This is to highlight the kind of fraud Byjus has done with me and put my son's 10th standard learning in risk. This could be the same case with hundreds and thousands and lakhs of other cases with parents in India who paid Byjus huge fees for their children but did not get the training\classes due to such malpractice and frauds being conducted by Byjus from years in India. When I checked Google with just key word search for concerns\complaints against Byjus by Parents in India. I found the result\output in pages that led to thousands of page results with a list of complaints and issues reported by parents against Byjus.

I had paid full fees in advance to Byjus that too in September 2020 for my son to get his classes online training for 7th, 8th, 9th and 10th Standard. Now after daily follow up on emals, , multiple calls for hours I make. Byjus Team Leads agreed that I have paid the full fees for my Son including for his 10th Standard. And there are problems from Byju's Sales and internal teams. But no one is doing anything for days and they just keep stating we have reported the issue.
School has started for my Son for his 10th Standard, Even the Byjus Grievance team mentioned on call for the Byjus classes schedule will be added for my Son's Account in Byjus (Listen to the attached file\call number 1). But that too was a false promise as there is no online class training or option provided yet by Byjus for my son in his Byjus account. My Son has been missing his Byjus classes that was on Monday 8 to 9 M and then 9 to 10 PM. Similarly on Tuesday on 8 to 9 PM and then 9 to 10 PM. And everyone in Byjus teams or management has been silent on emails I have been sharing or calls I have been making to them. Worst of all most of the Customer care people in Byjus are pathetic and have no values for any parents or concerns they share. More than 90% of calls I have made to Byjus Customer care were being disconnected by the Customer service representatives.

Would request the concerned people to kindly take this up and showcase how Byjus has been cheating Indians and thousands and lakhs of parents putting a risk to children's education.
Indian law and government should stop Byjus and its entire management from functioning their business in India. And all the culprits who have been cheating thousands and lakhs of parents and children in India should be put in prison.
I hope this email and details shared will encourage all those middle class family parents to come forward and file a case against Byjus. There should be no more parents or children of India whom Byjus should be able to cheat anymore.
Byjus has not just broken the trust of millions of childrens and parents but Bujus and people who are working in Byjus doing such kind of malpractices and unethical ways of making money have destroyed lakhs of children's education and put their parents in huge monetary debits too.

IMP - I know Byjus is a very big company now making crores and crores of money. And there are people in Byjus who have great political and other contacts too. But still I am raising the above concerns as a parent who has been cheated by Byjus. In case there is anything that happens to me going ahead, even it would seem to list an accident or any other way. Take this as an accountability and act that may have been influenced by someone who may try to stop the Fraud I am trying to highlight.
No matter what happens to me but people in Byjus who have been doing such fraud and destroying the education of lakhs of children in India along with parents being pushed to financial burden. Byjus needs to be stopped immediately and people who are doing any kind of frauds need to be put in prison forever.

Hello Byjus Management Group,

By now it is become very clear with the same experience\response I am getting from Byjus Customer Service Team who are the only Customer facing team. These members from Byjus continue to showcase their way of working caring absolutely nothing for the issues and concerns raised by Parents who have paid their hard earned money for childered.

Even after paying in advance for 4 years for my child. i have to call up multiple times and there is no resolution yet. Yesterday after 3 times of calling up and speaking with pathetic customer care members in Byjus customer care support numbers I could get hold of Praveen who is the Team lead in Customer care team. He agreed that I had paid full fees in advance in 2020 itself for my Son for 7th, 8th, 9th and 10th online classes. But Byjus system was not updated by the Sales team. Today evening Pravin called up and just informed the same again that he has raised this issue with the Byjus sales team and then he disconnected the call the momement I told him that i am taking him on conference with Byjus Grieviance team member with whom I had spoken in morning.

I had tried calling up Byjus Customer care support number again and spoke with Savita. Requested her to get Praveen on the call who is Team lead as he disconnected a few minutes ago. But she too denied like the first 2 members yesterday.

It is a pathetic experience from Byjus who has taken full fees from my in advance for 4 years and now there is a rukus created to cheat me and put my son's coaching at risk who is in 10th Standard.

