.
          I am enclosing copy of my cancellation/refund form and screenshots of mails from byjus for classes.

            Started attending on at 13/04/2022
            We returned the tab on 17/04/2022

            The initial fee of Rs 5000 was received by Byjus representative Madhusudana K C and the loan was initiated on 03-apr-2022. The loan of Rs 30000 was approved on 06-apr-2022.

            How can the loan be processed before the trial period of 15 days which was offered? The trial started on 13-apr-2022 whereas the loan was processed on 03-apr-2022.

            This student belongs to the low income group. His father is a daily wage labourer. How could such people be targets for this deception. I don't know if it's your fault or the representative's fault.

            It seems that although the tab was returned on 17-apr-2022 itself the course has not been cancelled till date and he has not been refunded and adding to all this his account is being debited for the loan EMI. This is unacceptable and unethical.

            These are the primary causes for Byjus downfall. You can start fixing these things one case at a time.

                I bought a course on 26 December and the product got delivered on 3rd January approximately. According to their refund policy I was suppose it to get full refund if I cancel the same course before 14 days of the delivery date of product. And I did cancel on January 10 and finally it got officially accepted as you can see in the attached documents. I was told that on January 11 the refund has been initiated but since then I have no such update or credit balance in my back account. Although I got the loan cancellation mail but the down payment of[protected]+3000) rupees which I have done has still not been refunded to me.

                Now they are giving lame excuse to return the device so that they will refund me but for that I have seen many cases on the Twitter where the customers have sent the device and sent them courier tracking details of same also but still they have not refunded them. Although I talk to some senior manager from there team and she assured me that in a few days I will be getting the refund reference details like transaction details and all then after I am supposed to send them the device.

                I hope you get the sufficient details in the above paragraphs and if you need for the assistant regarding the same you can text me back.

                  We've been trying to contact byjus from past few days but they're not showing any sought of response..we just want to cancel our order..and cancelling is only possible within 14. Days we just have 2 days left..when we call to the customer care they said we will be getting cancellation call within 74 hrs..we didn't get any call!!!..I request to pls solve our problem as quickly as possible as we have only 2 days time left

                    Respected Madam /Sir,

                    I, Mr Anil Kumar Jangir father of Mr Amit kumar residing at Qtr No 106/01, Milkha Singh colony, Trimulgherry, Secunderabad PIN 500015 who is an active subscriber of your Class 9 to 12 Byjus online class learning subscription kit received on 19 Jan 2023. Subscription in trial period I would like to discontinue from all of its services by this month with immediate effect.

                    The sole reason for this particular discontinuation is that My ward requires all subjects to study but byju is just offering maths and science. Your executive had confirmed us that the left out subjects will also be active within a month which is completely a false statement. The other reason is that the content loaded in the tab is quiet different from the syllabus of school which we are finding difficult and confusing. It was asked at the time of demo itself. And the executive had said that it will be same as in real sequence in accordance of the syllabus in the books issued by the school. I would no longer require the services provided by byjus I am hereby requesting for the refund of the amount which we have already paid to avail the services. Kindly guide us about the procedure to return the kit that was received.

                    I request you to send me a letter of acknowledgment for the cancellation of my subscription. If there are any further notifications, I can be contacted via email at this email address.

                      I have sent many mails and had conversation through phone regarding cancellation of my son's byjus (1-4 std) course. But they have deducted the emi for four months. After the purchase of product there is no communication from the mentor. I need to cancel the course and get refunded...

                            Hi, I have so much regret towards Byjus.
                            Earlier in 2019 I was so eager to find a path in foreign education and Byjus sales team came to my college and brainwashed me to join the classes and take their membership.
                            I paid total of Rs.65, 000 for GRE classes and profile building. I received a tab that doesn’t work properly with 15 videos related to GRE and profile building is a complete scam that one lady used to call every 2 week to ask to do resume, and some certifications and just 10 minutes talk. What a waste it was. After 3 months everything stopped without doing nothing and my parents money totally wasted.

                            I’m seeking refund of Rs.65000 and a defamation lawsuit of Rs.50000 against Byjus for scamming innocent students and forcing them to take their products and brainwashing them or taking advantage of them.

                              My name is praveen, i am working a small retail company, i was bought byjus service for kid, last few month i am struggling to pay monthly payment, and my boy also not interesting to attend the class . because he is not understanding syllabus properly, now i want to cancel the service, but i am getting call from byjus team, saying you cant cancel and you should pay the payment on every month. now my financial condition is too critical and wife also lost her job, last 3month she is also struggling get new job,

                                This is Jatin Kumar Mauresh from Aligarh Uttar Pradesh. I am purchased the CAT Course on Byju. Now I'm discontinue the course due to financial issue and byjus Registration teams ask me if you discontinue the course or other issues within 15 days from delivery. Your course will cancellation and refund your all money on account within 10 days but I called you byjus refund team he asked me never refund your money only cancel the loan...
                                And I called 40times but no positive response
                                Please help me I am very upset please refund my money please 🙏

                                  I have resigned from Byju's and my last working day was 1st Sept 2022. I have also served notice period of 30 days. But still my fnf settlement is not complete. I still haven't received my incentives which I was eligible. I'm following up through mail since 4 months and they say it will be done but its still not done. The last promised date was 10th January to 16th January 2023 but still I haven't received single penny. And now they have stopped responding to my mails. It was my hard earned money. My TNL_21892184. As per Byjus team informed me, within 14 days I can cancel the order if you don't want interest. But they are not cancelling my order and delaying time for discussion with mentors.

                                        We enrolled our services in the month of Aug 2022 in Byjus classes, however found the learning method was not suitable for my daughter and discontinued classes after 1st month's completion ie 1st of Sept 2022, of course, we paid 1st installment.

                                        Byjus coordinator assured same that you can discontinue if not satisfied after 1 month, trial was like paying for a one-month private tuition fee.. We DID

                                        However, to date 14th Jan 2023, Byjus team is following for classes and payments, do they have any logic behind this??

                                        I feel its harassment for the service enrolled, unfortunately,

                                        We didn't satisfied and closed after 1 month and not used Byjus classes at all after mid of Sept 2022, what they are going to achieve by such a forceful way of asking for the remaining payment and classes, it's disgusting, they should stop this nonsense.
