    Actually i got a call from u guys... Saying that there is an offer for 3 days... That we get tab for 12, 000₹. And also a special offer for bajaj emi card holders that we can use tab free for 1 month... And can give our opinion to continue it or can refund or return it... So i gave my otp. But now i just returned it before courier had done... And now i had to pay emi of 2, 000₹ every month... Would u please confirm my order had been cancelled or not if not plz cancel it... And let not cut my money from my account...

      I have ordered a sd card along with tablet of lenovo of 11-12 jee. But the tablet that i have received is of another company and is used one in the box of lenovo. I have called the mentor but there is no response.in fact the app is also not working properly on the tablet. The same thing happened few months ago one i have ordered for my sister but at that time the tablet was replaced but this time no one is correctly responding. I don't know why the same the same thing happened twice and no one is correctly explaining what to do next. It had been huge inconvenience.

        It was communicated to me that due to the mistake of the company for sending wrong sd cards, i would be given back the cost for sending the courier and i was asked to send the bill within the parcel. Two three days before when i called the customer care no. One of them said that the cost will be less so it should be bore by us. But due to the high cost (360 rs.) i was compelled to send the bill. Yesterday when i once again called the customer...

        Order no[protected]. This is regarding return and refund after calling many times and requesting them for the same they have turned deaf ear. I was promised refund when danush insisted me on buying the product. He also asked me to buy 4th grade syllabus when my son is in 5th grade. He said he would be helping me in making the payment to emi and failed to do so. How could someone compare themselves education institute's who don't intend in making money but the truth is viceversa. They made me pay 25000 with promise of refund if i am not satisfied and now they are noth bothered to even call back

          I am gowtham from chennai. I have downloaded the byju's app 2months back. Sheeza nisar was my mentor for cat exam preparation she was clear, rapport and meticulous. On saturday another mentor (Jyotsna ramkrishnan) called me and she called me from chennai branch she told that she will provide scholarships for cat byju's classes but she did not mention about the registeration fees and she told me to come to the office i went yesterday at 8.00pm she was dragging me to pay the registration fee with out giving me time to conclude and she urging me to fill the form. I am not interested to join the course because of her mentoring. Please make sure that my details will be handled safe.

            Myself is sudhir kapoor father of simran kapoor registered mobile # [protected] have bought set of applications from 8th standard to 10th standard last year in august'16 and paid inr 24, 000/- in which we got 3 sd cards [9th sd card is not working till now] and a samsung tab when i bought 3 years program your representative was very committed to provide good coaching through app provided by you because we had bought your services during mid of her 8th standard we got attention from your side because half way has gone.

            Now actual problem started and facing lot of challenges to get the proper attention in 9th standard we are following up for new sd card due to board change to cbse since last 3 months but nobody is ready to provide the same also we had got calls from your bangalore office to assignee so many mentors who didn't call her to acknowledge her studies, nobody is bothered about to provide the notes which your representative was committed to me in august'16 when bought this 3 years program.

            Is this type of pathetic services you are providing? You are making fool to innocent parents who are serious about their child studies if so we don't require your services and request you to please refund money for 9th and 10th standards else will challenge you in court for the same if am not getting proper resolution on this at the earliest.

              Sorry to write this, but the byjus organization is pathetic, frauds and cheaters. I did enroll my daughter for classes from std 8 to 10 and gave advance of rs.2000/- in the month of june. It was communicated that delivery of tab will be done within a month. The delivery was done after more than a month with wrong tab which was not as per ssc curriculum. The delivery guy kept on telling this is a correct tab and insisted for full payment. I rejected and requested for revised one. The delivery was not made for next 1 month even after multiple calls to their customer care. When i finally made a call and sent a mail for refund, it was agreed and i was told the refund will be done in a weeks time by cheque, since i refused to share my account number for neft transfer. I called and mails again, when i did not receive refund for about a month. It was then told that they can refund only through neft and not by cheque. I shared my account number, but again the refund was not done for a month or so. When i called again, i was first told that the neft has been done as per update and i should check my account. I reverted that i already checked and no credit made in my account, the guy kept on hold for 5 minutes to revert that the refund is not done and will be done tomorrow. This is unethical and pathetic. Byju's should seriously closed their shutter down and should stop fooling people like this.

