Dear sir/ma'am,

This is Anisha Chowdhury, I've applied byjus cancellation department for cancellation since last month 29 June, since then I still didnt get any proper response there, Refund is not possible it's ok, but if a person wants to cancel they said that is even not possible. After writing so many mails and calls they said they'll try and it is in process but Yesterday I came to know that it is still not in process.

I don't want to continue it because 1stly I want to focus upon the graduation degree of BBA, 2ndly I have many responsibilities to serve, i.e my parents are too old to work and upon that one of them is sick from a long period of time, so being their only child I have to look out of them and to support that I do part time job as well.

Now I want to cancel this course with byjus and claim refund as panalty because they put me into suffering for so long.

Kind please help by knowing me what to do in my next step, have little empathy. Please pay serious attention to this.

    I have been associated with offline class of Byjus since 2018 for my son. In 2022; enrolled in live online classes program for 10 th class; Ikjot Singh. Have been trying to resolve class timings by speaking with innumerable mentors... As every time new one is nominated; explain the same thing and in response get the reply: your query is raised to next level. But the resolution is not provided till date. Fed up with the horrible experience. Don't know how to proceed further. My son's 10th class crucial time is getting spoiled.. need immediate intervention..

      I have registered for online classes (from Class 7th to 9th). During registration I was communicated that I will be given four INTERACTIVE ONLINE CLASSES . Further it was also communicated that each batch will be of maximum size 10 and registered students interested for offline classes will get preference when BYJU's starts the offline class in the city. The online classes started as per commitment for few months but when I changed from ICSE to CBSE I was put in a RECORDED SESSION in a larger batch (25 odd students). These classes were never interactive and when I tried to reach to the customer care they tried convincing me that the classes on ONLINE and this was the only class being offered. SInce I have opted for INTERACTIVE ONLINE CLASSES and the services offered are not matching with what was offered to me at the time of registration, I have asked for refund. As on date I haven't received any information on cancellation from BYJU's.
      Request to take-up with BYJUs to process my cancellation request.

          I have purchased a course for my Sister, Kirti Himirika .
          This is the reference ID Mail regarding my cancellation

          which include class 8th, 9th and 10th. But the product and tablet device received is not as my expectation. And also I told them about my financial situation and want my sister to join in a boarding school near my locality but they crossed the line asking for proofs as “if it’s mentioned in their policy that when we need to cancel a product we need to provide proofs of reasons and our personal choices and information”.
          They lied that if I don’t like it it will be a smooth cancel process. Everyday there is a stress and thought of will This cancelled or not, it’s draining my energy
          And more of Byjus never reply me over mail.
          I need this to be cancelled immediately.

            I have purchased Byju's class VI to VIII course on 27 June 2022 which was of Rs 81000 in which I have made a down payment of Rs 5000 and loan was Rs 76000. My registered mobile is [protected]. I observed that lot of pressure on my daughter with school homework, private tuition and Byjus. Byjus provides mainly MCQ but School follows long question and answer. So, I need private tutor for my daughter to prepare her long Question Answer, school homework. Your sales representative told me once you will purchase the course then you don’t need private tutor. Your sales representative also told me that you can cancel it within 15 days if you don’t like the course. I am sorry to say that I really don’t need this course for my daughter Anushka Das and want to cancel this course. I request you to refund rs 5000/- and cancel nach mandate amounting Rs 76000/-.

              I have purchased the subscription on trial period on 26th june 2022 as my sister was not able to study BYJU’S course I requested the company to cancel the subscription but I have mailed them countless times and called them too I have only recieved a call from senior manager once and now I have been mailing them and calling them countless times all they say that you will recieve a call from senior manager at the end of the day as I have requested to cancel the subscription within 15 days so please cancel my sister’s subscription

                    Respected Sir/Ma'am,
                    With reference to the above subject, I would like t o lodge a Complaint against BYJUs Company, Bangalore for not agreeing to refund the amount of two years upon giving the cancellation request.
                    I have purchased the package of Byjus Course for my daughter Syeda Sara Fatema for 3 years (8-10 th Classes) on 31st October 2021. They have taken 4 months to supply the LENOVO tablet and engaged the classes for two months only from end of February to April 2021. Then the classes were stopped as the examinations were going on, I understood. But for the higher class i.e. for 9th grade they have not informed about when the classes will resume where I have taken the information from their helpline repeatedly about the resuming of classes but no satisfactory answer and one fine day I get the information that the classes got started long before and my daughter was late to join the class, so they have decided to place her in the new batch, ok fine.
                    But there were issues with login have started and she is not able to join the classes. Constantly this issue was lingering on and no solution was provided. She is facing difficulty for the online classes and wants to join the offline class.
                    Therefore I have sent the request for cancellation of the product and said that give me two years of refund as I have not availed the services for 9 and coming 10 class. But their answer is the cancellation can be processed within 15 days of purchase of the product. As I have mentioned at the start of this complaint that after repeated follow-up I got the LENOVO TABLET after 4 months and I could start the classes for my daughter at the end of the academic year for 8 grade and also facing the challenges to login during this academic year for 9 grade.
                    Therefore its an humble request that kindly place and consider my complaint for the refund amount of Rs. 40, 000/- against the cancellation of the Product from Byjus.
                    Sir, I am a middle class father and a private college teacher and its getting difficult to arrange finance for the studies of my daughter.
                    I thank you for providing the platform for lodging my complaint and highly obliged.

