Hi,
This is in reference to one of your counsellor/product seller Mr.Krishanu with TNL no:21847377 had assured us to provide physical classes for my child with AKASH TUTORIAL within 6months of enrollment once COVID norms lifted.Till date he has been misguiding us and no such initiative had been taken.He has given us multiple dates just to fail.
We tried to communicate customer care and they are asking for any witnesses or physical docs of commitment.We have whatsapp and text msgs for a proof.We want either my child should start attending physical coaching classes or our hard earned money should be returned.
We are even planning to take legal action against that person.
Looking forward to a ambit solution.

      Sir i am a student of byjus online 11th and 12th neet counseller has given false statement that you can cancel your subscription for 3 month but after 15 days i told counseller to cancel but he don't pickup my call and after message he write a email to byjus team but no action was taken regarding cancellation and after so many days i call mentor and she told that you can't cancel your subscription after 15 days but when i told him that counseller has told that you can cancel subscription within three months but no response from mentor and she told i don't know you have to pay emi please cancel the subscription my family financial condition is very weak due to medical problem we are not able to pay emi

        My Son is completely unable to understand the concepts, is not attending any of the 'live' sessions, and things have completely worsened since he took up the 3-year 'Premium' programme.

        Right from the beginning the programme has never been helpful. I have complained on several occasions in the past. I also tweeted to Mr. Raveendran last year my concerns about the deficiencies in their services. But, Byju's never solved the problems.

        There has been no mentoring whatsoever since the sessions began in the current academic year (XII standard). My son was not able to understand any of the concepts being taught. Rather than helping him, these so-called 'live' classes had previously ended up confusing him even more. He has also not at all used any of the worksheets or the text books provided by the company.

        Taking these into consideration, I informed Byju's via email ([protected]@byjus.com), on 15/05/2022 and again on 24/05/2022, that my son was not attending any of their 'Live classes' on their App for 12th standard( IIT JEE coaching included). I also mentioned that I requested for a partial cancellation and refund.

        The standard reply from Byju's was "We have taken note of your request...call back arranged from the concerned team within 24 hours". I am still awaiting a reply.

        I also mailed to their mentor but there has been no response.

        Since there was no reply from their end, I tried contacting their mentor helpline on several occasions. The mentors only passed the buck and were of no help whatsoever.

        It appears that Byju's is excellent in delaying tactics. They have completely washed their hands of[censored]s. It is now 2 months since I raised this issue. But there is no solution in sight.

          Cancellation and refund issues

          I purchased a aakash byjus class 12 neet pcb live course on 20 june 2022 .
          I raised my cancellation request on 30 june . After cancellation request senior manager called me 2 to 3 times and offer me discount then I said I don't want discount only need cancellation.           I purchased course for my daughter and payment had done by EMIs.But additional amount of 10000 has been auto debited from my account, through Think And Learn Pvt Ltd auto debit mandate.
          Once payment done for purchased product, then why 10000 deducted again.
          I talked to customer care but no satisfactory answers got from them.

          When full EMI payments done auto debit mandate should be cancel .

            I ordered a product and submitted a request of cancellation om 15th day, they told me on 12th july that I got call by the senior manager but I didn't get any call from them

              EMI Cancellation and Refund the payment

              I have made extra payment towards BYJU'S subscription and requested for refund and sent a mail on 21stJune2022. But there is no response from BYJU'S.

              Please check following is the transaction ID:BYJUS[protected] that I have made payment of 5000rs/- using UPI method on 17th June 2022 attaching the screen shot for reference.

              Along with this I'm attaching screenshot of payment link that I used for payment of 5000rs/- and 13000rs/- on 19th June 2022.

              Please try to make BYJU'S to initiate refund the extra amount of 5000rs/- I have sent a mail on 21stJune2022. But there is no response from BYJU'S.

                  I was purchased the product 4 months back and my kids are not showing interest to watch that. and sales persons Pallavi and Riyaj told me when ever you want to cancel the product it will be possible to cancel i already sent email to cancel but no responds from them and sales people are not answering my call to contact them. They have cheated me. I send the mail for byjus support team for cancel the product and refunding the amount. 7000 per month emi and product is not using no one is responding. They are cheaters. Please cancel the application/product and refund the amount.

                    I got continues call from byjus sales team and they said that i have an offer. 299 per subject for 1 year. I opted for 3 subject which is maths kannada and Hindi. Then they say they don't teach kannada and Hindi. I asked for refund, they asked for the proof which I sent. The payment details and receipt. It's been one month. No money has come to me.                       Hi I am Jinal Dhanak mother of Bhaavi Dhanak. We opted for 6th to 8th STD 22nd June 2022 for my daughter by paying 70000 and after 1 or 2 sessions she did not find useful so as per the policy we sent a mail for cancellation on 30th June 2022. After that we have been calling customer support everyday to know the status of our refund however everyday support team repeats the same that you will get a call from cancellation team before 8 pm for further process. But we do not get any calls. While taking subscription they fake promised that within 4 days you will get your refund. The counselor Jagruti Srivastav who came do not pick up the phone at all. Her manager Pranav Meshram keeps giving excuses technically glitch or short of staff. Mentor Ankita never called. If we do not get any response and they keep harrassing like this to us then we will go legally against Byjus and their team for such harrasment and show all phone call recordings and emails to the honourable court and also apply for the compansation additionally for this kind of harrassment.

                              On 9th/July/2022 I had a counselling session with Byjus counsler name Chetna Umate on the same day at the time of session on zoom she told me that i won 50%scholrship on IAS exam prep course fees and she asked me to pay 10000rs on that day and I do the same I payed the amount by Google pay of my jiju nd on next she asked me for bank details and other documents for making e.m.i from the bank but bank rejected that than I told to miss Chetna...

                              Hi, my brother is a 5th std byjus BTLP Program student. I'm trying to my Mentor for my 5th std books order but byjus Mentor has not Contacted or connected with me. I tried calling for 15 days but the Mentor or support service was not showing interest to solve my query. And when I am trying to reach them they take a call and speak the service period is over we call later tomorrow. and they not calling. Byju is a fraud company
                              When I Bought the Package there the consular are talking sweetly and promised Byju to give Best 24/7 service. But they are Fraud
                              BYJU's customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                I have Enrolled my kid into Byjus Program on Jan 3rd 2022 with 1.40 Lac package program from 8th-12th. They offered to cover 7th Grade as well as it is anyways during end of Academic year of 2022.

                                During onboarding process I also checked on options of cancellation procedure with sales person, as per him the Options are
                                1. Cancel with in 15 Days where you have to return all the Materials
                                2. Cancel after 6 successful payments, where you can keep all the Materials delivered so far

                                So after us trying for couple of months we felt BYJUS were not doing great job in scheduling classes and we lost 2 months of Kids productive time during summer where Byjus didnt schedule any classes. Even after multiple follow ups Byjus didnt care to prep the kids during summer.

                                So our family decided to let go this program after 6 payments.
                                I sent an email to [protected]@byjus.com on Jun 7th and till today Jul13th no response from them.

                                I have a recording of the sales person explaining about the program and cancellation procedure as well, where it is very clear him mentioning about Pot 6 Payments option.

                                Appreciate any help in this mater
