Byju's policy: "Within the 15 days of delivery, you can refund the product in case you do not like it."

My daughter - Sanvi Devang Patel (M: [protected], [protected]) is enrolled for UKG, STD 1 and STD 2 in Byju's. Our 15 days trial is on going. We have requested for cancellation of enrollment on 04/May/2022 and refund request.

Byju's team (email, customer care and councellor - Mr Urvishumar Soni) are not answering...

A byju's salesman trapped us by saying so many good things about byju's courses which in fact can't be true and didn't give us time to think. I registered for Byjus learning app on 10.04.2022 for my kid and paid the sum of Rs.5000 and they said that they will send tablet soon, but till now, the tablet is not yet received...Kindly do the needful to receive the tablet soon......
