I book a ride yesterday from gurgaon to karnal roundtrip through cab bazaar, but I take a stop to samalkha panipat i.e on the way for almost two hour and he charges 775 rs extra i.e unrelevant also the driver was rude using abusive language whole the trip and when he drops us at home he takes extra charges in toll tax too, car is of Haryana but he charges 470rs Haryana tax from us, and gharaunda toll tax is around 285 roundtrip but he charges...

1. **Multiple Driver Cancellations:**
On 10th October 2024, a total of **6 different drivers were assigned** for a single booking. **5 drivers cancelled** my booking by 7:25 PM, stating they wouldn’t proceed due to low payments from CabBazar.
2. **Security Concerns:**
After these cancellations, **two more drivers** (who were not assigned officially) contacted me directly, which raised significant **security concerns**. They asked for extra money to take the booking, claiming CabBazar pays them very little.
3. **Unresolved Customer Support:**
From **5:30 PM to 8:00 PM**, I was in constant contact with CabBazar's customer support, informing them of the cancellations and raising safety concerns. **3-4 drivers cancelled** during this period, yet the support team did not acknowledge my complaint or provide a resolution, asking me to wait until 4:30 AM for a cab.
4. **Driver Cancellations Continued Until 11:30 PM:**
By **11:30 PM**, drivers continued to cancel my booking, and despite my **request to cancel the trip and issue a refund**, no action was taken. This forced me to **cancel my trip** for my daughter's first birthday, as I was unsure whether anyone would show up at 4:30 AM.
5. **Rude and Unreliable Driver Contact at 4:30 AM:**
On 11th October at 4:30 AM, I received a call from a driver named **Ajay**, who rudely stated, "To kya ho gya" when I pointed out that he was different from the originally assigned driver. Given this attitude and the lack of support from CabBazar, I was left feeling unsafe and helpless, leading me to cancel the trip.
6. **Repeated Requests for Refund Ignored:**
Since **6 PM on 10th October**, I sent **around 50 emails** requesting a cancellation and refund, citing **safety concerns and driver cancellations**. Despite this, CabBazar ignored my requests and kept sending automated responses, refusing to refund my ₹1815 advance payment.
7. **Unhelpful Customer Support:**
The support team was unresponsive, dismissive, and failed to address any of my concerns. I have retained **call recordings and screenshots** of all the cancellations for evidence.
8. **Financial Loss and Mental Stress:**

We had a very bad experience with regards to CAB BAZZAR. We had booked our cab 2 months prior to the day of travel. They didn't provide me the details of the driver till the day of travel and when I called them to ask about the driver details they told me that they can't arrange a driver on the price that was decided and I was free to cancel the cab if I didn't want to pay more money. They didn’t provide any service & my money is not refunded till today date 2/6/2024. Need to take this matter further as the company is fraud.

cabbazar experience - the worst driver!

I had booked a cab from Delhi- Mathura- Vrindavan-Delhi on 23rd of May'24. The driver comes one hour early but doesnt bother to fill his CNG tank. As a result we had to cross small toll booths looking for a CNG pumps and finally found one and had to wait for 30 odd mina because of the huge line. After that, we reach the first temple late because of the pump station delay. We then proceed to the next temple and we reach that place right when it was about to close. So we decide to get back to Delhi. On the way back, the car is again out of gas and my parents and I were so nervous all throughout the journey wether we will be stranded in the middle of nowhere thanks to a faulty car and an insensitive driver. We planned to reach home before 12pm but thanks to the bright mind of the driver, we went through several toll booths and reached a cng station at 12 30 pm. He was so rude and disrespectful while we tried to stay positive and cheerful. Then the price of the whole trip comes to 4770 thanks to the extra time charges ( completely the cab drivers fault), toll booth charges( 7 toll booths charges) and extra random charges by the cab owner- Ramesh Yadav. Literally threatened me to pay the amount at 2 am on the phone. The worst experience with my parents and I will never book from Cabbazar ever again!

