I already complain against cabbazar regarding service that's not provided by them.As I booked cab through online cabbazar, booking was confirmed with booking id:-428434. The amount of Rs. 1160/- was deducted from my account. But The service is not provided by the driver of cabbazar at last minute. I already complained against that in consumercomplain.in After I complained about it, they provided e-voucher as Rs. 1160/- Now my request is that I don't want and voucher. I want my money back because I don't want to use there service

We tried connecting with you over a call multiple times to discuss about the issue and also to know the reason behind about you not informing us these details on the day of travelling so that we would have arranged an alternative and service would have been provided.
