Dear mr. Byjus,
I had a big integrity issue with byjus program, where i had enrolled my kids a week back. My daughter was enrolled for a package for classes 6-8.
To start with the sales & marketing team, gave the following incorrect information at the time of sale, which was clarified as incorrect and not as per the company or program policies, post enrollment:
1. Mentor sessions shall be hosted in skype at a calls notice as and when a student has a doubt, within a window of 11 am to 11 pm, however the mentor told us that the window available is till 8 pm. Not sure if the skype sessions is a true fact, didn't get a chance to try it as of now.
2. It was told that few references of parents from. Other schools (Same curriculum/same class) shall be provided to understand the feedback of similar parents on the experience they are facing. However, later it was communicated that it shall not be possible.

The box sent to us, was broken. All seals were broken. Both of the byjus box as well as the tab inside. As soon as i received it, i spoke with the mentor, madhumanti mandal, and she said it is because they had inserted the sd card of class 6 inside.
However, there was no explanation when i asked why would the external box seal be broken. Further, the external box clearly indicated that the box has been ripped apart, by some unprofessional way, definitely not from byjus. Next, after checking video in youtube on unboxing byjus, realized that box didn't have one of the badge. Finally, when we opened the tab, we realized the tab has been enrolled under a different child's name. I have taken a note of the phone no. Of the prior child for which the product was registered against as well.
I had reported the issues over to customer care and mentor, and no one ever calls, even though they promised everytime that some one shall call us back. To end with they said, logistics team has closed the ticket considering we have received the box.
Am really skeptical about the program, as if this is how you work with customer within the 1st 5 days of the enrollment, what shall happen after 8 months after the entire payment has been made.
I have decided to quit and shall share the feedback to all possible review forum.
Good luck mr. Byjus, hope you take these feedback seriously and take some necessary actions, to ensure company reputation.

    I had purchasd byju's tablet when i was in class 10 for 3 years till i pass classs12 (I am currently in 11). Tablet offers study of science and mathematics subject. I had taken up humanities in class 11 and i will not be studying science and mathematics anymore. I request them to take back tablet since it is not useful to me anymore but they denied. I have no use of tab now and wished for a easy refund

      Here are the issues:

      1) during purchase of the sd card i wasn't informed that i would not be able to use an sd card reader. I was informed of this only once i emailed you saying i was awaiting the delivery of one (Separately purchased online)

      2) once i requested you to let me know if a tablet was available, i was informed a week later that there wasn't one. And that i should check the next week.

      3) i called back and was told to understand touch the next day. When i did, i was informed a tablet would be sent to me.

      4) a day after this i was told i needed to ship the card back to you at my own expense since you were concerned i might damage your tablet.

      I am a working individual with a busy schedule, as are a lot of your other customers. The above is an example of shabby customer experience.

      I am willing to accept a refund of 35, 000 and have you keep the sd card and not send me tablet, or, an extension of 45 days (Keeping in mind delays i'm experiencing even as i send these emails to you).

        I had paid rs 130000/- in may 2017 towards the combo package for classes 11 & 12 in the indiranagar center @bangalore for my daughter. The center manager had promised that i could get a refund if i didn’t want to continue the course in class 12. When i approached the center for a refund, the byjus manager is refusing to provide a refund. This is really ridiculous as their class 12 classes haven’t even commenced. Please ensure that i get a refund. Else, i will be constrained to approach the consumer court. Thanks! Deepak naganna

          Dear sir, as per test conducted and counselling after test, my daughter had shortlisted for learning app. Mr. Pradyumna from byju's team had taken this counselling session. He also signed documents from us. Also he told that byju's team will confirm for final confirmation before approval to continue
          The learning app. I have received tab for class 6/7/8 for trial basis.
          But before final approval, no one from byju's team called us for starting to deduct emi for entire package. Also no call from byju team members regarding continuiation.
          They directly deducted rs 2917 as a first installment against entire system.
          Considering their entire systeme objective, to forcefully buy of tab,
          I do not want to continue with byju.

          Plz help us to get refund of remaining amount asap.

            I'd ordered the product for 11th and 12th cbse, jee mains and jee advanced. The order took longer delays, as initially agreed. Moreover the package was tampered when the marketing guy delivered it at our door step. The marketing person initially said it would one sd card for both 11th and 12th cbse, jee mains and jee advanced. It was shocking to see that 2 sd cards (Each 64gb) were given, once for 11th and another for 12th and the student has to removed and insert, whichever class he needs to learn. I'd spoken to the sales manager, mr. Nitin and marketing person of the above 2 issues and they had agreed to replace with one sd card for both 11th and 12th cbse, jee mains and jee advanced within 24 hours and nitin confirmed with the it team that the device can support more than 256 gb). Another shock this morning was that, the subscription expiry details on the device is indicated as 31/05/2018, while it should have been 31/05/2019.