                My self aditi kaushik & vivek kaushik, we are purchased a course of 10 & 11 classes (Pcmb), after using some time my course are not play, related to problem i going a service center of byju's classes at v3s mall, laxmi nagar, delhi-110092, they are observe my tablet & memory card after that they are saying that my course is delete so you are paying us rs.2000/- for reinstalling your same course.

                Sir, i think this is not good for me because i am a belong to a poor family so i requesting you please provide me course of related to me.

                  I have been calling to byju's helpline dropping lot of emails, but they are not caring at all. They just do false promises and once you get the product after paying lot of hard-earned money you will come to know it's useless and as its not as per the promises.
                  As there is refund policy i went for returning back the product to get the refund. Now byju's team is not at all responding.. They are cheaters...
                  The promises given by byju's :
                  1. The kit will contain the maths and evs for 4th and 5th.
                  2. The kit contains maths and science for 6th to 10th.
                  3. I[censored]ser didn't like he can return back the product and the full amount will be refunded.

                  But 4th and 5th are having only maths. So as per point 3 i requested them to take back the product and refund the amount that i paid. They are now not responding at all. I have been calling and sending emails to support team at least 2times a day.

                    We recently purchased byjus (Order number[protected]. Their senior educational consultant by name mr. Ramish jafery promised two tabs for my two kids and he has taken huge amount from us and we finally got only one tab. And he told that we will receive sd cards right from 3rd grade. But the customer care person told they do not have for 3rd grade. This is utter cheating from byjus. They are trying to sell their products through lines and deception. I will file a case in consumer court if i do not get refund.

                      These people not promoting education as many complaints say here. All those complaints are true. Byju's unethical. During the sales demo, they built a super story. Took our 5 hours and demoralized our kids. Committed that there is one to one instructor, online plus class room clarifications if required. Even after 20 days purchase, there is no commitment as such. One non-academic mentor appointed as a mediator. She would collect the doubts and submit to the respective academic mentor and in turn he would connect back to non-academic mentor and to the student. What a joke. This never happened. When we raised a complaint for refund and even after 3 or 4 escalations, its been a week, no on has contacted yet. Please do not buy byju's especially if you are thinking this is going to be your mentor and you dont need any other mentor or tuition. This could be an add on for your expensive investment. These people are fake we found free materials in khan's academy is much better than byjus. Please spread this words. Whatever they are charging for their materials are exorbitant. No value for money and no great output or result.
                      We don't get true product and can't install the app several times complaint by me but no response.ask refund but no response.the product is useless

                        On 16.7.17 a counsellor from byju's came to our house and he told us about the course for the students we were impressed by that and he told me that if we bought the course it would be very helpful for my studies so my parents agreed for taking that course of class 10 then he told it would cost 24000 inr but seeing my previous grade he would give discount and at end the final price was 16000. But my parents didn't had that amount and then he suggested that my parents should lock this offer by paying 2000 and can pay the cheque after two days. Therefore my parents agreed and gave him 2000. But after consultation with my teacher i dedcided to cancel that
                        On that very day and mailed them about the same. Then they replied their representative would contact us. And the next day representative contacted us he told that the money would be refunded when we did the whole payment and the product was delivered to us and after two days we should be able to request for a refund. I don't know why they are forcing me to buy the whole course even if i am not interested and these complications of the refund was not informed to us

