My name is kush thakkar i m from ahmedabad (Gujarat)... I m running a business of a retail shop called bogo-the sutta palace in ahmedabad since last 4 months... And the distributor of cadbury products in our area (Gota) is shree padmavati marketing... From my first order i have asked for display fridge of cadbury and they said that there is a process of 3 months for the fridge and u should have to take products for 3 months than we will provide u the fridge... I agreed for the process and today it’s almost 4 and a half month gone every week i asked them for the fridge they have provided me different different number and asked me to talk to them... The name of the person is sagar (+[protected] he is not giving us the proper answer even... Every time i call him he just give the answer rudely and asked me to wait for 1 week... Here is in ahmedabad every single retail and paanwala shop has a fridge of cadbury than why they r not giving me a fridge? I want to know this... I will move this complain to higher level if it’s not working here even... This won’t stop here... Reply me with the proper answer i m waiting...

I bought a red valvet oreo chocolate from a retailer named sehgal near kali mata mandir, rishi nagar, ludhiana. When i opened the wrapper of the chocolate it had such a horrible smell. I guess it was due to the mistake of shopkeeper as he might have switched off his refrigerator. Instead of complaining at consumer forum i went to the shopkeeper and showed him chocolate, and he accepted his mistake. He promised me that he will get this chocolate replaced from company. I also got a confirmation call from one of the representative of company that the same will be provided within few days. And it's almost a month now and i am yet to receive my replaced chocolate. When i ask the shopkeeper he talks rudely and say that he has not received the same from company and can't do anything. It's a horrible behavior from the shopkeeper. I hope the company can find a solution for this.

Hi Cadbury Team,

We have purchased the Cadbury celebration pack. We observed 2 things.

1) I Found fungus on the chocolates.
2) Found different mfg dates on chocolates and Cadbury celebration pack.

This is a very bad experience from Cadbury. We can't expect it because we purchase Cadbury products for good quality. Sometimes we give Cadbury chocolates to our child without checking the quality of the chocolates of Cadbury due to faith in the quality of Cadbury products.

I have attached photos of the chocolates and purchase bill.

Please provide the response and proper refund on this. And please maintain the good quality.

It was a gift box bought from nilgris the expiry date was for 2021 and my son had eaten two. Chocolates my son is a baby until i saw what he was eating there was fungus in ur chocolate gems eaten by insects half eaten my son had consumed half of it already i had raised a complaint with the niligris store my son had food posioning and vomitted for two days and unable to. Eat cause of this cadburys is such a big brand world wide unacceptable this is and i feel like telling social media about this i need some one to contact me from ur office my number is [protected] i am based in chennai if i do not get a call i will tell social media about this event children and parents trust in ur brand i

I m running a gift gallery from past 8 years and i m buying cadbury chocolates from the dealer shah and co from 8 years and my monthly buying is around 15000 but they never provided me any chocolate display and any freezer i always complaint them about this and they misbehave with me and tell u will not get do whatever u do after so many complaints they provided me small tabletop freeze now company is giving standing freezer to every shopkeeper from 1 years and in my town every small shopkeeper have standing free but i m not getting it yet and they r not supporting me in anyways. I have the biggest gallery in my town with all the best infrastructure including ac.. Plz help me and send your supervisor to help me..

I bought a cadbury celebrations pack on 15/8/19 from Vashi Sector 16. The expiry date of the pack was on 03/20. When I opened the pack the cadbury dairy milk had fungus on it attached photos for your ready reference. Very bad experience and shocked that such a branded chocolate manufacturing company is providing such a worst products . Me and my family will never ever buy such a third class Cadbury chocolates henceforth. I request consumer court to take a strict action against Mondelez India Foods( Cadbury), so that no more kids/Persons will be affected. Also I request for a compensation.

I bought 150 chocolate bars for distribution which were pkd on 02/19 and are under validity period of 12 months, but when i opened they were filled with fungus and now they are consumed.
These were purchased on 19/08/2019 in kota (Rajasthan) and were consumed on same day. I want a compensation for this as this thing has shattered the goodwill of our family.

I bought 2 five star chocolate boxes from a nearby store and all the chocolates inside the box were full of fungii. Please help me out to sort out my problem. When I went to the shop and asked him about it he is not responding properly. How can such a big company be so irresponsible like this. Those are the chocolates that our children eat daily. Please make sure that I get a solution for this and please be careful...

I bought a cadbury celebrations pack on 14/8/19. The expiry date of the pack was on 12/19. When i opened the pack the cadbury dairy milk had fungus on it. The gems were having a really bad taste and the 5 star had a white layer and also it's taste was different. My 100 rupees were used on this pack and now it is all wasted. We are now so much shocked that i don't think anyone of my family would ever buy a cadbury pack.

I bought 20 dairy milk chocolate from my nearby shop and those were sealed properly but when i opened it i found it moustourised and found some white spots on that just like fungs. Eating that may cause food poison. This is not good for health. I love dairy milk all product but i found white spots on dairy milk chocolate.
Look into the matter otherwise someone's health is much more important than that small chocolate.

My biggest mistake on this auspicious day of rakhshabandhan was to opt for cadbury choclates, i gifted my sister a celebrations box in which 2 chocolate spaces were empty
It was such an embarrassing moment for me
She opened the box and said was shocked as well, it was not expected from such a brand!
You should look into this matter pretty seriously else i'll take a strict action.
Never buying cadbury again.

I purchased 2 cad bury dairymilk chocolate 25g today morning (15/08/2019) from arush retail shop, mugalivakkam for raksha bandan celebration of m son and daughter.

But when we opened the cover, we found it spoiled. (Please see the pictures attached)

I returned them to the store and got the replacement for those 2 chocolates.

I am sending this because i want you to be aware of this.

We always use cad bury chocolates for all of our celebrations. But this has made us to gag and not pleased.

Do look into the matter and do the needful.

I purchased a gems ball on 13 aug 2019 from a nearby retail store for my niece that comes with a minion surprise. But as she opened up the ball there was no gift within just a packet of gems inside. This disturbed her a lot as she is a big fan of minion and she is crazy about gems ball only to add up to her collection of minion toys. Please look into the matter and do the needful.

I called on customer care no but these cut my call. My issue is I took care while eating but you can't explain the reason to a child. Eating that may cause food poison. Totally disappointed with customer care service.

I bought dairy milk silk hazel nut which shows expiry date as september 2019 but i found worms in it. My son was about to eat the chocolate. I my issue does not get a proper solution i will have to approach consumer court. I am a regular buyer of dairy milk but now i am very much disappointed my son is just 4 years now so can't imagine the situation if he had to consume it.

I bought the plain dairy milk chocolate which was spoilt even though the expiry had not been reached yet, there were white spots all over the entire chocolate and the taste was also odd leaving a bad after taste in the mouth, refrigeration also did not help, this was the case with an entire lot of the small chocolates that were bought, around 5 of them

I got a damaged cadbury dairy milk, when i opened the packet it was already damage like some small insect/mouse/cockroach had eaten it.
It has some tiny tiny bit marks i think your company should try to fix this problem as soon as possible, it has happened many times previously. Figure out that problem

I buy some cadbury chocolates and i found them that they are not eatable by human being it looks like the chocolates have fungus. When i checked their manufacturing date then it is 04/19 code a90416b 1 3 it develops a white color dots on the chocolate and its taste is different from normal dairy milk chocolate its taste is not good then please compensate my money immediately otherwise i will go in the consumer form with cadbury dairy milk chocolates i have.