            Please resolve the above issues or cancel the order to return the money.

              My name is kamaljeet kaur. We had purchased the product on 6th of october 2017 for class 7th 8th 9th 10th for jaskirat and 12th maths for ishmeet. A sales person named aman arora an tanya nigar visited our place on 6th of october 2017 for the councelling of my child jaskirat singh. Aman arora had assured that if we face any kind of problem they will personally look after it and gave us the security that my child will do better by the help of this application. He even asked us to drop evening classes and continue with application for betterment. After their visit we were provided with the tablet and sd card after a month of registeration and a mentor after 15 days delivery of the product. Even we weren't got the demo for the product as the councellers said. We had discussed about this problem after a month of receiving the product but didn't got an positive action. At the visit of the councellors we had registered for my daughter ishmeet kaur of class 12th for maths also. The mentor who is been assigned to my children was not helping them in any kind. I had contacted to many of the superiors for last 2 weeks but they didn't respond to the inconvience. And now i want my whole money refunded.

                We took a package for plus one and plus 2 science subjects as an offer from byju's. This sales man told me over the phone the package real prices rs. 40000 above and offering total price of 32000. I purchased the package and paid 1st installment rs. 15000 and used only for 3 months. After that they locked the program and informed me, we have to purchase full package instead of remaining +2 classes.

                They didn't given proper support and feed back in through the 3 months period.

                  Please note that i enrolled my daughter for 8th std package and i paid the fees in full. We got to know after 4 classes that the portions are not icse but cbse. We sent a note to byjus to withdraw. No one got back to us for 3 months and they were very rude in the conversation. Every area manager needs to check with superiors for refund. It's been a year and no refund so far

                      Few months back we purchased this byjus tab for my girl. I got it for 3 years together. While giving demo they gave so much assurance but after that till date no assistance or follow up. No mentor s assigned till now. Too much fake affirmation they gave. Now no guidance for my girl and in some topics the image is not displayed but it's asking the answer to b selected which is not helpful. We feel that we are cheated by giving fake promise and i'm really worried that we paid huge money for this worthless product without proper follow up and assistance.

                        I have ordered byju's 11th & 12th pcb/neet (Sd card-byjus) may-2019 on 4th jan, 2018 which i received a tab on monday (07/01/2018). As told by an executive naitik sharma (Naitik. [protected]@byjus.com) that there will be a mentor assigned to my ward once i get the delivery. But till today no mentor is assigned yet, and after calling for couple of times on the mentor helpline [protected] also there is no response till date. I felt like cheated by mr. Naitik sharma as he is playing with my ward's career.

                        In addition to this, naitik sharma has not provided me an invoice in the format as agreed by him. This is not expected from an institute like byjus who are in education and learning.

S for 7th standard while taking the admission they had given the assurances that if the student had not understood the concept through tablet than they will provide the skype through that they will solve all problems for the student if than also they are not understood means they will provide the classes in byjus coaching center so the student can follow everything this are all the assurance he had given us but now i'm calling for customer care it's not responding properly when i meet one of the council she is telling they are not having all this facilities if you want to go for byjus coaching center means you want to pay the amount of 40 thousand so please help me regarding this

                            We have been experiencing total ignorance from byju's inspite of sending repeated reminders by my daughter who is in 12th science taking her board exams soon in 2018. They charged rs. 25, 000 but i can feel the pinch now and can never recommend anyone.

                            No one from their top management is bothered to neither take up the issue nor instructing their employees to reply to emails.

                              I had recd. Call from byjus for counselling my kids for better education prospects but actually they are sales persons who offered discounts at the time of counselling. I was tempted to purchase 5 yr course for my kid with huge discounts for same day offer. They are not bothered about the syllabus as my kids are in ssc board and byjus do not cover most of the portion from ssc board. After receiving the product i found half of the portion is not available in the app. I contacted the counsellor and told me he will look after it. After one month passed he suggested me to contact customer support who told us that product can be returned only within one month. This is how they cheat people by sending counsellor who dupe people by selling wrong products.

                              I requested them to refund for next 3 yr as we have used current 2 yr std. Now they are not answering at all. The product is also not upto the mark which is shown in tv ad.

                              Hence request you to please refund me for 3 yr std which is not used and no useful to my kids.

                                One salesman of byjus has mis sold the app to us which we have rejected over phone to both your company employee and to the salesman. As we have rejected we do not have any product or tab with us. Still i have received message stating emi will be deducted from my accounts on 2nd december.

                                  I was purchased the product two months back till date mentor or sales person will not contact for us. I send the mail for byjus support team for refunding the amount but one of the person ms swapna contact but she told refund is not possible because already two months is over but i am paying 8000 per month emi. Now i don't want above product because no body will responding. They are cheater. Please cancelle the application and refuno the amount.

