I am in utter pain and agony with the treatment which i have recieved from the renow company like Byjus learning company. I have taken a 3 years sunbscribtion for my daughter for 2nd, 3rd and fourth standard tuitions which costed me 80K. Considering the email attachment limitation some of you might be having.

No customer support – It will only tell you that we can arrange a call back from the mentor. Have no solutions for anything. Do not provide a case/ticket number for the conversation you had. Cannot transfer the call to the supervisor. Each time you call customer support or mentor helpline you have to speak to a new person who has no clue about what you are calling and you need to explain the issue each time.

No escalation...

This is my second time to msg and mail in complaint cell
Still my first complain is pending from [protected]@byjus.com and [protected]@byjus.com yet not cancelled my order .
So pls look this matter in priority
To cancel my order immediately and refund my money....

We are unsatisfied with the byjus product that's y we are claimed cancellation under 15 days purchasing rule. We are multiple times contact to the team but no one responded for proper guidance we are spoken with sr.manager Kiran and the mentor Komal, they both are starting received our calls but when we are said we are not satisfied with ur products that day onwards no one received our calls we are also mailed multiple times

मेने पिछले वर्ष byjus से beti जो 10 बी मे थी तब और बेटा 9 मे था जब पैकज लिया जो 71000 के मूल्य के finance किया गया !परंतु 01 माह बाद ऑनलाइन क्लास बंद करदी गई !
और 06 emi देने के बाद मेने emi रोक दी !

I have taken byjus study kit on 6th december'18 (Evening). I have indicated to return back the kit on 21st dec 18 by email @ 6:15 am (Within 15 day as per their terms and conditions). I had shared the copy of the email to byjus team. Several call i have made to follow u the cancellation but this is not processed. I have paid 8000 rs. As first payment and two instalment is debited from my account so far.

I was informed that my daughter has been selected for a counselling session by Byju's. The marketing person who visited explained the app and the discount offer for early birds in Mumbai. I booked the app and device by paying rs.2000 online with the promise that same will be refunded if I don't go ahead with the offer. Its been 20 days since I dropped off the offer and have had nothing but trouble getting my money back. Wish had checked this...
