    I purchased this course of 7th and 8th classes for my brother.
    Number +91-[protected]/ +[protected] which is being received by assistant manager Ms. Manasvi Natesh. We have already approached her alot many times since 6th May 2021 regarding the cancellation and informed her that we had received the byju’s package on 28th April 2021 and dropped the cancellation mail on 5th May 2021 and have been contacting her since then yet they are not at all understanding the situation and proceeding with the cancellation.
    Her response being “you could have thought about your financial issues priorly before opting for the course “
    but future is not predictable and nobody knew that we would be in this situation, yet contacting within 15 days as per your company norms still the cancellation is not happening. I am not asking anything against your company norms. I have rights of asking for cancellation and refund of our amount as we are going through very tough times, still the cancellation process is not completed nor carried forward.

    Already 2 EMIs have been deducted and this is hardened money of my father that was secured for medical emergency purposes. We are really struggling hard to survive on that you are making the situation even worse.

    Even after explaining the situation Assistant manager Ms. Manasvi Natesh is forcing us to continue with the course and

    1. Ma’am has no right to force us.

    2. Ma’am is going against your company norms and making her own rules and regulations.

    3. Ma’am disrespected me and my family and is very rude to talk, which is completely unethical and it seems to be very unprofessional.

    4. The customer service people say -will contact you within 15 minutes and give fake promises but Till date they never call us back. (such a useless)
    5. Pathetic service and Unprofessional company.

    6. Ultimately, we middle class people are suffering due to Covid pandemic and financial crises. Even after politely explaining everything and following all the instructions by Ms. Manaswi Natesh that is arranging call from the mother, making her talk to the student, yet she says that she won’t cancel it.

    7. They are not owning their employees commitments and harassing us and trying to cheat us. I want my complete refund.

    8. Till date we might spoken with more than 10 of your employees regarding the same and nobody gives us any clear picture regarding cancellation few of them tell that it is in process and lastly Ms. Manaswi Natesh says that it can’t be cancelled, this is going on and on since past two months (she is responsible for everything and she is dragging this case )

    9. This is high time you actually take some action and provide us the exact details of where our case is and proceed with the cancellation, in such tough times it is actually very depressing and torture to us to leave everything and waste our time on just a mere cancellation which is our right to ask for.

    10. Hope at least now u give us some conclusion and not drag the case anymore.

    11. We have right to ask for our refund.

    The situation where father being hospitalised and business being in loss due to pandemic and no source of income this is not in our hand as well and all this couldn’t be predicted earlier.
    Without showing any humanity you can’t ask to continue the course when we are clearly stating our problem for why we can’t continue the course.

    Lastly one suggestion for the byju’s that no matter who receives our call may it be the assistant manager (manaswi Natesh), or the councellor (Avinash Vyas) or the managers or your call executives all belong to the byju’s and are part of your organisation only.

    If anything goes wrong with my family then its byjus team who is responsible.

    This harrasment and torture is unbearable. You people are forcing us to take legal action against you.

      Mere dawara teen mahine se registration cancel karane hetu request karraha hu. Parantu abhi tak registration cancel nahi kiya gaya our mughse har mahine emi bharve ja rahi he.

        Krishna Shinde who is economically backward was coerced by Mr Avi Srivastava, a sales rep of your company to buy a package. The parents were told that if 1 EMI was missed, there would not be interest charged. However the reality is very different. Rs 900 was charged to them.
        After numerous calls the issue is still not resolved. We have helped the parents financially to pay off this interest. However it is very disappointing to the parents that they had to take help. They have lost all trust in Byjus and are just going forward because they want their son educated.
        REQUESTING YOU TO NOT DUPE POOR PEOPLE JUST TO GET YOUR SALES UP. ABSOLUTELY NO CONSIDERATION SHOWN TO THE STUDENT.

            I have taken Byjus JEE Main subscription, and i would like to cancel the subscription ( before the 15 days time period given by your executive), after multiple times contacting the support team there has been no response at all, i have been mailing since JULY 3rd. one of the executives even disrespected my daughter, which was completely unethical and the customer service doesn't help at all

              We have been requesting Byjus for return of the material and cancel the enrolment but we are not getting favorable Reponses.
              We have contacted the counselor within the 15days of delivery of the material but he didnt inform us where or to whom to connect for same.
              After tried alot we connected to Byjus call enter and now they say it is not possible to return and we can not take the request,
              My question from Byjus is whey the counselor didnt inform us about whom to contact when we connected within 15days.