                          Hi,
                          This is in reference to one of your counsellor/product seller Mr.Krishanu with TNL no:21847377 had assured us to provide physical classes for my child with AKASH TUTORIAL within 6months of enrollment once COVID norms lifted.Till date he has been misguiding us and no such initiative had been taken.He has given us multiple dates just to fail.
                          We tried to communicate customer care and they are asking for any witnesses or physical docs of commitment.We have whatsapp and text msgs for a proof.We want either my child should start attending physical coaching classes or our hard earned money should be returned.
                          We are even planning to take legal action against that person.
                          Looking forward to a ambit solution.

                              Sir i am a student of byjus online 11th and 12th neet counseller has given false statement that you can cancel your subscription for 3 month but after 15 days i told counseller to cancel but he don't pickup my call and after message he write a email to byjus team but no action was taken regarding cancellation and after so many days i call mentor and she told that you can't cancel your subscription after 15 days but when i told him that counseller has told that you can cancel subscription within three months but no response from mentor and she told i don't know you have to pay emi please cancel the subscription my family financial condition is very weak due to medical problem we are not able to pay emi

                                My Son is completely unable to understand the concepts, is not attending any of the 'live' sessions, and things have completely worsened since he took up the 3-year 'Premium' programme.

                                Right from the beginning the programme has never been helpful. I have complained on several occasions in the past. I also tweeted to Mr. Raveendran last year my concerns about the deficiencies in their services. But, Byju's never solved the problems.

                                There has been no mentoring whatsoever since the sessions began in the current academic year (XII standard). My son was not able to understand any of the concepts being taught. Rather than helping him, these so-called 'live' classes had previously ended up confusing him even more. He has also not at all used any of the worksheets or the text books provided by the company.

                                Taking these into consideration, I informed Byju's via email ([protected]@byjus.com), on 15/05/2022 and again on 24/05/2022, that my son was not attending any of their 'Live classes' on their App for 12th standard( IIT JEE coaching included). I also mentioned that I requested for a partial cancellation and refund.

                                The standard reply from Byju's was "We have taken note of your request...call back arranged from the concerned team within 24 hours". I am still awaiting a reply.

                                I also mailed to their mentor but there has been no response.

                                Since there was no reply from their end, I tried contacting their mentor helpline on several occasions. The mentors only passed the buck and were of no help whatsoever.

                                It appears that Byju's is excellent in delaying tactics. They have completely washed their hands of[censored]s. It is now 2 months since I raised this issue. But there is no solution in sight.

                                  I raised my cancellation request on 30 june . After cancellation request senior manager called me 2 to 3 times and offer me discount then I said I don't want discount only need cancellation.                                   I purchased course for my daughter and payment had done by EMIs.But additional amount of 10000 has been auto debited from my account, through Think And Learn Pvt Ltd auto debit mandate.
                                  Once payment done for purchased product, then why 10000 deducted again.
                                  I talked to customer care but no satisfactory answers got from them.

                                  When full EMI payments done auto debit mandate should be cancel .

                                      I had taken byjus course for my daughter from 1st July 2022 she attended only 3-4 days classes due to pathetic customer service and communication service I not willing to continue their course as I purchase this course for 32, 000/ with the 5, 000/ as advance payment, I dont want waste my money so as per there policy I called them to cancel the course 0n 7th and mailed also on 8th July I.e within 15days of kit received., as I got ghe kit on 4th if July..
                                      The problem us they are not ready to contact me over the phone and even no proper reply to the email, which iam sending alas o every day
                                      I am calling continuously 1 - 2times da ly from past one week, and getting only one auto reply from call centre person that our senior manager will call.. But which is never happening. Even after telling them that Senir manager called my oa week back and I T old her to cancel

                                      I purchased byjus IAS tablet course product 3 months before and they promised me to provide mentorship program according to my requirements.But till today there is no response from their side.I was asking for malayali mentor from last 2 weeks bt the coordinator Ishara was not responding.Then I put a request for cancellation of course, they called me and said there is no option for cancellation because its been 3 months.I had to give my details each time I call to coustomer care and they all have different answers for my course cancellation request, some say it is possible to cancel and they will put on a request for that, some says that I am not even their coustomer, they can't find my details in the system.Its been a 7, 8 days. In beginning coordinator told me that you can drop the course if you are not satisfied with it, but now they are not cancelling it.I am not satisfied with their service and not able to pay 8417 rupees per month.But they told me the amount is already prepaid and I have to pay this amount every month.I don't want to deduct any amount from my account from next month onwards.So I am cancelling the course and i request to refund my money ASAP.