Dear Sir,
I booked a cab for 4 hours 40 km for an amount of 1700/- and odd for my trip to vellore. I was asked to pay 440/- upfront for my trip which I did.
Unforturnately, my trip got cancelled and I called cabbazar number and emailed them also to cancel and refund me.
I have not received the refund and was told by the call center that the amount paid was their charges and will not be refunded to me.
This is absolutely unfair.

I have booked Ertiga car for return travelling from jolly grant airport to Guptkashi from 17 may to 19 may, Booking I'd was 582839, I had received confirmation msg and got the call from ertiga driver that he will pick and drop us on mentioned date, while leaving my place on 16 April evening, I have tried calling ertiga driver but he has not responded for 2 hrs, hence I have complained on Cabbazar app and got the call, executive checked and told that, currently that ertiga is not available and he confirmed me another ertiga and sent msg with details of vehicle number and drivers number, asked me to speak to driver, i have called driver but surprisingly he told that he doesn't HV ertiga car but will send renaut triber, again I HV complined on Cabbazar app and got call from executive, told him the story, on which he told me to check renault triber once, I HV told him that I will check it as per your request but in case it is not ok for me to accept, I won't take the ride, on 17 morning at jolly grant airport, checked the renault triber car which was old and congested hence I have denied it, multiple calls exchanged in between me and Cabbazar executive and finally they told that I have only 1 option of accepting mahindra Bolero which I HV denied, Cabbazar executive has cancelled my booking on his own under customer request without my consent and refund not provided

Fraud company not giving refund for cancellation
I booked cab booking I'd is 572934 from this company today at 7.20 pm and immediately I called their customer care for cancellation. Customer care executive is not ready to take refund request ask to email for refund. I sent email for refund at 7.34 pm same day still I got email from cabbazar that one driver assigned to me. I reverted back saying that pls cancel my trip and refund my amount in my original payment mode. After some time again I got mail saying that now another driver come to my place for trip. I want to cancel this trip and refund my amount but till now 3 times driver got change. These people is not ready to refund the amount though driver is not assigned. They are giving driver for name sake so that they can easily fool the customer saying driver assigned but later on they will change the driver details till booking date. It's a scam. Please help me to resolve this. Their email id[protected]@cabbazar.com is wrong email id and no Ema reaching to them. I want my money back

I have book an outstation trip from Gurgaon to Bir but the cab was canceled by the driver after the scheduled time.After this Cabbazar support team refunded the amount in the form of a voucher even saying no to the voucher.
They does not have any logical reason why they refund the amount in voucher. When I am paying the advance amount from account then amount should be refunded in account only.This is not ethical and logical.

Regarding refund of amount
I booked can Bazar for my trip from madurai to rameshwaram with refernce to booking id 504093.first I messaged them but no driver allocated so I cancel the booking but their system says that driver alloted at 9:48 am and you cancel ticket at 9:49 exact one minute differce after that I told that in app there were no driver was allocated and I recuevd message at 10:00 for refernce I am attaching screen shot than they said you have network issue than I told I will share the mail with same time they said will not give you single money and whole money is ours now. Please do the needful in this as they are cheating lot of persons and also giving threat please stop their services in India. They are breaching and treating the customer and said no can do anything of ours how one can clearly say these things kindly take the matter seriously i will be very thankful for you help

I booked my trip from chennai vadapalani to muthupettai (booking ID 502094) on 23.12.23 10AM one day before but they didn't arrange any driver or vehicle till morning and they informed no one available so the price may increase and it will charged extra when I contacted customer care. So due to their poor service I am afraid to take my family with them so I cancelled my booking. But they didn't returned my complete account to bank. And they provided vouchers for partial amount. I informed clearly based on your customer service only I took voucher for previous booking cancellation but it's no more worth for booking vehicle with your company fornew booking. But they are not accepting which is really bad policy. How they can hold my money without my acceptance? I request our government to take necessary action to avoid others not to struggle like me in last day of booking. Please ensure our national people are getting their money as they wish. Not as per their company policy because it's hard earned money for each person.