                        I've had issues in using their service. Tried contacting them but in vain. They don't respond to any emails properly. I had bought the course last year. But due to personal issues I couldn't start. Now that I want to I'm not able to as it says it's expired.
                        A product was delivered against order number 10064090. However, when found not so useful for me, a ticket bearing number was bookee for returning it. It was replied by you that furthur contact will be made. But till date no contact has been made. Please, expedite and lift the article and refund the amount as soon as possible
                        I registered in Byjus learning app for 9-12 standard exam preparation.I was asked to pay Rupees 66, 000. Rs. 32, 000 through bajaj finserv on EMI for 12 months paying 2, 667 rupees on monthly basis and the rest 34000 from my account owing to few personal issues I cancelled it. I didn't get any learning materials from Byjus'.I have unsubscribed it.My name has been delisted. Yet I'm asked to pay Rs. 32000 to the finserv as they have paid the amount to byjus team.I have submitted my complaint on PGPORTAL. Please do mail me at [protected]@gmail.com if there is better solution to prevent this. It is a utter waste product and the guys coming to homes to advertise Byjus are so meek and smart that customers keep 100% trust on them. He said that he studied in CIT Coimbatore and he has to depart that evening to bangalore. It is a network of scammers and I have mailed several times to the team but it ended in vain.

Before joining ias course. .they were calling 4 5 times in a day..now not responding amd always send a emails that we tried. .they are making online cheating .always send same emails. .plz beaware from BYJU's. Plz..I m in problem. I cancle my product in 5 days..but not responding. Tab is not student friendly. Youtube teaching is more essential than BYJU's tab..worst teaching style..beaware from BYJU's

                          I received a call from byju suddenly one day and they had requested me for a session with their educational counsellor for advising my son. They chose my son after analysing data that he was seeing there videos for last 4 days. Counsellor came on june 3, 2017 and ask a few questons from my son and finally told us he can provide us some discount seeing peformance of my son. He insisted to transfer money today or otherwise discount would not be applied. He told there is one month period during this you can return it if you are not satisfied with it.

                          I could not transfer the money but handed over the cheque for rs28, 000/- as we were impressed with his explanations and high quality stuff they would provide. He promised that my son is one of few stidents who were selected for this discount. He promised that after one week tab would be delivered.

                          After waiting for 10 days, i called byju and enquired about my cheque they were blank and told me they have nothing in their system and did not know who took your cheque. I was worried. Finally calling them again and counsellor i find my cheque which was lying with counsellor mr nitesh sehgal. Byju regretted about this delay.

                          My tab was delivered on 16 june. My son did not find it interesting after few days i wrote to them to take it back. Email message come from byju that your ticket has been issued and someone will call you. I have sent 4 e-mails same message is received but none of the representatives have called me. I am worried my 28000/- rupeess have gove waste.

                          They have not even issued a receipt of my cheque they credited in their account. Last 10 days waiting them to contact me and recive refund.

                          I was in touch with BYJUS support team. They have arranged to collect my tab and arranged refund of my amount. Initially it was not smooth but after calling them several times and got in touch with refund team my issue is resolved.
                          Hi I have taken a counseling in Gurgaon center headed by Mr. Saurabh, it is a humble request kindly teach him how to talk to customer seeking for an education services, Mr. saurabh is highly unprofessional . I am highly upset with Gurgaon center services.

                            Order id[protected]. Placed my order with Byju's sales representative who visited us on 22 jun 2017. Paid amount Rs 35000 for 3 yrs course class 8 9 10 CBSE BOARD. Till 4th july we were kept in dark that we will get delivery of byjus content i.e. memory card and tablet any moment. On 5th July we were told of inability to service the order due non availability of ordered material. We asked for immediate cancellation and refund of amount. Since last 2 days we are not being informed about status of order, whether it got cancelledor not. We arr being told by sales representative that internal communication is on for our order. This is unnecessary harassment from Byju's team. We urge to resolve the issue and process refund ASAP.

                              Think and learn is fraud company. They took 28, 000 rs from me and send me tablet and SD cards . After few months when one of my SD card was formated. Then they asked me to send all the SD cards they have provided me. They took that SD cards and don't send me any thing from last 1 month. I called them many times and send emails . But still I don't get any thing. Instead one of there mentor exchanged bad words with me.

