Cabbazar — Charged extra for the trip when when the trip ended as per schedule

I paid for Rs 29, 283, which includes an advance of Rs 3, 622 and the rest to the driver, based on his calculations and assurance that all the bills (state/toll tax, parking, etc.) would be provided when he returns home. I immediately called the customer care executive of CabBazar, alerting him of the extra charges asked by the Driver. The executive assured me that I will be provided an invoice for the total amount paid.
But, I received an invoice for Rs 24, 738.42 from Cab Bazar and State/Toll taxes and parking bills for Rs. 2, 568 from the driver, the total bills amounting to Rs. 27, 306.42.

I didn't receive any bills for the balance amount (Rs 1976.58 in total: 493+250 was charged extra for the toll for which the driver didn't provide bills, and Rs 1230 as extra charges for which the invoice is not provided). The Driver is now saying that since it took an additional day for him to go back to Hyderabad, the balance is his charges for that day. This issue is raised with the Customer Care Executive of CabBazar, and I received a reply from [protected]@cabbazar.com saying that since it took an extra day for the driver to return, I was bound to pay him extra.

My complaint is that I had completed the trip on 16:00 hrs in 3rd Feb, as per schedule, and nowhere while booking it was mentioned that the trip date would end only when the driver returns home. Both the driver and customer care executive are now denying to provide proper invoice or retruning the extra charges.

As the trip booked was a round trip and all the locations mentioned in your itinerary had to be completed with the expected time and date which also means the driver had to return back within the same date and time because ultimately you are being charged for a round trip.

Before Booking, I had clearly asked the Customer Care executive that there is no option available to book a one-way trip for multiple locations. He had assured me that I will be charged till my journey end date only and did not mention anything about the driver returning back to his starting point. This is a clear loophole in your system.
Even before paying the driver, I checked with the Customer Care executive (won't mention name here due to security reasons) at 16:00 hrs on 3rd Feb (end date), and even at that time, he didn't mention anything about the driver's return time.

My concern is not regarding paying extra amount but receiving invoice for the total amount charged. Both the driver and customer care executive assured me of proper bills and invoice, which wasn't issued.
