Support team/ Cancellation team/ Finance team/ Grievance team/ - none provide you case or ticket number. No empathy or sympathy on call. Cannot follow the chain of email responses.
Byjus has no Ethics / very unprofessional / communication gap between internal teams / wrong communication provided to customers / false commitment provided to the customer /no timelines for solving the issues / unnecessary complicated procedures.
Support team/ Cancellation team/ Finance team/ Grievance team are a complete mental torcher / harassment / a night mare / a complete unpleasant customer experience.
