Hi Akansha,

It's almost a month, eachone from center is avoiding my call
Is this the way byjus like giant handle their customers. It's really pain, hard to understand when you can send your sales person for having business, why not held responsible the same sales person to resolve my issue. The refund equation is very simple hard to understand why the issue still hang on????~

The byjus has offer me 60000+10000(money also paid 100% on two installment through bajaj finance)
Classroom 40000
Tab with app 20000
Transport 10000

The Deduction should be based on the above only. As per karandeep (operation manager Dwarka he will deduct 3months charges as he put his hard labour to Improve my ward. Which also in question, ??
however still the calculation are
Class room @ 3333p.m x 3months 9999
Transport @ 833p.m. x 3months 2500
Tab 25000
G.total 33499

70,[protected] = 37501 (money to be refunded)

How your sales person negotiated with me & how he derive on 70, 000 that's bonus given cup of tea not mine, you can questioned your sales person. However when I paid 70000 fee the refund calculation should be based on this only

I want to retunr Byju's learning kit. Even after email complaint and interaction with customer care executives no result has been achieved. As my son no more want to study through the learning kit. Refer my receipt No TNL[protected] of 23 Jun 2018.
Myself Santhosh. I paid 15000 hard earned money and the SD card is not detecting at all. Time and again I have been calling them. Once I called and it did not connect, then they called back and said it will be resolved. and every time they spend so much time trying to resolve it, still no resolution. I'm fed up, Is this how someone behaves .

    Hii, i am from mumbai.I took these service around march 2017 for ny child.he study in 8th standard for learning.but after that my child is still not progress.he failed in 2 subject and i contact to byjus customer center for consulting and return their service.they didnt attend any call..after lots of call they told me you that you dont deposit money in account.and they were telling we will not cancel that service.after a month i shift my child to another coaching classes for further study.and still now they were not responding..the problem is there..i called capital float it is loan company where loan is issued from here..becoz it took by loan..and i paid amount 2 or 3 months after that i stop it by these reason..i want to tell you that..u take your tablet and service everything..i will not payable to more amount becoz i dont have that much amount to pay..the problem is not resolve it now...please do something...my register contact no is [protected] and my number is [protected].

      I had admitted my ward in byjus class room programme., due to some unexpected behaviour of the byjus staff we decided to discontinue our ward from classroom learning center dwarka. When we have requested to operation branch manager for refund, the calculation given by him was totally unethical & shown childlike behaviour, his only motto to harass us. Since we have already decided we asked him the calculation of refund in writing, he given us more bluntly & with attitude said "kuch bhi karlo sirf 26000 he milaygay" now we realise he must be said due to some strong support from management only. Since then I have shown the all calculations which proves that he is wrong still no one from management ready to hear my voice. It is very painful to see that all my hard earned money gone into drain. I had call byju's dwarka center about refund status they always bluntly said you complaint, now every thing is taken care by head office only. Instead of penalise staff's stale behaviour byju's threatening their customers only.
      If I will not get any support from byjus management I'll go till consumer court. Till then I'll sit at byju's dwarka center & let other customers know about byju's injustice .

      Branch manager karandeep calculation in red which shows based on the calculation of 95000 fee (inclusive of tab/transport), and I have negotioted the rate & get the deal of 70000 annual fee. My only concern when byjus agreed on 70000 annual fee (inclusive of tab /transport) how come his operation manager calculate my refund on one 95000 manual fee (inclusive of tab & transport) for evaluate my complain please see the attachment in his hand written (in red)
      Also I attached my copy so that you make out the right calculation.

      Surprisngly on my all complaint mark as resolved coming, however nothing has happened till date, i am only fight to get justice, but no senior person has time to hear my voice nor they have time to resolve the matter.

        I am really surprised by the pathetic customer care service that your organisation is offering. Inspite of sending the email below and innumerable phone calls for the past 2 weeks, there has been no action from your end. Not even an explanation why the order was not delivered and why I cannot cancel my order. But yes..you have not failed to debit the money from my account promptly.

        This is very disgraceful for an educational institution to go to this level of money making. I am going to report this with the consumer complaints and the social media and will make sure none of my acquaintances avail your services.

        Please cancel my order ASAP and refund my money.

