As the booking was wrongly placed, we provided you a validity voucher in order to place a correct and a fresh booking as you were not aware about the locations you mentioned in the itinerary until the driver informed you about the same. You did not place a booking and the voucher expired. So in this case a refund is not applicable.

Sir we highly apologize for the inconvenience caused. But urgent bookings and the bookings made in advance differ in prices and that might be the reason for the price hike also the locations were mentioned wrong. So changes in locations will also cost different.
