I am trying to talk to costumer care of Byjus for cancellation but after picking up the call when the hear about cancellation, they said will call but afterwards nobody responds this is happening to me. So many times I informed and still not attend any classes. Already I said I'm jobless so I can't pay but last month I paid the emi for afraid to spam calls. Now should I do my work or keep on phone all the day for their response even for my own hard earned money also I sent many mails to them but nobody bothered to respond the mail or show any curtesy to reply even I kept in cc Mr.Byju himself but very sorry to see such kind of shameful behaviour of a so called big company, now if I don’t get any positive response from Byjus within 1-2 days regarding my cancellation and refund and the loan I will be left with no option but legal action I will complaint consumer.

    As we were interested to taking your classes for my child NAksh goyal for all subjects but we got misguidance from both of your coordinators Ms SHRUTI TAPARE and MS NEELAM. They just did miselling by misguiding the people. With your misguiders we are thinking Byjus app is totally just fake and fraud. They were giving counselling us on 1st June, 2022 and we paid Rs. 5000/- on same day and still we didn’t get any tab or books as she said we will get but we didn’t get. We called them on daily basis but still no respond or any guidance properly. And today she said to start first EMI but she guide us on 1st June that after paid Rs. 5000/- we will get books and tab or demo classes for 15 days but yet no class start. So today we asked to cancel it but she ( Ms SHRUTI TAPARE) forced us to start EMI.

      5 years subscription that too registered in the month of dec. from jan the program started. When i asked how my child will complete the current grade content because only 4 months left to finish the year. They mentioned it can be extended 2months summer holidays time can be utilised.problem started with the device lot o[censored]x content the provided device not supporting hangs every time. I calked customer care everytime i m given with different answers and new device not yet received.1person say order raised, next time they say order not raised they raise now. Next time they say it will come in few days. Next time they told still order not raised.if they know this is the known issue with the device y it should be sold tocustomers like this.now again asking for video tech support assistance etc. this is my 3rd month the device is on sleep mode. Who is responsible to solve this even we com forward and check everytime the status the consistent answer is not given. There were so many tried with tech support team too before raising the request for new device. They too agreed but still its the same status. Only time n unnecessaryily head ache for us only.

        The agent came from byjus to make order provided all the wrong information. He told us that we can cancel it anytime and he will initiate cancellation after 15 days if we are not satisfied. We asked him to cancel after before 15 days he said it can only be done after 15 days and after that he stopped picking up our phone. The classes are not working properly and i have to pay huge interest to the bank on EMI.

          I have ordered a product from byjus class 6 to 8 learning class on samarth ramesh nangare I have cancelled the product within their 15 days refund policy it's almost a month over but they still not refund my money please look at this

              Dear Sir\Mam

              Please help me getting by Refund processed form Byjus. I enrolled for On Jan 2022 and paid fulll fee in advance but due to some circumstances cancelled the same with in 1 week of paying the fees, Till date I am called by so called Senior mentors\employee\Manager and in email they see they will reply soon buts its more than 4 Months but still money not refunded.

              Now even they have stopped replying to my emails, could you please help me getting refund done asap or provide me thier senior Management contact details so that I can call\meet them with all proof of my communications

              they are creating new tickets but old tickets remain unresolved

                  Byjus aren't cancelling my Aakash live lecture they said they will and I have recording of it I haven't even activated my classes and I want my refund back as soon as possible I always trusted byjus and always gave them good rating and now this time they are doing such type of thing this is unbelievable if byjus won't contact and return my 55000 back I will go legally and I have receipts of purchase and recording of the employees of byjus including the senior manager and her direction and her hope of giving refund

                      I took byjus course for my kid on Apr 3rd via my debit card emi. The salesperson Subhathri talked very nicely and assured me refund of in not satisfied with the product. Mentor called only twice after taking the course and after that there were no follow-ups. Immediately on Apr 9th i sent message to salesperson that i want to cancel my course immediately. She told i will recive call back from cancellation dept but I'm yet to get any calls. Already one emi gone and tomorrow secund emi. Also i paid 5k sas enrollment fee.

                      So i request byjus to cancel subscription of 53k aana refund my money immediately. Don't try living on other people's hard earned money. I'llsue your company and make sure it is published in press papers

                      Plz refund my money and close my debit card loan at the earliest

                        Dear Sir, After Continuously followup & calling to service no. [protected].we have not received any confirmation from your side for cancellation processing.today once again we have msg received from loan department for paying installment we already requested you we are unable to pay installment. Requests you again & again pls Deactivate our loan and course & return your kit etc.

                        It has been told from your side Phone no. [protected] here that if we paid our deposit Rs 5000 down payment and Rs 5583.00 in the next installment whose date is 7th of june 2022, then the tablet will become in my property. and the remaining loan and courses etc will be closed immediately.

