Hi Team,

My kid was enrolled for 1st grade in Byju's future school for online classes. Initially the representative from Byju's told us that we can cancel the enrolment at any time as our request is to continue the online classes only during the summer for 2-3 months.

We have paid the amount 45000/- for the same and later on we got the call from instructor as they claimed that they would not roll back the enrollment...

First they give commitment for quality of their services but it has very poor service and after payment you will feel helpless.
They are fraud and cheating people...

We have registered the Byju's course on 4th Jun and paid Full fees. The Course is not started yet. They are not replying to emails nor providing customer support after multiple calls on helpline. We are highly disappointed.

We request for cancellation and complete refund of fees.
