Requests you again & again pls Deactivate our loan and course & return your kit etc.

It has been told from your side Phone no. [protected] here that if we paid our deposit Rs 5000 down payment and Rs 5583.00 in the next installment whose date is 7th of june 2022, then the tablet will become in my property. and the remaining loan and courses etc will be closed immediately.

If it is correct then I am ready, please confirm in the mail.

    The company of byju's did not keep any of the promises made by the representative of byju's.They gave me a course of seven & eight instead of a course of eight & nine.She told me that I could give it up if I could not understand or not feel interest on it.At the time of admission the representative was hiding the fact that I could apply for leave within the fifteen days.The company's mentor was informed of my incovenience but she/he did not take any action.Please help me to close the bank's EMI.

      Dear sir/madam,
      I had taken a TLP course for my cousin from byju's learning app. When byju's executive Mr. Prashant Sharma [protected] visited at our home for counseling, I clearly communicated to him that we will only take the demo of the product and if found useful only then i shall continue it. He confirmed about the 15 days demo programme that we can raise a refund request if we are not satisfied. We paid an initial amount of 5000 for registration which was also refundable if we discontinue within 15 days as per the refund policy mentioned in their application form. Payment ID of 5000 is BYJUS[protected] dated 25th April 2022. The amount payable was rs. 5000 as down payment and balance rs. 62000 through Avanse in 12 of instalments of rs. 5167 each.
      Mr. Prashant Sharma (Sales executive of byju’s) committed me ( guardian) and the single working mother of the student that if we send cancellation email within 15 days of receiving the product we can cancel the subscription and we will get the refund of down payment of Rs.5000 and no further emi will be deducted from our bank account as the loan will be cancelled. This is also mentioned in the document provided by him.
      As the student was not able to understand the content of the course, mother applied for cancellation within 10 days by calling Mr. Prashant. He insisted that he will arrange a different tablet programme for student and extend the demo period. He said if the student is still unable to understand the second course then they can finally cancel it. But the parent refused nd insisted on cancelling the product since 18th MAY because she couldn't afford the product. We sent emails about the cancellation of subscription.
      We are continuously making phone calls and emails to the company byju’s and avanse that please complete the procedure of cancellation and refund the amount paid. But they are not responding. We are getting emi deduction reminders from bank end even after requesting cancellation.
      Student's mother is a single hard working parent and only earns 9000 per month. She is so depressed about the loan. 1st Emi due date was 1st June and bank will make an auto debit on 7th June. We are trying to contact all day in order to avoid the inconvenience. They are not even synced with each other. The mother is not that literate so she completely relied on the sales representative Mr. Prashant and now the support team is saying why did u rely on sales person commitments. They are denying to cancel the loan application nd insisting to convince the student even if the issue is regarding content and fee. They are just avoiding the concern nd delaying it.

      Please take immediate action on this.

        Respected sir/ma'am
        I am a 10th pass from batch 2022-23, currently in grade 11th from science stream. i want to pursue a career in the field of medicine and hence I'm preparing for the neet examination ( 2024 ) . i have been studying from the free version of byjus ever since lockdown started so when i had to choose an institute for my neet preparation, i received a call from the byjus councellors after which they scheduled a home counseling session. on the day of counselling i was told that i will be allowed to attend few demo live classes, and the video lectures on the tablet will be available in both Hindi and English; i was also provided a trial period of 15 days to cancel the product if I'm unsatisfied. on contacting the assigned mentors i got to know that there's no live class to attend until 6th of June. i passed the information to the counsellor who sold me the product and he said, i quote " it's alright! the company just gives a rough estimate of 15 days to the customers but it entirely depends on us when we cancel the product. we are byjus for you. let the classes start and you can tell me if you're not satisfied with the product, I'll cancel the product and you'll recieve your refund" . quote end. i was also told that the videos on the tablet are not available on the free version. however, as i started watching the videos i wasn't able to switch the language to hindi . it's very hard for me to understand the lectures when it's in complete english. i checked on the free app and all the videos i watched on the byjus provided premium tablet were available on the free app even after 30 days o[censored]sage of that free app. i was told my metors would call me and that their counsellor lied about maximum things including the trial period and language switching option. i didn't recieve a call back from the mentors either. the counsellor has blocked me from his number too. i am a medical aspirant and had put my faith into this institute only to get scammed by them.
        i have call recordings and chat screenshots of my conversations with the byjus councellor where he made all those fake promises. i can easily prove that i was given false information about the product.
        i belong to a middle class family. i paid for it. i was given false information, false promises. i am the one who got scammed, and I'm the one struggling right now while the person who scammed me is probably sitting in the comfort of their home, having forgot about it all . please tell me what can be done and how could I contact the related authority to get my refund.

            Product purchased: Class 4-10 Tablet and course content worth ~1L

            The issue: When I bought this product they said IGCSE is coming and they will change my son's course to IGCSE. I am following up with them for the past 2-3 years and every time they say they I will forward it to the "specific" department and they will enable it before 8 PM today or a maximum of 48 hours. These stories continued for 2 years.

            Suddenly one day they said they don't have IGCSE but they can map the syllabus and give it to us. I was OK with that too but no luck same story continued.

            Again one of the CSR told me that they have IGCSE and they will convert my son to IGCSE. This game continues and nothing happens my son is unable to use the product from the time of purchase.

            As the solution, I request for refund of the amount as they could not deliver to the promises and product for no use.