It is such a shame that Byjus and its members are following such malpractices and when Customer calls up the Support number there are people who take calls and just bluff the customers wasting the time every day with no solutions and just trying to drag the issue and try out customers patience treating them like usesell people who need to just keep on calling and get deaf ears from Byjus customer care people.

is there no one in Byjus who has a backbone and any ethics left to ensure that its team members do not cheat customers and bluff them. Or is it a well organised way taken up by Byjus to cheat as many customers as it can.

Keeping all the conversations on record and black and white to take up further legally and on media as required now. As it seems that lakhs of parents who have put up their complaints and grievances against the malpractices of Byjus have been speaking the truth. If this is how it is then more parents need to start sharing all their call recordings, emails and coordinations on whatsapp groups, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, blogs, online reviews, Consumer and court cases, everyone needs to be encouraged by sharing the real and live examples each day and every day to bring up to the notice of newspapers, news channels and media. What Byjus is and how they are minting money by taking it from parents and then denying the child training by manipulating their internal out their systems\sales team records.

Bujys has put children on risks for their 10th Standard by doing such malpractices and cheating methods.

The third time today evening I called and spoke with Smita who got her team leader, Pratik, on the call. I shared all details of the pathetic experience I had faced with the first 2 customer care persons of Byjus. I was shocked when Pratik questioned me if I had paid fees to Byjus for my son's 10th standard online classes. This was an insulting question, as I had already paid a lump sum for my son's online classes for 7th, 8th, 9th, and 10th standards together on 22nd September 2020. Only then each year my son has been attending his online classes in Byjus. I told him that Digvijay from customer care informed me about option to select batches and timings for 10th standard classes. Which was provided only for a short period after it was opened in the beginning of March and was closed in a few days itself. Informed Partik that no one from Byjus called me or informed me that I need to stop the 9th Standard online classes from Byjus which was still in progress for my son. I had to inform Pratik about the school that was still completing their final month as the final exams would start from End of March and complete by April end of 1st week. How could I stop the ongoing cases of my son in Byjus 9th standard and then move it to 10th standard. And why no one called up to inform this is how Byjus works (even before the academic year studies and online classes of Byjus gets over. Student need to stop their classes and training and move to the 10th Standard option). Even now after selecting 10th Standard there is no option available to select the schedule nor does it show the options through which the required schedule can be selected. And on top of that Customer Care Team lead is asking if I have paid the fees for my son for Byjus 10th Standard. Where in it was informed that I had paid for 4 years today as a Lum sum to Byjus for 7th, 8th, 9th and 10th standard online training classes.

Regarding my query and problem reported. I am still not able to select or see any option to select the schedule and timings for my Son for his 10th Standard online training in Byjus. (not able to see the daily classed schedule like Monday, Wednesday and Friday with different timings that can be selected for online training. Or Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday to select different timings of afternoon or evening or night for his 10th Standard.

Now a bigger shocker is that Byjus Customer Care Team Leader asked if I have paid or taken even for 10th Standard.

It is a shame that Byjus has dropped their customer service quality being so poor. Is it getting such unethical malpractices by trying to make more money from parents by putting us in such situations, adding to my child's 10th standard board exams and learning in risk. I had paid the entire amount to Byjus taking a PL\EMI from HDFC Bank. Now if Byjus is trying to cheat me or make false propositions of hiding their internal team\members ' mistakes, I will be left with no option but to take this in the Court against Byjus. And start sharing all call recordings, emails trails, payment details and communications that are from September 2020 till today in Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, WhatsApp and blogging sites, newspapers and news media. The entire onus of the repecurtion will be only on Byjus and their Customer care members. It is a clear case of cheating by Byjus first by taking the entire amount as fees from parents for their children and then trying to mint more money by creating such issues for children who are in 10th Standard with Board exams. I have been hearing about the quality and poor experience of lakhs of parents but never realized it to be so true until I faced it today and heard it myself with questions being asked from me if payment was done and 10th Standard online training was taken too.

As I mentioned and had to clarify with the above long email. People have lost their trust in Byjus just because of the kind of people who work in Customer Care and the malpractices that are being followed only to mint money.

Would expect Byjus to get the issue resolved providing the schedule options that can be viewed and selected as per the best fitment I can find for my son for his 10th Standard online class in Byjus.

And Yes. If Byjus is worth and sticks to its vision and moral it had years ago. Then take strict action against people like XX and Hakeem who are an insult to anyone who calls up Byjus and gets them on call. Disconnecting customer calls should not be a practice allowed or followed by anyone in Byjus customer support.
