[Resolved]  Cabbazar — Counterfeit Service and not refunding the amount

I am writing about Cabbazar Company. I rented a Car (SUV) From NH3 Bandrol to Chandigarh Railway Junction on 01-Nov-22 Booking I'd 257401 and requested for car carrier as we had luggage with us. As we were 5 members with luggage and the travel time was 7hrs 9mins. The Driver called and said he has received the booking from Kullu. I tried to clarify the detail and sent him an email received from Cabbazar with the details diver denied coming and then they assigned a new driver and he denied it. I contacted the Cabbazar Company and requested a refund they denied it and gave me a voucher for 1390/-( which I paid in advance) which is not o[censored]se to me. This is the 2nd time they have lotted me on 31-Oct-22 they said you have selected 1 way trip and we will cancel the trip and will give u a voucher for 841/- which I paid in advance. The voucher was valid only for 1 or 2hrs and when I tried to book a round trip the amount was twice the initial amount. Please assist me to get my refund of 2231/- (1390+841). As a consumer, I have the right to receive my refund. My question to Cabbazar Company is will they accept vouchers from consumers? The Customer support is also rude and arrogant.

As we've checked regarding your both booking Id concerns, for the first trip you wanted to convert the car type from sedan to SUV in which we had provided you a voucher and well informed you that voucher will be valid for 2hours so please place your correct booking this time which was never done. And regarding your Bandrol to Chandigarh trip, you had selected the wrong itinerary which was from Kullu to Chandigarh. Even though the mistake was on your part we reverted back your advance amount in the form of voucher Rs.1390 which has a lifetime validity and can be used all over India anytime. And this was the best we could help you with.

OPEN YOUR EYES AND SEE THIS EMAIL SEND BY YOUR OWN TEAM IN MY INITIALLY LOGGED COMPLAINT. I HAVE TWEETED ON TWITTER AND WILL NOW TAKE IT TO THE NEXT LEVEL. SINCE YOU BLAMED FOR YOUR WRONGNESS.

ALSO, WHAT ABOUT 841/- BOOKING ID- 256932 YOU HAVEN'T MENTIONED ANYTHING ABOUT IT. COULD FIND AN REASON TO PUT IT ON CONSUMERS AGAIN? SO PETTY OF YOU. IN MY YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN THE SAME FIELD. I HAVE NEVER SEEN ANY COMPANY BLAMING THE CONSUMER FOR THEIR WRONGFULLY. YOU GOT SOME GUTS...
Kindly read our replied message again, it focuses on both of your id concerns also please check your trips to recollect again what had happened during both of your trips. Also we are not blaming you for any such thing but just clearing things what you had asked for. Please check our refund policies also for the voucher concern.
