Dear sir,
Last month one of your persons has came to my home and gave demo class for my kid. End of the session she forced us to join in Byjus. I don't have any choice to reject that. Without any option I have join in Byjus and she gave us a study materials to my kid. But later on I was not interested so I have given the cancellation message to byjus. Then 2 days back I have received a message regarding EMI. And I have called to your customer care and explain everything I have said above. They promised me that your person will call me within 24 hours and resolve the problem it seems. But now without my knowledge your company has debited Rs. 4201/- from my account. Is this right approach? How can you do this all these things without my knowledge and without any pre intimation? I need to cancel this and and I need my money refund.. Or else I'll go by legal and file a complaint against Byjus.

    We subscribed 3 year course in last November. We are now unable to
    continue the same as we have decided to join the child in Hostel and
    there's no flexibility to carry laptop/ phones.
    Hence I request you're team to consider this case and arrange to permit
    for cancellation of the due course.

    Raised a mail on May 13, 2022 but still issue not resolved yet
    Every time when we mail, we'll get mail that it is in process.

    Pl solve my grievance and cancel auto EMI agreement,

      I ordered a byjus product for 15 day trial. I wanted to cancel the order and sent mail regarding it within 10 days .
      I also received a call that my account was cancelled. My wards classes should have begun from june . As my account was cancelled, my emi was not deducted on 6 june as specified. I was not able return the product as there was no further response from byjus and I have still not got the refund of rs.5000 .
      Tody (june 27) I got a message from byjus that emi will be deducted on 6 July . My ward never attended any classes. In case emi gets deducted I will take legal actions . I need proper response from byjus team within end of June .

          I want to cancel my IAS course in Byjus.

          But they refuse to cancellation policy is over after 15 days. But i paid for all my products that i received already, the emi that i am paying monthly is for the live classes, recorded classess and other materials.

          I just want to cancell my emi and cancel my access to all materials which I am not gonna need any more.

          If I am not gonna use it then I don't need to pay anymore.

          Kindly help me out here please.

          I already mentioned the same while joining they said they can help me out as per my needs.

          But now instead of helping me they are refusing.

          Please i can't pay 7333 rupees monthly for something I don't use anymore, with my monthly I have some medical expenses to pay for monthly my dad is a stroke patient.

          Kindly help me out here I tried explaining them. So many times but they won't help me out they only offering to pay lesser amount of 4074 for 24 months.

          No I can't do that either it simply an waste of money this are the medical expenses money..

          Please understand my situation and help me out here...

              I have taken a course of 1 year for my brother in law from Byju's. They promised to start from basics and provide my candidate with the best learning. As soon as i made the payment via the links shared by Byju's representative, they stopped communication in terms of candidate orientation, learning schedule, timetable. Candidate kept chasing the shared mentor contact for numerous questions on how to start learning and schedule while the mentor was not available to help him out. After multiple chasers, we decided to drop from the course and sent a mail for cancellation to Byju's support mail address and cancellation team mail address. We paid full amount on 16th June and after trying for 4 days, we sent an email for cancellation on 21st June 2022. It's 27th June today and Byju's haven't refunded the money yet. I am really struggling to get my money back from Byju's and need help on that.

                I have been trying to terminate the Byjus program since past month as I am not able to pay EMI’s and I informed them within the trial period of 15 days still no action is being taken yet. It is very harassing for us.

                  I have taken my byju's IAS preparation course in Nov 2021. They sent tablets and also send books in January 2022. I have already paid 5 months EMI. Now my family is family economical crisis and my family is not able to pay further EMI'S but the finance company pressurised. I mailed the byju's company to cancel the product firstly they didn't respond then I again mailed they reply after some days that one employee contact you after some days I called by myself and they said it will not cancel because the cancellation process is only done within 15 days. They also said that they can only extend you emi for 6months not more than that. They can only do the extention of EMI. They are saying cancellation only in 15days and they don't say anything about that they send the books within approx 2months. Sir please raise the issue I just want to cancel it because I can't pay any EMI because I have no money...

                    I continously mailing and calling to byus department for the cancelation. They alway said we arranging the call but no call arranged no cancelation procedure done till date .my son arrush not taking any interest into it even.no proper supervision was present waste of money and time

                      I do want to cancel they didn't call I didn't understand classes they not teach twice times and also I can't understand anything in class so why I have to EMI every month? When this is not in help I'll also not pay EMI 3750

                        My name - Lalatendu mahanta .I want to cancel my course. My mother can't able to pay the fees of my course. Byjus' agent who came to my house gave no documents and told me that I can stop this course anytime.But two months are going and I want to stop my course nothing is happen. The agent Trilochan Das (ph no :-[protected]) don't contact with us .If I call or message him he cut the call and give me no reply.So please take a charge against this fraud ...

                          I have purchased Byju's course of class 11th and 12th + NEET due to financial problems I want to return it, so my parents talked to the counselor but he refused to do so and manipulated them. Then I sent a mail the Byju's support as well as Byju's cancellation ID but we got no response. Then I talked with the mentor and said about my issues and want to return it and get refund but she started laughing and ask to talk with my father, he too said the same thing and the she asked us to send some documents to the mail we have sent to her but no use, they are not responding at all. Please help me and cancel my subscription in Byju's and refund my full money no matter what. Very disappointed by Byju's.

                            I don't have proper communication and thought to cancel the subscription. They were not helping in any way. We have not received calls from mentors properly.                                 Dear Byju,
                                Two month before I bought byjus subscription for my daughter Durva, She studing in India comes here for small visit in Dubai, UAE
                                Executive Nikita Dhygude(+[protected] give us presentation about overall study structure, in live seassion asked her many time about Live lecture she said it will start from June now my family is in Mumbai they are not getting live classes as per her comenment now she said you have to pay 550 AED for live classes.
                                She given many false statements due to this I took byjus subscription for 1 year.

                                Books also requested her to send my home town India she said later you will call to me I will arrange delivery for you Now last one month taking followup with her every time she said I will talk with logistics team.
                                I strongly feel byjus has to take necessary action against above sales executive

                                  Earlier i had sent an email to the mentor subeksha rai regarding my daughters syllabus not the same as taught in byjus . The mentors calls are disconnected before the conversation and then they dont connect at all . She is also missing her classes as her time slot has not happened. I had put the request for change in timing a month ago. Pls resolve the issue of the syllabus and time slot . Pls reply to emails . . Thankyou

                                    I took a trial of Baiju's Premium Learning Companion class on June 20th 2022 week . and I paid Rs.5000 as advance booking . After 2 two classes we decided to cancel and inform the related person she said i have to pay Rs.5000 again for Tab, which i got from baijus.                                       I would like to cancel my subscription for my son for the course - class VII - NIIT, JEE because at the time of registration the executive told my that I have to pay in 5 years instalments but now I got to know that it is of 1 year EMI plan, the amount per month I can't afford at all. My EMI will start from JULY 2022. He misguided me and I am very much worried now.

                                      Secondly the Tab they gave is not working from the first day (the learning app is not responding) so the whole process of learning is of no use.

                                      Please cancel the subcription as early as possible.
