I am in utter pain and agony with the treatment which i have recieved from the renow company like Byjus learning company. I have taken a 3 years sunbscribtion for my daughter for 2nd, 3rd and fourth standard tuitions which costed me 80K. I was clearly informed that i can cancel the subscribtion anytime within 15 days on books and tablet deliveries. As soon as i recieved the product i realise that my daughter will not be able to give additional time to the tuitions. Hence i requested for the cancellation. everything went smooth until the product (Books and tablet) got picked up from my home. Since then my spoke stopped answering my calls and no one is responding from Byjus on my refund. I have taken this amount on EMI from kotak bank. I have already paid 4 months EMI and still be paying. Request you to please resolve my issue. I have already filed an FIR agaisnt the company. I can share the copy of the same. Was this information helpful? |
