As per above subject i brought byjus product on 13/02/2022 after that i was cancel the same sent mail to cancellation @byjus.com and called help line also and contacted to marketing officer with whatsup told the canceltion of the product but they are not cancel now i got massage today that my EMI will start on 5th of next month by Birla finance i have mail copy with me and whatsup also i have today also tried to contact teme but no response our student name :saanvi datanal byjus registration number [protected]

Sir, I took Byjus course for my son Abedhya on 03March2022. But he is not able understand the course. So in this matter I sent so many emails to cancel the course to Byjus. Also I talked to the executives of the Byjus and explained my problem very clearly. The IIFL persons forced and harrased me for the EMI. Iam suffering from mental tension in this issue. The Byjus persons are too neglecting in this matter. So I am requesting to please kindly cancel the course abd refund my deposit as early as possible. Thank you.

The learning Tab is not working properly & we can't communicate with mentors as our mobile number is blocked by Byjus. Every day different person is calling to us introducing themselves as byjus manager & every time we are telling our problems that " we are unable to contact mentors our mobile numbers are blocked & our tab is not working properly. Also no mentors are communicating with us. No body is assessing my daughter from byjus side" but end of the day we find no result. We need to resolve this issue as early as possible. I mailed lot of times to byjus support team but no positive result found.

I wan't to stop Byju's course after 4 months, since my son is having a medical problems and needs to have an operation, So. I wan't to stop deduction of EMI. any amount deducted since, won't needs to be refunded. But the customer support team is saying that, it can't be stopped in between.

My name is Shreyansh Gajera, I have registered my self for 12th Science A group class in Byju's Aakash learning centre located in Nikol, Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

My classes are supposed to start by now but when I have done inquiry they told me that they still do not have any Tutor and still looking to hire some hence they can not start the class.

So I asked to cancel my registration and provide refund. Now they told me that they can not do that as they do not have payment information.

I have registered through the person named Nirlay soni

I am attaching the images for payment transactions and registration number.

I have also send the email to you but no response.
Please do the needful to cancel the registration, all Mandates done by your Financial Partner and provide refund.

I took course on IAS, but within a month of period I was informed that due to medical reason I can’t continue the course and I attached the medical records too it’s been 6 months now no cancellation is done I paid 6 month of emi still from collection team is threatening to make the payment seriously abfl telling we don’t care about your course with byjus. So far, I have very worst experience with the BYJUS Grievance Team. Though I have paid through EMI Option for Rs.80000 and the invoice clearly says the payment is 80000, still the BYJUS team is telling they can refund only Rs.73k. This is totally unacceptable.

Please address this promptly, cancel the enrollment, collect/pickup the materials and refund me the full 80k. I will take care of settling my EMI accordingly.

I have been contacted by Byjus for my kids education, I requested education package for my own two kids and my brothers kids ( 02) Total 04 kids. The total amount i need to pay in one year was 150000.00 for all 04 Kids including Byjus Kits ( 04 Tablets, bag, books and other items). I had a written deal with Byjus representative Mr. Mahaboob Basha Mobile No: [protected]. As per him, that i need to only pay 20000.00 as advance and rest i need to pay as No cost EMI. He told me that he can not create a package of 150000.00 in single attempt, instead he created two packs of 80000 and 70000.00 .further he told me to provide my card details and only the advance amount will get deducted. However a total of 80000.oo got deducted from my account. and Now he says it is only for two kids and i need to pay 70000 to get kits for other two kids. Now he is not repsonsding niether the byjus customer care. Customer care says that i need to speak with him. He is not at all responding. This is entirely fraud.

I am waiting on my refund since March. this reference number was given to me in March and I was told that I will receive my money in 7 to 14 business days but I have still not received it and it is May 19th, 2022. this refund was due as I didn't attend any class and was told that my money will be refunded. need help and I am going through some financial issues and it's affecting me personally.