                        If it is correct then I am ready, please confirm in the mail.

                          The company of byju's did not keep any of the promises made by the representative of byju's.They gave me a course of seven & eight instead of a course of eight & nine.She told me that I could give it up if I could not understand or not feel interest on it.At the time of admission the representative was hiding the fact that I could apply for leave within the fifteen days.The company's mentor was informed of my incovenience but she/he did not take any action.Please help me to close the bank's EMI.

                            Dear sir/madam,
                            I had taken a TLP course for my cousin from byju's learning app. When byju's executive Mr. Prashant Sharma [protected] visited at our home for counseling, I clearly communicated to him that we will only take the demo of the product and if found useful only then i shall continue it. He confirmed about the 15 days demo programme that we can raise a refund request if we are not satisfied. We paid an initial amount of 5000 for registration which was also refundable if we discontinue within 15 days as per the refund policy mentioned in their application form. Payment ID of 5000 is BYJUS[protected] dated 25th April 2022. The amount payable was rs. 5000 as down payment and balance rs. 62000 through Avanse in 12 of instalments of rs. 5167 each.
                            Mr. Prashant Sharma (Sales executive of byju’s) committed me ( guardian) and the single working mother of the student that if we send cancellation email within 15 days of receiving the product we can cancel the subscription and we will get the refund of down payment of Rs.5000 and no further emi will be deducted from our bank account as the loan will be cancelled. This is also mentioned in the document provided by him.
                            As the student was not able to understand the content of the course, mother applied for cancellation within 10 days by calling Mr. Prashant. He insisted that he will arrange a different tablet programme for student and extend the demo period. He said if the student is still unable to understand the second course then they can finally cancel it. But the parent refused nd insisted on cancelling the product since 18th MAY because she couldn't afford the product. We sent emails about the cancellation of subscription.
                            We are continuously making phone calls and emails to the company byju’s and avanse that please complete the procedure of cancellation and refund the amount paid. But they are not responding. We are getting emi deduction reminders from bank end even after requesting cancellation.
                            Student's mother is a single hard working parent and only earns 9000 per month. She is so depressed about the loan. 1st Emi due date was 1st June and bank will make an auto debit on 7th June. We are trying to contact all day in order to avoid the inconvenience. They are not even synced with each other. The mother is not that literate so she completely relied on the sales representative Mr. Prashant and now the support team is saying why did u rely on sales person commitments. They are denying to cancel the loan application nd insisting to convince the student even if the issue is regarding content and fee. They are just avoiding the concern nd delaying it.

                            Please take immediate action on this.

                                Product purchased: Class 4-10 Tablet and course content worth ~1L

                                The issue: When I bought this product they said IGCSE is coming and they will change my son's course to IGCSE. I am following up with them for the past 2-3 years and every time they say they I will forward it to the "specific" department and they will enable it before 8 PM today or a maximum of 48 hours. These stories continued for 2 years.

                                Suddenly one day they said they don't have IGCSE but they can map the syllabus and give it to us. I was OK with that too but no luck same story continued.

                                Again one of the CSR told me that they have IGCSE and they will convert my son to IGCSE. This game continues and nothing happens my son is unable to use the product from the time of purchase.

                                As the solution, I request for refund of the amount as they could not deliver to the promises and product for no use.

                                  Respected Sir,
                                  With due respect I beg to state that I had taken Byjus subscription at Rs.5000 on 17-04-22 and the educational supporting materials reached my home through courier on 25-04-22. As per the terms and conditions I write a mail to [protected]@byjus.com that i want to cancel my subscription and refund due to my child don't like it. But they call me and asked to reduce the charges but i said my child don't like it. They said we will send you a mail then after your confirmation we will go for it. But on 01-06-22 a massage got by me that i have to pay rs1583 emi on 07-06-22 without my acknowledgement and call back regarding this. In the same date a executive call me that my previous emi Rs4942 is converted to rs1583. I said her to mail me what you talk to me several time but she said we can't mail you.
                                  In 01-06-22 i again mail byjus that please reply my previous queries which is not understand by me.
                                  And today while received a massage that my previous emi is not cancelled, and i have to pay rs4942 i am very much sad and harassed.
                                  Therefore I would request you to pease help me fir refund my Rs5000 and stop my subscription from byjus.

                                    I have taken the byjus subscription for my child Devansh kumar . Our mentor is Ms. Simmi negi told us if we not satisfy with the product we cancel our product withing 15 days and we are totally not satisfied with the byjus and already inform to Ms. Simmi and email to byjus support email ID many times. But no response we will receive from them. Now the EMI is schedule for deduction from account. we want to cancel the subscription and refund our paid amount.