        @Saurabh Bhagat- counsellor- Earn a living by doing an honest job and not cheating people, especially cheating students. It is a disgrace to BITS and IIM if you have actually graduated from these institutions as you claim to have.

        @Byju- Sir, I am convinced that your organisation is no where near a customer first company or follows ethics. Really pathetic service.

          I have taken BYJUS product for my son for 7-10 class. Till the time I paid them the program fees, the follow up from the the executive Sanjeev Mishra was prompt however once the payment was done they are not responding to my concerns which is wrong product offering i.e. instead of IB board they have given us ICSE content which is of no use. Now the customer who they treated as kings before taking the product are on their victim list. Hope The brand ambassador Mr Shahrukh Khan is also listening.

              My daughter i s studying in class 5 and we bought byjus program for her . they promised that the course will reach within 5 days.it has been 10 days since I ordered the course . I paid 14000 for the program! I called to check the status and the shipment always shows will reach you shortly. We have not gone anywhere, we are at home so that if someone calls we are available to answer the call. No one responded when we called last time. I sincerely hope that Byjus takes action on this . we want the course to be delivered immediately.

                Byjus is a group of fraudster who have swindled me into paying for 4 years course. Their Senior Executive Mr Souvik Dutta Employee ID[protected] visited us on 27 May 2018 and forced us to buy the course for 4 years. Although I told him I didnt have the card or cheque to pay he said we could pay through Bajaj FInance and asked me to immediately pay without delay. After that he said I can cancel if I didnt like it. Since I realised within 2 weeks that this is a complete fraud company, I have been repeatedly mailing them and asking them to cancel but there is no response. They have already charged me and I want a refund.

                  Dont buy bijus product if representitive convince you that they wont take money till 15 days, they deducted money EMI (bajaj fin) before 15 days trail period is over .

                  beware they force you to buy on the same day by convincing 15 days trail free of cost, we will take the product if you dont like . but they are not doing this, they just decusting money without your concern

                    Recently we took a subscription in byjus amounting to a total of Rs 95, 000. We initially paid a cheque worth Rs 18000 but was unable to cope with the course, so we decided to stop it before the end of trial period and we had informed them about it .

                    But We have been receiving messages and calls from the bank to repay the loan amount that you have took in my identity. We are continously being annoyed by the bank enquires.

                    We apologise regarding our depature before the conclusion of the course but it proved difficult and also because of the financial problems encountered due to the untimely admittance of our grandfather in the hospital and business crisis, we decided to stop the course. Taking the financial crisis into account we humbly request you to redempt us of the fees we are being asked to pay and settle the bank debt .

                    We were trying to contact the byjus customer care through mail and calls for the past 2 months and we haven't got any replies yet . Please do consider this as a prior issue and kindly take in account of this case .

                    Hope you won't force us to file a petition in the consumer court. Hoping the best .

                      On 12 may 18 byju's education counsellor mr. Vikram purohit came to our house. He forcefully convinced us to purchase course material of std 5 to 10th for my son. It would cost me around rs. 75000. He suggested me to lock they offer that day only by paying rs.10000 through credit card and arrange credit of rs.65000 from capital float. I asked some time to finalise the offer but he assured me that he would refund entire amount within 7 days if request for cancellation within 15 days from receiving the product. I received the product on 22.05.2018 and contacted him for cancellation of product through mail on 02.06.2018. He assured me the same. Still he had processed the loan from capital float which i came to know later by sms from capital float on 29.06.2018. I contacted him and ms. Ishita tyagi again for cancellation of product. They assured me it is already cancelled.
                      On 29th jun 2018 i received sms from capital float that emi is due on 02.07.2018. Contaced byjus & capital float. Every time that assured me but both r not coordinating.
                      I m getting heavy penalties from bank for insufficient balance. It also affects my cibil score in bank.
                      My complaint is against both companies and above named individuals that they r looting common people and harassing them. Severe action must taken against them by the concerned authorities. They must apologize to me & my banker. They should do their business in more transparent way.

