Sir i purchased cadbury silk the bigger one mrp 150/- from a local shop and when i opened the silk, i was shocked to see the fungal growth upon silk bar.. It was giving foul smell and terrible to look as it was covered with fungus.. The very moment i reached the shop keeper and he told he cant do anything in this as it was a company sealed product and could only be replaced by the company.. I m not interested in the refund or replacement kind of issue..i m just concerned about the company product the quality the brand name and the final product which the end user is getting.. I also posted pics on their facebook page through my wife id but they never bothered to offer any comment on the issue.. Sir i request your good body to go in to the depth of the matter as these kind of product can be an issue of threat to consumer health..

Updated by Rohit Kumar Verma This is sick . cadbury has not shown any interest in solving the ibid complaint. I visited their facebook page ..seen so many complaints like this .the only thing they doin is writing the customer to contact at another email id. Seriously this is the worst customer support i ever seen for a brand like cadbury. Peoples are eating their insect rotten choclates. I feel i have to go consumer court only.
