I want to cancel my product immediately .now I don't want to enroll I also drop a mail regarding my cancellation but still no response

For further communication contact on [protected] don't call on lead no. I am attaching proof of payment and cancellation email where I didn't receive any response from Byjus side.

I want to cancel as soon as possible

My name - Lalatendu mahanta .I want to cancel my course. My mother can't able to pay the fees of my course. Byjus' agent who came to my house gave no documents and told me that I can stop this course anytime.But two months are going and I want to stop my course nothing is happen. The agent Trilochan Das (ph no :-[protected]) don't contact with us .If I call or message him he cut the call and give me no reply.So please take a charge against this fraud ...

I have purchased Byju's course of class 11th and 12th + NEET due to financial problems I want to return it, so my parents talked to the counselor but he refused to do so and manipulated them. Then I sent a mail the Byju's support as well as Byju's cancellation ID but we got no response. Then I talked with the mentor and said about my issues and want to return it and get refund but she started laughing and ask to talk with my father, he too said the same thing and the she asked us to send some documents to the mail we have sent to her but no use, they are not responding at all. Please help me and cancel my subscription in Byju's and refund my full money no matter what. Very disappointed by Byju's.

I don't have proper communication and thought to cancel the subscription. They were not helping in any way. We have not received calls from mentors properly. It is less than 10 times. They were arguing me they have called us for more than 25 time. So I have asked for call list details they are not sharing call list.

I requested BYJU'S to change my batch but after several emails and calls to the support team the work isn't done yet.
The request was made last week but the company is postpending the complain.

Two month before I bought byjus subscription for my daughter Durva, She studing in India comes here for small visit in Dubai, UAE
Executive Nikita Dhygude(+[protected] give us presentation about overall study structure, in live seassion asked her many time about Live lecture she said it will start from June now my family is in Mumbai they are not getting live classes as per her comenment now she said you have to pay 550 AED for live classes.
She given many false statements due to this I took byjus subscription for 1 year.

Books also requested her to send my home town India she said later you will call to me I will arrange delivery for you Now last one month taking followup with her every time she said I will talk with logistics team.
I strongly feel byjus has to take necessary action against above sales executive

Earlier i had sent an email to the mentor subeksha rai regarding my daughters syllabus not the same as taught in byjus . The mentors calls are disconnected before the conversation and then they dont connect at all . She is also missing her classes as her time slot has not happened. I had put the request for change in timing a month ago. Pls resolve the issue of the syllabus and time slot . Pls reply to emails . . Thankyou

I took a trial of Baiju's Premium Learning Companion class on June 20th 2022 week . and I paid Rs.5000 as advance booking . After 2 two classes we decided to cancel and inform the related person she said i have to pay Rs.5000 again for Tab, which i got from baijus. I am trying to talk to costumer care of Byjus for cancellation updates but they were not picking up my call.

I request you to send me a letter of acknowledgment for the cancellation of my subscription. Now if I don’t get any positive response from Byjus within 1-2 days regarding my cancellation and refund and the loan I will be left with no option but legal action I will complain consumer court .

I would like to cancel my subscription for my son for the course - class VII - NIIT, JEE because at the time of registration the executive told my that I have to pay in 5 years instalments but now I got to know that it is of 1 year EMI plan, the amount per month I can't afford at all. My EMI will start from JULY 2022. He misguided me and I am very much worried now.

Secondly the Tab they gave is not working from the first day (the learning app is not responding) so the whole process of learning is of no use.

Please cancel the subcription as early as possible.

I wish to state that I had paid admission charges of Rs 15000/- having reference id BJCF[protected] on date March 16, 2022. At the time of admission, we told the representative to admit our child Kamya in kacchi chawni branch of Jammu and the same was assured by the representative also that your ward who is in 8th class (already informed to representative) will be admitted to mentioned branch. However later on, we got a phone call that your ward has to attend the classes at Gandhi Nagar branch, Jammu. We would like to inform you that Kamya's sister will also be taking her classes in Kachi chawni branch and it will not be feasible for us to send our child alone to Gandhi Nagar branch as it is very far away from our place. So i request you to kindly refund our addmission charges as we were falsely committed by the representative. Matter is pending since March'22.

We request you to Cancel our enrolment in byjus immediately. Also, send cancellation confirmation to the finance team.

I was forced to avail the Biju’s Product educational product on Feb 2021 for my son, for +1, +2 JEE offline class.