              I tried to contact them several times.But I still do not have an exact response.The first thing they said was that the final settlement would take place on June 15 But to this day I have not received anything.I've tried to contact them several times but there is no report on what I should do now

              Hello team, I'm resigned as a BDT and I did not receive my salary till now.so many times I mailed the team, but not received till now, the said that FNF will take place on 15 th June.But to this day I have not received anything.Whst should I do now .

                Respected Sir,
                With due respect I beg to state that I had taken Byjus subscription at Rs.5000 on 17-04-22 and the educational supporting materials reached my home through courier on 25-04-22. As per the terms and conditions I write a mail to [protected]@byjus.com that i want to cancel my subscription and refund due to my child don't like it. But they call me and asked to reduce the charges but i said my child don't like it. They said we will send you a mail then after your confirmation we will go for it. But on 01-06-22 a massage got by me that i have to pay rs1583 emi on 07-06-22 without my acknowledgement and call back regarding this. In the same date a executive call me that my previous emi Rs4942 is converted to rs1583. I said her to mail me what you talk to me several time but she said we can't mail you.
                In 01-06-22 i again mail byjus that please reply my previous queries which is not understand by me.
                And today while received a massage that my previous emi is not cancelled, and i have to pay rs4942 i am very much sad and harassed.
                Therefore I would request you to pease help me fir refund my Rs5000 and stop my subscription from byjus.

                  I have taken the byjus subscription for my child Devansh kumar . Our mentor is Ms. Simmi negi told us if we not satisfy with the product we cancel our product withing 15 days and we are totally not satisfied with the byjus and already inform to Ms. Simmi and email to byjus support email ID many times. But no response we will receive from them. Now the EMI is schedule for deduction from account. we want to cancel the subscription and refund our paid amount.

                      Cancellation, refund

                      I am trying to contact byjus for my cancellation but my calls are not being answered.vits been more than 15 days since I contacted them, i have even emailed several times but no response from their team
                      We are very much disappointed...

                      We had enrolled our son Master Shivam with Byju. We have been trying to get the registration cancelled for the last 21 days. For the reasons mentioned below,

                      Reasons
                      1. No personal touch during live classes.
                      2. Forget about two teachers not even one is available.
                      3. Mentor not available.
                      4. No clue guidance or registration available for competative exams.
                      5. No performance review no tracking
                      Thanks
                      6. Mentors are being changed frequently
                      7. Majority of the commitments maid during registration are not being honoured to.

                      8. Numerous calls and mails but no response.

                      A week back it was told by Mr Tribhuvan Narayan that the camcellation request has been processed and Byju representatives would call up to do the formalities.
                      But neither any one has called up not our calls are getting replied to.

                      It has now become almost impossible to reach out to Byjus representative. Byju has resorted to an unethical practice that, Calls from the registered numbers are put in an infinite loop. whereas they are promptly being attended to from an unregistered number. Thus has been verified at least five to six times, informed and demonstrated to the Byjus representatives also.

                      kindly assist us on getting the cancellation processed.

                          I have submitted a cancellation request in byju's and my my order Id
                          registered contact number [protected] [protected]. They said that my cancellation is in progress and would get a call from byju's soon. I have not received the call or any messages from them. I want to make sure that my product is cancelled. IIFL loan department is disturbing me by calling me daily for emi. Please help me. Now i don't want above product because no body will responding. They are cheater. Please cancelle the application and refuno the amount. Please help me.

                            3 days ago, I got a notification saying that I had to set up the SD card. And then when I setup the SD card, I opened the BYJUS application it was asking for my pin validation of 10th grade. Please provide me with pin validation of 10th grade. Also I had tried calling byjus helpline but no one responded back to the call. please provide it fast my studies are disturbed too.

                              Myself Sandip Gohil from UAE country. My daughter having subscription of grade 8. While deal I asked them for live classes with byjus app for Grade 8th because I am interested in live classes, they agreed for same, but they make Invoice wrong which one I paid by trust of byjus reputation. Now they said you have to extra pay for live class for grade 8th because in Invoice didn't mention. Couple of time I contact with customer care but they did not support. I asked them to give me the telephonic recording and mock class recording but they refused for that. While all communication during purchasing subscription, Marketing guy never told me that you have to pay for grade 8th live class. Now they are lying for that live class only for grade 7 which one they told me complementary while deal.

                              One thing I address here I took this subscription on January 2022 on that time my daughter in end of grade 7th(2 mont remaining). So how I could asked for grade 7 live classes. But those all people are not agreed for that. Also refused to show me for recording of our communication.

                                I have not recieved my books. It has been 1 month my book has been placed but till now I have not recieved. Please deliver it fast. I have to start my class 11. Please respond as soon as possible

                                  I took byju's premium before 10 months
                                  on 20th, may, 2022 my learn station stopped working due to some hardware issue. I called to byju's technical team. They said they will send a new lenovo tab within 3-4 working days. On 30th, may, 2022 we called to byju's technical team because the tab was not recived. They are saying you gave complaint to us but complaint was resolved and closed. Again we raised complaint. Now if we are calling to them, they are listening to our complaint and saying you will get a call after 40 minutes or they are saying that they will connectcall to higher authority on keeping our call in hold. After waiting 40minutes no call is comming from bjyus. Please take an immediate action

                                    I've purchase CAT course worth 38000/- on 24/5/2022 without any counsellor. I received confirmation mail as below. I tried reaching out to you guys several times but there were no output. I've been patient for 6 days as I want to start my CAT preparations. Kindly solve the issue and deliver my course or money please.

                                      I have subscribed a course for my child and after 10-12 days i raised cancellation request but till now not received any update.
                                      I also sent a mail before 3 days but not received any response from Byju's.