                Dear Sir/Madam

                Kindly arrange to cancel the course enrolled through mob no [protected] of my ward Stavyaa Singh as you have failed to start the class till now (today is 06/07/2021) and as per extra classes attended few days back teaching standard is not good.
                I don't see any value teaching from you neither expect that there will be any in future. I am a typical middle class Indian who expects value for money in every investment and till date I haven't felt that and don't see in future too. For me 36K is huge amount. I request your kind self to cancel the course and refund my hard earned money ASAP and oblige me.

                Let me explain you in chronological order the ordeal I went through

                24/01/2021 Mr Kunal D Kamani (TNL[protected] invited for Zoom Meeting for online counselling after appearing for some online scholarship test.
                He offered following

                The learning program as prescribed by our counselors: K10 BYJUS CLASSES

                A. Curriculum - 3-4-5-6th BYJUS CLASSES.

                The learning program as prescribed by our counselors: K10 BYJUS CLASSES

                A. Curriculum - 3-4-5-6th BYJUS CLASSES.

                B. Mentor Services - Available from 10:00 am to 8:30 pm, to assist the student in the phase of difficulty.

                C. Counsellors Services - To guide the student as well as the parents towards a smooth path of BYJU's Learning approach as well as guiding the student towards a proper understanding.

                D. Doubt Portal - Web portal specifically designed for the students to have 24*7 assistance of doubt clarifications and for additional material requirements. (learn.byjus.com)

                E. Tablet - Lenovo/Samsung 10” Tab.

                Books - Physical Books

                F. Off-line Assistance - In case of any supplement regarding the doubts pertaining to the subjects, parents can connect to mentors. The activity sheet for every standard is provided and sent to the registered email id.

                G. BYJU's Parent Connect Application - Proper assessment of the student along with the performance & progress details in parents mobile

                H.Byjus Classes 3+1 Online classes / week

                Fees : 40, 000/- for the entire package with tablet including 75% scholarship from BNAT exam.

                One time payment and CC EMI’s available.

                28/01/2021 Got impressed by what was offered and enrolled by paying Rs 38000(Rs 2000 cash back)
                Very soon received tablet and std 3 physical materials without any online classes(Reasonably understood as it was too late for Std 3 online classes)

                patiently waited for classes to start for Std 4

                28/03/2021 Contacted Mr Kunal again for onwards information about Std 4 classes (about timings/no of classes etc) He told me to contact Byjus Mentor Support (I WASNT CONTACTED FROM BYJUS TILL NOW ABOUT ANYTHING )
                I contacted and then I got to know that Disha Madam is my mentor but she was not available but somehow I got physical books (Which is still lying as it is )

                APRIL, MAY PASSED BY - NO COMMUNICATION

                Again I contacted in the very first week of June and upon Inquiry I got to know that as per your records my ward Stavyaa was still in Std 3. After so much follow-ups finally I got call from MENTOR DISHA . She asked us about preferred slots for online classes I gave preferences. I also requested her to cover the leftout portion which has already been completed. Meantime two Extra classes were also conducted WHICH WERE BELOW AVERAGE. These all happened by 6th June 2021. After that I thought that things have sorted out .

                BUT WAIT ... NO

                AGAIN NO COMMUNICATION
                I Again dropped a mail regarding TENTATIVE DATE FOR START OF ONLINE CLASSES on Mentor Disha e-mailID disha.[protected]@byjus.com on on June 21, 2021 but till date (July 13, 2021) the mail is not replied .

                OUT OF FRUSTRATION, DESPERATION AND FEELING HARASSED I WROTE FOR CANCELLATION ON 7 JULY 2021.

                NOW IF YOU ARE A SANE PERSON AND HAVING SOME COMPASSION THEN YOU CAN UNDERSTAND MY SITUATION.

                YOU HAVE FAILED TO
                1 . YOU HAVE FAILED TO PROVIDE SERVICES ON TIME. Every time I need to reach you for every small things
                2. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ACADEMIC LOSS TO MY WARD
                3. YOU CAUSED MENTAL HARASSMENT AND ECONOMICAL LOSS TO ME

                I WAS HAVING VERY HIGH REGARDS FOR BYJUS. I WAS USING YOUR APP BEFORE ADMISSIONS TOO. BUT I HAVE NO TRUST/FAITH/BELIEF IN YOU.

                TO CONTINUE WITH YOU IS TOTAL HARASSMENT . I HAD ENOUGH OF IT. NOW NO MORE.

                I TRIED MY LEVEL BEST TO CONTINUE WITH YOU BUT THINGS ARE NOT WORKING OUT FROM YOUR SIDE. I HOPE YOU CAN UNDERSTAND MY SITUATION.ON ABOVE BASIS ITS MY REQUEST TO YOU THAT KINDLY CANCEL THE ADMISSION AND REFUND MY HARD EARNED MONEY.