                                  Byju people, your teaching experience may be too good, but no thanks I don't want any of your coaching because I don't have enough time for it and it doesn't work out the way as one of your counsellor explained to me. So it's a request from me to please refund my blocking amount i.e INR 10, 000.

                                  Very unsatisfied with the services. Insisting the customer to pay the full amount(50K) for admission consulting. If a candidate drops off in the middle and the services are at the very initial phase even before the consulting started from the schools they are not refunding not even a single rupee.

                                  While paying the services they said they will assign a dedicated person to dealt with all kind of assistance but every time you called for any help each time a different person will respond and we have to explain again everything as new. It's like a call center services.

                                  They are advertising all tutors very experienced but I didn't found any expertise in teaching skills in GRE classes. Felt that the online services are unsatisfied even though paid 20K and nothing to do with that b'coz there is no refund.

                                  Don't opt for these services and don't waste your money&time.

                                  Theie services are very pathetic, even I am also the victim, ask for refund now there calculations are misleading, now they playing foul play so that they refund only 20% of your fee amount only after 3month classes. Better to registered your complaint on consumer court.

                                  I had subscribed to BYJU's for my daughter with a precondition for a trial period of 15 days from the date of receipt of their study material. I received the material on 1st Feb 19. On 14th February, i have requested for a cancellation of Refund. I had decided to cancel due to my other financial commitment which will make difficult to manage for this EMI payment of Rs.5, 400/- every month

                                  After 47 days, after so many follow up e mails and struggle they have approved by Refund. This company is so efficient that they wanted 47 days to approve by cancellation when i have submitted within 15 days. In this process, they have withdrawn my 1st EMI installment of Rs.5, 400/-.

                                  I NEED ANSWER WHY BYJU NEED 47 DAYS TO APPROVE THE CANCELLATION

                                  BYJU has not immediately informed the the Loan agency to stop the EMI deduction on 2nd / 3rd of March which resulted in 2nd installment deduction from my account for Rs.5, 400/-. During my conversation with BYJU team they accepted that there is a delay in approving my cancellation. Also i believe they have informed the Loan agency (Zest Money) on 13th of april 19 for which i do not have any confirmation. I really do not see why they have to take another 10 days to instruct the Zest Money.

                                  On 3rd of May again they have withdrawn my 3rd EMI of Rs.5, 400/-.

                                  I believe the above delay tactics are done by BYJU to ensure they collect more money from client.

                                  My expectation is as follows;
                                  1. BYJU ensure no more EMI is getting deduction from my account. If any more EMI gets deduction, they accept to the terms that i can sue them for any damages
                                  2. BYJU to immediately refund my three installment EMI along with interest.

                                  On 19-May-2019 a counsellor named Nikunj Daga from byju's came to our house and he told us about the course for IAS Preperation i.e. IAS Tablet Program and he said that its scholarship program in 1 year course.
                                  I told him that need some time to check the course material and content, so counsellor adviced to go for a trial 0f 15 days and if we didnt like the course we can return anytime within 15 days.
                                  So for that course they charged total of 45000/- after discount and I made the full payment from credit card as EMI.
                                  Now because of some my personal emergency i cannot continue my study for IAS, so told them to cancel the course after 30 day and sent the email to [protected]@byjus.com with required details, i.e. on 24th-jun-2019.
                                  Even I called their customer care 4-5 times and conveyed the same. But after I placed the cancellation request I have not recieved any communication from their cancellation team and everytime i call their customer service they give the false promise saying that i will be getting a callback from cancellation team, which not happened.
                                  So thats the reason i want to get the cancellation of Byju's tablet course as early as possible. I am attaching necessary screenshot of cancellation request.

                                    software problem

                                    Sir,
                                    Myself vamsi krishna a byju's user preparing for jee mains and advanced. My tab stopped working today so i tried to repair it and in that process i rebooted the software. So i lost all my memory and all apps. Later i installed the byju's app from sd card. The app is asking for a pin for activating the app. I checked the whole box given to me but i can't find the password. So can you please help me....

                                      Sir,
                                      This is to inform you that i've been trying to contact with my mentor miss ipsita priyadarshini since a month or two. But even after repeated calling, all i listen is "press 1 for the call back". I've done it several times but got no calls back! The last time i talked to her was in the month of july. I don't understand the procedure for the queries and phone calls with the prescribed mentors. So it is my sincere request to you that please appoint new mentors for me or ask my mentor to contact with me as i have few questions about my studies in byju's. I hope i won't get to face this problem in future.

                                      They called me. Well, my sister took the call as I was at school this morning. They've appointed another mentor to me and due to some network error I can say...their calls couldn't reach me before...