Poor service from cab bazar

I recently booked a SUV from Gurgaon to Lucknow. Initially they sent Innova details and later on the same day shared the details of Ertiga. When spoke to them they said Innova is not available (though Ertiga is also mentioned in their web-site as SUV). Cab reported on time, driver was a nice person. Cab was not clean, broken, seats in poor condition.
Problems started after 2.5-3 hours of travel. AC stopped working and driver tried to fix this showing to road side mechanics.
In the meantime I had spoken with the customer care executives at least 4-5 times to get this resolved by sending another car or cancelling the booking. Both these options were not there as per their policy and if in case of cancellation, the entire amount to be paid.
Never expected this kind of a service.
It is requested to take strict action against them as well as to put certain rules and regulations.

Horrible and Unreliable company
During my night journey with a friend in a CabBazar taxi from Rishikesh to Delhi airport, a severe accident occurred, shattering the car's front glass into millions of cracks. Stranded on the highway, we contacted CabBazar's customer care, facing initial rudeness and a lack o[censored]nderstanding. Despite multiple calls, they couldn't offer assistance, suggesting we continue in the damaged car. Eventually, they canceled our booking, and left two girls stranded on the highway without a replacement cab or a refund. It's disheartening that a service claiming to be a leading provider failed to show humanity in such a critical situation.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can sometimes lead to service disruptions and we apologize for the inconvenience and trouble caused. We have already addressed to the issue and we handled the issue on the day of travelling with very much sensitivity and also informed you about a re-booking so that we can assign another driver but you refused to wait or look up for a resolution from our end. You continued the further journey in your friend's car and left the driver stranded on road at this condition.
The above incident was an unfortunate event which was beyond anyone's control and we highly regret the dissatisfaction caused.

They are not processing the refund
I have booked cab from Bangalore to Goa and then one day before the booking their driver called and asked us to pay 3k extra in the name of state permit but while booking the cab their was only state tax, toll, parking charges to be paid by us mentioned but no state permit mentioned. We called the customer care and discussed this issue and then their customer care guy added driver on conference call and that driver sent me fake government proof of state permit bill of 3k. Then we showed them that only 250-300 is the state permit for which he is asking 3k but cabbazar didn't took any action. Then we asked cabbazar to arrange some other driver because we weren't feeling safe with that driver. They denied our request and forced us to cancel the ride and this is their whole mistake and they are not giving our advance money back.

As we've checked the issue, the assigned driver was ready to provided all the additional tax receipts and you still denied to proceed with booking and demanded refund on cancellation. The state tax is only the interstate permit charge charged while entering or crossing another state or Union territory. The receipt shared over conference call was shared by the driver as an example to make you aware of the state tax receipt because the conference call was done one day prior and the journey was to be started the next day so the actual receipt to be taken was on the day of travelling and the booking was cancelled as there was no mutual understanding and no mutual decision was taken.

One the call itself they shared me the driver details through message and told me now they can't refund my money as i driver details already shared and this all happens in 5 min. i am going to make consumer complaint against them. Don't do booking through them

We apologize for the inconvenience caused. We have to abide by our rules and have to follow them. As per our policies, if the driver and cab details are allocated prior to the cancellation, the advance amount gets forfeited as a cancellation charge.