Marketing Executive(“Rafik”) pushed me and psychologically manipulated my wife saying an offer of Rs.5000/- with immediate enrolment, without giving time for thinking. He not even explained the cancellation policy and taken the sign-in papers, went off. He hardly spent 30 minutes, his focus was on collecting the money and dump the product on innocent parents like me.

We already paid our full instalment from March 2021 to February 2022. 7000.00 Rs per month through EMI.

Also, we enrolled for online from April 2022. And forced to pay Rs. 5000 for first instalment and remaining amount as EMI (3750.00 Rs / month).

During our offline class we didn’t get proper calls from mentor and mentor was changed multiple time and can’t reach any one them for clarifications.

Byjus marketing person didn't explain anything about cancellation policy.
We are calling the marketing person Rafik many times but there is no response.

I want canceled my product but byjus always show off and said thai i can't canceled ..plz canceled my product

I paid Rs 5, 000 through UPI (Ref No .[protected] initially and balance Rs 33, 000 through my financing partner Avanse with Loan Number - [protected] on Feb 24, 2022 to BYJU's after the self assessment made by them for CAT course.

Montly EMI of Rs 2, 750 deducted from acccount from Apr 7th 2022 onwards for the loan I availed from Avanse.

The Tab product and other materials received only by March 22 month only, through courier and mode of classes are from Tab provided by them.

Basically I am Tamil Nadu my native language is Tamil, but the pre recorded classes and online class are happening in English and other regional language like Hindi which I am unware.

So Basically BYJU's failed in the initial assessment itself whether I fit for the content they are providing.

Since I am not able to learn from the teaching method of BYJUS, I want to cancel my subscription and need my money back as it is hard earned one.

BYJUs should understand the pain from student point of view.

India is a country of "Unity in Diversity ", but BYJU's sells products in English and / Or Hindi language which is not understandable by everyone.

So it should respect the emotion, feeling and need of the other, and not only focus on selling product what it has.

I know English, I can read and speak, but I am not able to learn everything in English.

I need my native language " Tamil" support to learn and understand things which I preferred from my childhood.

Since I am not able to learn anything from BYJUs method of teaching and I prefer Traditional way of regular classes I want to cancel the registration and need my money back.

Even I tried BYJU's cancellation team for the same and the senior manager says course to be cancelled in 15 days of purchase as per their Terms and conditions.

But my question is I realise only after 2 months this method of teaching is not suits and this not a perishable or food items or other things to fix a date for cancellation.

BYJU's makes money from Education, Its ok, but it should not take the students and Indian systems as Granted.

When as a Student I strongly believe that a particular course does not add any value additions to me then I should given a fair opportunity to cancel it anytime I need.

Its ok to make money for what you teach, but you cannot forcely take money from students and deliver the content you have.

Please note there are many Youtube and social media channels which are delivering Education freely through their channels.

I humbly request this forum to look into this issue seriously and take the necessary actions needed.

On 22 June 2022 i made a payment for 1 month course for 7th grade, in instructions it was mentioned that after making payment you will receive a link on your registered mail id .But till now i didn't receive any response from them. When i tried to call them couple of times they will inform that we will consider the request and educational counsellor will call you in 15 mins. This happened for 2 days. When i ask for refund they are saying that ask sales team.
I received a mail for asking few details like order id, Mobile no., Email id and payment details.

i submitted all the screenshots of my payments done .

I left using byju's application film 2018 after my 10th class but still I am getting calls from byju's I am fed up of saying "please don't call me" to the person who is calling me but it have no use every month I receive calls from byju's, I did mail, I did complain over there official website, I try to find delete account option in application don't have delete account option in there i am wondering way this app not have delete account option.

Now i am totally fed up i am urging byju's PLEASE DONT CALL ME AGAIN .

We have order a online class for our daughter but we did not attend even an single minute of the class by the evening of the day we ordered we cancelled the order but still not refunding the amount and no response for the byjus company we are facing very hurdle kindly help us to get the refund amount as soon by the company

I asked to cancel my byju's subscription of 11 + 12 JEE course, but they have illegally subscribed me to the course.
I did not even opt for the course and now every month some amount to IIFL Loan is being deducted.
I want immediate response over this and cancellation as soon as possible, plus refund of all the illegal amount collected as of now from the 11 23 jee course.

I have purchased online classes package of five years from byjus.we are paying monthly EMI of 6500/- now we want to discontinue this classes because of some financial crises.we cannot pay it further.so please cancel it.