                        I enrolled for upsc tablet in may 30, 2018 at byjus. And i got tablet in june 24, 2018. They have also told me that also give me their study material but i didn't get. I called up faculty or on mentorship as they provided for my personal mentor for my preparation strategy. But they didn't arrange any call. Week is spent then i call my counsellor mohit mundhara bt he also didn't call me back.
                        So i feel this is only waste of money nd my time. This faculty and their services is worst nd tablet lectures are also not good. Now i want to return tablet nd cancellation loan from capital flat. I called up faculty a lot but they are not responding.
                        Plz help me.

                          May 27th 2018, I took the try and buy pack of Byju's learning app for my son for class 4th to 10th from Byju's sales representative named Sahil Khosla who came to our home for demo and assured full refund if we didn't like the course. I paid INR 85000/- by credit card.

                          My son tried there app for 2 days and he liked the Byju's course, so I called them May 30th 3018 and did a partial refund of my order. We kept 4th and 5th standard SD card + Tab and returned the rest.

                          Byju's customer care assured a refund of INR 52000/- plus courier charges (product return courier) and told the same amount will be credited in next 5 working days.

                          Its been around 25 days now since they received the return product, I have been constantly following up there customer care team and refund team, they are assuring the refund will come but they keep dragging the refund dates by giving unknown and random reasons and I have not got the refund till date today 3rd July 2018

                          Please take a strict action against them, It a fraud company, I am afraid if I will get my money back now.

                            Now i want to return this product and want my refund i call in byju's customer care from last 15 days, i file the request on 12-june-18 first time after that i continue call them, but there is not a satisfied response from the customer care. They always tell us that we do the process but nothing is happen. I am very disappointed from byju's service. After waiting from 18 days i write a complaint. Capital float call me that they deduct the emi amount from my account, why they deduct my amount when i already fill the return request. Please take a serous action on my complaint.

                              One o[censored] r sales executive mr. Shubham chaudhary [byju's emp. Id[protected]] visit to my place and give impressive demo about product for my ward studying in class 7th. And further elaborated us the class room learning center is different from other tuition center as through practical & presentation student grasp fast also the study center do not force their students for mug up & gives very less homework, all 80% learning done at study center onky. After finishing demo he insisted i should immediately make paymnet for product around 70000 rupees (Including transportation fee) as this is very good discount. After discussion with mr. Sayed dwarka dean head the shubham given bifircation of my paid 70, 000 which are as below:
                              10" lenovo tab including app fee inr 20, 000
                              Transportation inr 10, 000
                              Byju's fee from 7th april'18 to may'19
                              40, 000

                              So we purchased the course for 7th std in emi from bajaj finserv for 70000 inr. Mr. Shubham promised us that we can return the product within 15 days if we dont like. Through day one we got lots of transport problem & safety issues which center head mr. Karandeep (Dwarka center) assured us to streamline but still fighting. Regarding studies, center giving lots of homework & forced students to mugup which is again surprised us, due to this my ward got immense of mental torcher & remarkly score down at his school. I had shared with dwarka center operation head mr. Karan deep & mentor deeptanshu from which i am not able to get any positive response. They keep telling that the matter will be resolved but nothing seems to be happening. It has been a thoroughly disgusting experience with byjus. This study center is full business motive, which is again like class room session that too just for 5 hrs per week, there is again nothing teached only prepared student for mugup. Early, when my ward joined center classes for 7th standard the student were 14no's. & now the no's. Further down to 8, this is also very questionable however the center only through their centrum on parents & students about their performance.

                              After many change of whatsapp messages with dwarka center staff we came to conclusion not continue as my word is scoring less marks in school as well center he has been loosing his confidence. And the faculties is also saying he wil not improve therefore we concluded & taken very hard decision not to go further asscociat with byju's as here kid will only loose his confidence. We have been continusly in touch with your sales person (Shubham choudhary) he knows what heat we have faced from day one.

                              However this is not a end we got shocked when we asked for refund of our fee the calculations which mr. Karandeep (Dwarka operation head) did surprised us. And offered us to return only 25000/- out of 70, 000/-. We would like to quit only after after 15days but that time they begged further extended time to show their performance, now everything fall on us, getting feeling of cheated. Would request you to refund my whole hard earned money (Class fee & transport fee approx. 50, 000) as we are not anywhere on fault.
                              Hope byju's show it's customerisation & refund my hard earned money.

