Byus cheater app. Their not canceled my son's subscription. From 3 month I continously apply for cancelation. Their just take money from the parents . Their just mental harassment only

    I bye byjus product for my child - Medha on 11 july 5:00pm (yesterday) and i mail and contact in costumer care of byjus. because the policy of byjus for 24 hrs before cancellation (order of the product) but they not cancelled and tell for after 15 days o[censored]sing the product, cancellation and refund .

    they do not raise the complaint for cancellation within 24 hrs by my side

      At the time of enrollment it is said that they will taught my ward four subjects english science social science and maths but till now means after four months they only taught only twodubjects like maths and science and even they said there are four classes weekly but only two classes are there in week.At this period i intimate about it at byjus mentor support and at that they said that it is resolved within 48 hours but till now it remains same.so i want to cancell my subscription.but they deny me.

        Dear sir / madam I had purchased the subscription for my daughter in feb2022 as she from j&k state board our session completes in oct month so when we started the subscription she was put in grade 7th which as per cbse finished in March 2022 .but as far my daughter her grade 7 will be completed in Oct 2022 . Regarding the same I had been requesting BYJU’S for last 3d the to keep her in grade 7th as per her present school grade . Nothing is done for the past 3 months and she’s already lost 3good months of her grade 7 classes in BYJU’S . I request you if there can be any help . As we have been paying our monthly emi regularly for no reason

          From Byjus team Mr. Sameer Gour TNL21876183 visited our house for product demo on 19.06.22. He told us about product and he put us pressure and made us to pay for 9 & 10 class fees (5000 admission and 53000 emi). He told all lies and convinced us that proper care will be taken regarding student studies. but fact is after payments done by us, he is also not attending calls nor messages.
          From last 1 week (07.07.22 to till date) i am contacting BYJUS cancellation team for product cancellation. some of their mentors contacted and assured for cancellation, but until now i have not received any confirmation for cancellation of product from byjus. now BYJUS team is not at all responding to our calls. byjus mentor (Mr. sameer gour - TNL21876183 who visited our house he told us that we can cancel product with in 15 days if we don't like it. You are requested to cancel this product as per your below refund policy.

          Byjus Refund Policy

          All Test Preparation course products (CAT/IAS/GATE/UGC-NET/CDS/NDA/CSIR-NET/State PSC) come with a trial period of 7 days and school learning products come with a trial period of 15 days. Within the 15 days of delivery, you can refund the product in case you do not like it.

          I have requested for cancellation with in trail period 15days.

            Byjus fired 2700 employees in one day
            I was one of them.
            They said extra pay will be provided whoever will be leaving the organization now. And it's been more than 40 days since I left my job i didn't received any FNF settlement till now and didn't received that extra pay too.
            Please help someone.

              I had taken byjus course for my son on 27/06/22 he attended only one class now he is not willing to attend last time also I took this course and wasted my 57000 now again I don't want to waste my money so as there policy I called them to cancel within 15days they are not ready to contact me i even sent a email regarding this but no response kindly help me stop this emi payment simply of no use

              I have taken byjus course 11th and 12th jee on 11/072022 . and I was contact byjus mentor to cancelled application and refund money but they give some excuses and don't refund money but mujhe join hone ke liye sirf 6 to 7 day hi hau hai . I don't understand byju's lecture I don't like it. please contact me and solve my problem and refund money.

                I requested for reschedule of classes on jun 30 as student school has been resumed and it clashes with byjus classes timing, I 'm calling them on daily basis to change the timing as student is losing his classes. It's been 12 days I've requested for it and student has lost 26 classes, but no one is responding and classes is still not resolved. I get promised on each day that they will check and get back to me but none of them came back.
                Byju's is doing mental harrassment of customers, I was thinking about the suicide because they are ruining my brother future. To process any request I need to call more than 50 email and more than 50 calls. they always do promise to call back and resolve the issue but I never received any call back and to resolve any issue it take more than two months.
                I've sen more than 20 emails to the CEO of byjus but he never replied. Please process the request this time otherwise I'll do suicide on the name of byjus as I'm being mental harrased by byjus and his ceo and their employees.

                    Today I got a call that I am not going to be provided with the ADVANCED books and lecture as I did not gave MAINS. I have paid fully for my service. This is not for me but for Piyusha Singh.There are no terms in terms and conditions like this.