                                Our email to the BYJU's team
                                Dear Mr. Byjus,
                                We had taken your subscription for my son Kermit Singh Saimy student of grade 5, ICSE studying at Baldwin’s boys school. One of my colleague had bought your 8-10th package in 15k that would be beneficial for her 2 daughters. We had couple of meetings with various people in your sales team after repeat discussion on your service by Manisha and her team. Mr. Akash visited our residence to explain everything over to make it easy to make a deal. We had our doubts for which we were clear right from the day we started conversing with your ESTEEMED staff.

                                Since the Academic year was going to end for my son, we were not keen any purchase for the current year and would have waited for him to graduate to grade 6. We were however convinced to buy the grade 6 to grade 10 in any board as a special offer with grade 5 as complimentary and the mentor will be allocated in a week of registration and few days of device being delivered.

                                However, when we received the product, there was no 5th standard software, for which we had to go through the mental torture of speaking with your customer service people. On conversing with them we were in for a shock to understand the following:
                                The subscription is grade 6 onwards and did not show 5th standard ICSE, to the extent that we were accused of lying and had to request them to listen to the call recordings
                                Post the hassle we were informed that we would have to download the app and that we got done only after Manisha Bajaj and her manager Priyanshu visited our residence. Post all of this precious trail period had started. Now the subscription would keep on expiring which I feel is so inconvenient for the child and the parent. You can not expect the child to be online with Maths always. There are other subjects that need attention as well.
                                We had categorically asked them to update the details of the complimentary subscription on the order note, which has not been done till now thus leading to hassle. The Mentor was not yet been assigned say almost of month passing.
                                THIS IN ALL HAS CREATED A VERY NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE FOR US AND FOR OUR CHILD. IT HAS GIVEN US NOTHING BUT GRIEF AND STRESS AND A SERIOUS LET- DOWN.

                                WE WOULD LIKE TO CANCEL OUR SUBSCRIPTION EXPECTING FULL REFUND ALONG WITH COMPENSATION FOR MENTAL STRESS TO OUR CHILD AND US. REPEATED COMPLAINTS BY MY WIFE HAS JUST PUT THIS ENTIRE EPISODE ON HOLD. I AM NOT SURE IF YOU WOULD BE INTERESTED IN REVERTING BACK AS HAS BEEN OUR EXPERIENCE, HOWEVER, WE HAVE ALSO COMPLAINED ABOUT THE SAME ON THE TWEETER HANDLE. WE ARE TIRED OF REPEATING ISSUES AT REGULAR TIME TO CUSTOMER SUPPORT. YOU MIGHT WANT TO HAVE A LOOK AT THAT IN YOUR SYSTEMs AND ALL THE CALL RECORDINGS.

                                After this email, we got complimentary 5th Standard SD card. by then it was too late. Now comes the next year, the mentor got assigned in June'17. who confirmed to me that they do not have any course for IG board. and our subscription is only for 6th Standard.
                                What should a parent do????
                                They were not listening to me for a 45 second my teacher told me that you please get out of my class and that's why I was just shouting on them and now there complaining to me that I will file you complain and you better watch them

                                  I have taken this tab enrolling for 5th std. And they also gave us 4th grade sd which does not load the videos. I have complained end no of times no use. They are just pushing the time to complete the year, very smart. More over it not safe for kids the guy mentor calls at 10 pm to talk to the child do u think its safe.
                                  Its just rubbish app. You people better refund my money. I have all the proof since which the app in not working.. Its just money making company by giving dummy tab.

                                    I bought a byjus tab as they assured me to arrange a return of i am not satisfied. I have been calling customer care since a week but in vain and didn't got satisfactory response. It is a way of attracting customers and fetching more and more money from them and cheating them. They are only working to earn money not out provide education. It is only a way of earning money

                                      I am dr. Shahin banu. I have worked as part time faculty - biology at chennai anna nagar branch.

                                      I was sheduled for 17 days classes (Biology - crash course) in the month of april, but i was given only 6 days classes and til date i have not recieved any payment for the same.


                                      After contacting the branch person for my payment they just telling it wil be done by june but as for today i haven't recieved the payment.

                                      I really looking forward for positive response from your side.