Cheating and fraud of money

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to express my profound disappointment and concern regarding a recent incident involving one of your drivers. I hired your agency's services for our company Director's trip from Nagpur to Yavatmal, a return for a tour on 11/10/2023 which was supposed to be a pleasant and safe experience. Unfortunately, it turned into a distressing and dangerous situation due to the actions of your driver.
On the 10th oct 2023 evening 7 PM. It was personally spoken with the owner of the car that the driver had to be sent sharp at 8:45 am to the airport but intentionally a driver reached at 9:30 AM owing to too much waiting and urgent appointments fixed at Nagpur location got canceled due to which there were severe losses.
Again with a call center person spoken on 10 th Oct .. she had clarified that the cost switched from the agency was to one travel to Yavatmal, which is 300 km and anything beyond that will be paid as per actuals. Our company had agreed to it
Therefore after leaving from nagpur suddenly the client called back which had canceled due to inappropriate behavior of the driver and delay My director requested for u turn and for which he was ready to pay extra Please note
No toll tax was charged neither they had crossed beyond 5 kms.Still the driver forced to take him to the petrol station and told her as a process there was no diesel, and he has to pay for the diesel and took money of 1500 rs which was highly unprofessional and unethical why, in spite of we paying advance to your agency, pay for diesel as well
Later then he got my director again at nagpur client location which was hardly 5 kms distance

After half an hr meeting when he came back, to his shock, the car and driver not there abruptly terminated the tour in the middle of nowhere, which was extremely unprofessional and unsafe. To make matters worse, he attempted to strangle me, putting my life in grave danger.
This horrifying incident amounts to theft and an assault on my director, which is a criminal offense under the law. I am deeply disturbed by the behavior of your driver, and I demand that you take immediate action to rectify this situation. I expect you to identify the driver in question, cooperate with the authorities, and take the necessary legal steps to address his actions.
I also insist on receiving a full refund for the tour that was abruptly terminated and for the emotional distress and physical harm I endured due to the driver's actions.

I am writing to express my profound disappointment and concern regarding a recent incident involving one of your drivers. I hired your agency's services for our company Director's trip from Nagpur to Yavatmal, a return for a tour on 11/10/2023 which was supposed to be a pleasant and safe experience. Unfortunately, it turned into a distressing and dangerous situation due to the actions of your driver.
On the 10th oct 2023 evening 7 PM. It was personally spoken with the owner of the car that the driver had to be sent sharp at 8:45 am to the airport but intentionally a driver reached at 9:30 AM owing to too much waiting and urgent appointments fixed at Nagpur location got canceled due to which there were severe losses.
Again with a call center person spoken on 10 th Oct .. she had clarified that the cost switched from the agency was to one travel to Yavatmal, which is 300 km and anything beyond that will be paid as per actuals. Our company had agreed to it
Therefore after leaving from nagpur suddenly the client called back which had canceled due to inappropriate behavior of the driver and delay My director requested for u turn and for which he was ready to pay extra Please note
No toll tax was charged neither they had crossed beyond 5 kms.Still the driver forced to take him to the petrol station and told her as a process there was no diesel, and he has to pay for the diesel and took money of 1500 rs which was highly unprofessional and unethical why, in spite of we paying advance to your agency, pay for diesel as well
Later then he got my director again at nagpur client location which was hardly 5 kms distance

Luckily my director had taken all belongings
After half an hr meeting when he came back, to his shock, the car and driver not there abruptly terminated the tour in the middle of nowhere, which was extremely unprofessional and unsafe. To make matters worse, he attempted to strangle me, putting my life in grave danger.
This horrifying incident amounts to theft and an assault on my director, which is a criminal offense under the law. I am deeply disturbed by the behavior of your driver, and I demand that you take immediate action to rectify this situation. I expect you to identify the driver in question, cooperate with the authorities, and take the necessary legal steps to address his actions.
I also insist on receiving a full refund for the tour that was abruptly terminated and for the emotional distress and physical harm I endured due to the driver's actions.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can sometimes lead to service disruptions and we apologize for the inconvenience. As we've informed you earlier as well, the driver did leave the location because you were not agreeing to pay all the additional taxes and also was misbehaving with the driver and even abused him. However, the journey could not be completed and the service was provided for the paid amount.

