I asked for cancelation during the observation period and the educational counselor clearly ignored that and did not inform the team. Till Saturday they were asking about proofs wether I informed education counselor on time. As soon as I provided them with screenshots they started saying cancelation window is closed (which is not mentioned in the agreement)....

BYJUS IS A BIG FRAUD COMPANY. NEVER TRUST THEM.
I have returned the product i purchased from Byjus of amount 56000, (Fifty six thousand).
I got it financed from the Bajaj Financial as loan.
Which was processed by BYJUS sales person on my behalf..

As promised I have returned the product. But I am still been deducted for EMI of Rs 4667 per month from last four months.

BYJUS has neither refunded...

I applied for the cancellation, i requested more than 50 calls but i didn't get any positive response from the department, I'm facing some financial issues and health issues also, i quite my part time job because of health issues, I'm not have a single rupee for the payment of byjus, please help me to solve my problem