                  I am Dhahir Hussain I am joined to byjus classes on January 13th for my neet preparation I expected more from your side but there is nothing in byjus because online classes is not a live class it is just a recorded class by this I can't able to ask my doubts directly with teacher and also the live chat is totally waste. I need only one from your side that is, "if you give me a previous online classes" I am get satisfied otherwise it is totally waste for me and the 15min doubt solving session is also not satisfied for me.

                    Sir,
                    One of your educational counsellor Naming ARKO...i am unaware of further details called me and used abusive, harsh language and even told me that I am bound to answer him with all his queries,

                    He was indecent, laughing & directing me to use one language,

                    He should to hold accountable for his behaviour & i am having such a pathetic experince with BYJUS ...even thid guy mentally harassed me & my family.

                    If punitive action is not taken i am sure byjus will not impart education to children but they will endorse arrogance, rudeness mocking of people.

                        I have taken byjus course on 30th june and the entire course amount was 92000 out of which they made me use bajaj card to pay 32000 as downpayment and 60000 they converted as byjus loan. I got tab and books after a week but then i lost my job and i have never attended any of their classes or used their study material which is the books and tab i am requesting them that i cant afford the loan i lost my job i have not used any of your service even once plz cancel my course and take back your study material but no one is solving my problem i already told them im a divorced lady and im a single mother i lost my job from where will i pay the amount i cant afford plz cancel but they r not listening all i want is cancellation of my loan i dnt want this expensive course any more it

                            I have taken byjus for 4 to 10 and 7 to 10 cycling ...last year...and I am paying 4000 per month...but this year academic ..not responce from byjus mentor...customer care ..number ..I think it is wrong ...just I know ...we have done big mistek taken the byjus..

                              On 17/06/21 i purchased the BYJUS LEARNING Program for my sister for standard 4. On 23/06/21 i requested for cancelling of my premium. The mentor's said to gives us few more days then you can cancel it, and we'll give you a discount of Rs13500. Now again i requested for cancellations and they are not responding to the request neither the mentor nor the counselor.
                              Please Give me Solution what should I do.

                                Worst customer service baijus team is having..I wonder how harsh their team are speaking to the customer..10th july 2:45pm I got a call by baijus and it was from their finance team and one lady was on the otherside.she was so rude and when I asked her is this the way you are speaking to your customer and asked her name.. then she put off the phone call..This is not my first experience from their side..

                                  ECS MANDATE presentation through my bank account paying off the EMI & also mental harassment & blackmailing from Byjus

                                  I opted Byjus on May 12th, 2020. My EMI started on July 7th, 2020. My Monthly EMI is of Rs.3750. Each month on 7th the amount is deducted from my bank account. I missed one of my EMI on Sep 7th, 2020. That too I paid off on Sep 12th, 2020 through Gpay. I missed my 2nd EMI on June 7th which was my last EMI & my loan for 12 months to get ended.                                   I have applied for BNAT Test, I didn't got 100% Scholarship. But A Teacher from Byju's Called me and told that I would be getting a discount. So after 2 Tests. The teacher told me take 2 Packages. 1 for my Son for classes 7&8 and another for my other son Class 10. He told me, in order to get the discount, I need to Pay Rs.10000 at that moment only. So I paid him the amount. I was told to submit the Details in 2-3 days, which included -My pan Card, Aadhaar Card, Bank Passbook (With Updated Transactions)and a An Agreement letter( That I agree to give BYJU'S Rs. 53000 as EMI ) with my signature and Date and some IDs. For E.M.I, so that they can deduct monthly fee. But then after discussing with my family. They told me to first try 15 days without giving any details and if he disagrees cancel the scholarship.I told him the issue, he told me that 'It is against the Policy' and that we need to First Give all the Details and then after 15 days if you're not satisfied then only we can give you a 100% Refund. Then immediately I contacted Byju's Customer Service, he Raised my request and told me also to write an email...I did that still and ...after that I got an Email from them they told me that they have submitted my request to concerned department...And no response after that...Please Help me... I am in a difficult position...I want to cancel all the scholarships and requests and I want my refund back... I have attached my payment screenshot...Please Check and Help..

                                  I had to call them and mail them every couple of days. And after many days they called and asked me to do a step of procedures and agla asked for my Bank details and I was given a refund

                                      I took tablet classes on the 2th June but I didn't like it so my consumer gave me live classes.I told him then that the validity of tablet classes would be completed in 15 days. But He says If you take Live Classes, the validity of your tablet Classes will start with it and end with it. So I took live classes.My live classes Started 5th july And I don't like Classes. So I send cancellation request.But company senior don't responding to me.
                                      Please Help me to cancel classes and refund My payment.