                      Hi. Today I got a call if I had done my mains or not. I decided am not going to give it for some reasons. Now BYJU's is saying that I won't get the books I paid for, lectures as I did not give my JEE mains. I felt like this must be some type of scam. Read the terms : No mention of such thing.

                      I do not have any proof now but after a bit more time I will have it when no book will be sent and my account will be closed

                        I have purchased a course from BYJUS on. It's been 8 months I am waiting for it when it will be canceled. I have mailed them in between 15 days, But they said it's in process. They are just harassing the parents. I have mailed at [protected]@byjus.com & [protected]@byjus.com. But they are not responding.

                        Course Delivered date -16. 11.2021
                        And I raised a cancellation request through mail on - 23.11.2021

                        In between 15 days I raised the cancellation request. bUt they didn't cancel my course yet.

                        It is submitted that my brother is not taking the benefits of the products and is not keen to continue
                        Hence You are requested to instruct the Byjus company to close my loan account which they have fraudulently.

                          Hi, I am the parent of student Nisaanth. Still now your senior manager hasn't contacted us and EMI's are debiting from my account.I have done with every formality I have canceled within 15 days trial period. I have returned the product. I also sent all the proof but still my money is not yet refunded. I don't know why my request is in progress. I have done everything correctly as mentioned but still, my money wasn't refunded instead of that you are taking my money as EMI. What type of logic is this?. First of all, cancel the loan it was irritating even I had returned your product but you are taking the loan amount. Is this fair? .whenever I mail to your team the reply was our senior manager will contact you, but still, now he/she hasn't contacted me. Please take this as seriously and reply ASAP. In this mail I have attached all the proof once again please verify and refund my money. The total refundable amount is 9119 INR.I canceled the product on the 6th of May and returned the product on June 7 but still now our money has not been refunded.

                            Sir I have booked a byjus online class for my ward subject to satisfaction of product by my son. My son is not desired to take this product for further but now their company is threatening me to deposit the loan amount

                                  Byju's the ticket number is 11427259.

                                  I had made payment of 5000 INR to BJYUS on 06 June 2020 for enrolling into the 11th course study material for my son who wad studying in class 11th in 2020.

                                  I had cancelled that program on 10 June, 2020 and requested to Refund the payment of 5000. The product was not delivered. Team assured that they will refund the payment and asked me for the bank details. Even after providing them bank details I didn't get the refund amount till now. Every time I drop them mail, they will reply saying your request is forwarded to concerned department, but yet My issue is not resolved.

                                  Can you please look into this issue ASAP, as this issue is quite long back, but didn't get any satisfactory response from the team.

                                    As per the conversation, I am looking for the cancellation of pending EMI's as it is not helpful to us anymore. Manaswi is not even attending the classes from April month and no one informed us about this as well. The sessions are completely different from her curriculum. There is no advantage of having classes. In fact we see our kids are going negative with all those sessions as she is not able to relate it.
                                    We cannot burn our hard earned money like this. This is ridiculous to get such a response from your team that cancellation cannot be done. Is it really an education industry?. We cannot commit crimes or beg around to pay byju's fees. This is pure mis-selling of your services and product to us unnecessarily. It was even told to us that we can cancel the EMI's at any time and even seek a refund if it doesn't go with our expectation. The person who sold us the scheme is not even picking up or responding to our calls[protected]. I have never seen any education industry make payment mandatory if a student doesn't want to continue with it. If you forcefully want us to pay for the EMI's thent that is not going to happen, I am looking to get some help from you and not to create any unnecessary troubles to both o[censored]s. Please help to get this matter solved amicably.
                                    My kids' education has already impacted post joining your classes and I just simply want to cancel the subscription and pending EMI's.

                                        Respected Sir/Madam,

                                        I want to cancel my subscription of class XI + class XII JEE course which was taken on June 8, 2022. The reason for cancellation is my dissatisfaction with the classes.

                                        I did send an email previously to [protected]@byjus.com, pinning the same request for which, I received an email from [protected]@byjus.com demanding for Order ID, Registered Mobile number, Registered Email ID and needful documents. And I had send the required details. But my subscription has not yet been cancelled.

                                        According to your refund policy, within the 15 days of delivery, we can return the product in case we don't like it. And we have been trying to contact you since June 17, 2022 but haven't got any response from your end.

                                        So kindly remove my subscription and refund my money immediately. I request you to send
                                        me a letter of acknowledgement for the cancellation of my subscription.