                              If you clearly see the calculation of Dwarka center operation head Karandeep it's clearly shows that to please the management he only torcher to theirs client & demonstrate unethical behaviour. (Please see the attachment for review)
                              On 17th April'18 only we shows our interest for not to continuing Byju's but he keep on requesting & asking few weeks to show the results on 4th June to 14th June they took vacation leave. Now we are asking for discontinuation he smartly playing with calculation & said sales nay 70000 kaisay liye aur wo kya Karta Hain mujeh Nahi pata lekin aapko sirf 26000 he milaygay.
                              Actually the faculty should have refund 100% on tuition fee (as per them we have informed after 15days only & they only took that much time for decide) + Transport after deduction 2months fee as we have utilised the facility, we are ready to pay 20, 000 for Tab with app. Hope you understood my feelings & do not despair me

                              Hi Akansha please find attached pattern of my fee submission. 0n 31st march paid 60000 for tuition fee & tab, and 1st April18 after seen the distance opted transport action. I did negotiate with Mr. Syed/Shubham & they agree for 10000/- after that again paid through Bajaj finance

                                I mr. Ashwin v. Gor f/o mast. Bhavya ashwin gor informs you that i had already applied for refund more than a week ago but till date neither the kit is taken away nor the money is refunded. I trying to communicate with the said executive (Miss anjali) since couple of days but am unable to contact her.
                                In fact even today i tried to call her through your helpline no. But all in vain, i was informed to wait for 15 minutes repeated after every half an hour. But sorry to say that no one has called up.
                                My last call was attended by mr. Mahesh m., i was been informed that within 15 minutes miss anjali or the refund manager will call you.

                                But with the sorrow i repeat than non of the person as called up and cleared the issued.

                                I just need to know when am i going to get the refund amount.

                                A guy named yashwanth called from byjus and asked if i needed any guidance. I denied, i said i dont need it now. He ended up saying oh then you must be some civils topper. And he cut the call.

                                Such unprofessional candidates they have. Dont know how far it is true when it comes to guidance.

                                  I got the product on 19.05.2018, with in two days i requested for return and they accepted my request and i sent all items what i recived and they received it on 28.05.2018. I paid 47000 through bajaj finace emi but they are not refunded the money as of now i. E22.06.2018. They are saying all non sense as they are technical issues blah blah. I am calling no of times day by day but there is no progress. How many days it could take to cancel emi? Is it more than 25 days. Totally fraud one

                                    One o[censored] r sales executive mr. Aadhar mobile number [protected] do visit to my place and give demo about product.
                                    After finishing demo he insisted i should immediately make paymnet for product around 80000 rupees which i refuse and asked him for some time to whihc he oppered me some disocunt if i make purchase immediately. On hearing this i found this person non trustworthy and asked him that i will get back if i m intrested and i have to think before purchasing this product.
                                    From second day this guy keep calling me n number of time. Due to my busy schedule i couldnt entertainment him.
                                    He starts irritating me on. Yestreday it was a text from his side and he arrogantly sending me messages. I said i m not keen on his product and will let u know in future.
                                    He become more arrogant and almost replied me absolute non sense.

                                    Byjus marketing does like this then byjus brand name will be in trouble.!!!

                                      I had taken the trial for Byjus course (11th &12th and NEET) and they promised that if we don't like the product, we can refund it. But now when we are asking for email they are not doing anything about it. No call or email when we asked for refunding. Neither did we get our ticket number. Customer care members have been ignoring me and they did not do anything for 72 hours. Not apologetic at all. They said we'll get a call in 24 hours but we didn't. Lack of responsibility. The wrose service I have ever seen.
                                      I'll take this to the consumer court if I have to.

                                        We have purchased a product with order id no.[protected] from byju on trial basis and we were misguided from the employee named amit sakia that "we can return the product within 15 days from the day we start using it". We launched a complaint with the ticket no. 381275 and we not getting any firm answers from the persons they are asking for 24 hrs time to answer us since 3 days. The ecs is getting deduced every month and we are not using the product. They guaranted us a call from mentor everyday for student's performance but that too was a lie.
                                        BYJU's customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        Same is happening to me. I'll go to the consumer court if this isn't resolved soon.