Incorrect cab details shared at the time of booking

We had booked the cab from Alwar to Jaipur on 23rd Sep 2023 for the travel date of 24th Sep. We got the cab & driver details through a message and the same was showing on the app. However, at the arrival time different cab and driver arrived for the pickup.
While asking why the cab was changed w/o prior notice, the customer care executive started arguing, they didn't even realize that it was a security breach and I couldn't let my 2-year-old daughter, wife, and old age parents board the cab.
Instead of accepting the mistake the customer care executive clearly mentioned that they wouldn't refund the amount upon cancellation and on top of that during the telephone conversation they changed the cab details and showed the cab number and driver who was present at that moment.
It was complete ignorance of customer satisfaction and safety. Very bad experience.

As we've checked, the booking you've made was for a sedan and a sedan cab was re-assigned when the issue was addressed to us. Also, the Ertiga cab was assigned 1 day prior in the night and you informed us about having issue with the same on the re-scheduled pick up time because you luggage could not fit the in the sedan cab as booked. The sedan cab provided was a CNG cab and if the assured luggage space (add on service) would have been opted, the luggage could have been settled on the carrier. However, even on cancellation the booking wasn't a refundable booking (add on option was not selected) or else some amount would have been refunded in this case.
We are sincerely sorry for all the miscommunications you've had with us and the driver and we will make sure this never repeats in the future again.

I already complain against cabbazar regarding service that's not provided by them.As I booked cab through online cabbazar, booking was confirmed with booking id:-428434. The amount of Rs. 1160/- was deducted from my account. But The service is not provided by the driver of cabbazar at last minute. I already complained against that in consumercomplain.in After I complained about it, they provided e-voucher as Rs. 1160/- Now my request is that I don't want and voucher. Had booked 3 weeks ago after honestly informing passengers, viz... 2 adults and 2 kids... with around 8-10 bags (small & big altogether)for airport trip... Had booked an Ertiga after "sweet talk" from cabbazar customer care guys... Swindled me into booking with advance payment... On the day of travel, they shamelessly backstabbed saying need to book extra cab & fare would be double... Had to cancel trip, they didn't even have the courtesy to refund advance payment...This bogus company needs to be raided & sealed forever.

I booked cab from paloncha, telangana to Attili, Andhra pradesh in online through www.cabbazar.com & cab was successfully booked with booking id:428434 & I also received acknowledge message that cab was successfully booked while booking cab I provided every detail required for the trip.cabbazar quoted amount of Rs. 3779/-(excluding toll charges) for the trip & this website asked to pay advance of Rs. 1160/- & I paid according their terms and conditions. Remaining Rs. 2619/- need to pay after the trip will complete. I received call from cabbazar of ph number:[protected] & asked me to share the live location in paloncha, telangana after the trip confirmed. 10 minutes later I received message regarding the trip details such as driver name(shiva prasad) and contact number :[protected].In that particular message, it was provided some alternative contact number:[protected]
Pickup at 5:30 pm on 28/08/2023. I booked one hour before (I.e.. Before 4.30pm).Booking was confirmed & received acknowledge message immediately at 4.28 pm and asked me to share my live location📍 in paloncha at 4.59 pm and I shared according to the requirements. 10 minutes later I received the trip details at 5.10 pm such as driver name and number, provided some alternative contact number. We sincerely apologize for all the inconvenience and trouble caused. We weren't informed any of this and after knowing we tried connecting with you over a call, but you did not want to hear us out due to all the mishap happened. We have cancelled the booking and provided a lifetime validity voucher with no expiry which can be further used in future bookings via our Android/Ios app and will surely take a strict action against the driver. Please accept the apology and keep using our services as we will never disapoint you ever again.

Sir, you made a wrong booking and we informed you about the same and also made arrangements to re-modify the booking so that the correct booking could be made and you refused to make another booking and demanded for cancellation. As per our refund and cancellation policies, the complete advance amount is forfeited as a cancellation charge only if the booking is cancelled after the driver/cab allocation.

Sir, if the distance will increase the amount will increase automatically, the amount will change if the locations are changed. The distance, km, prices are auto calculated by the system we do not do it manually and if there is any booking difference, it will reflect in the total fare amount.
