cag enterprises in cbe — Not delivering after getting money, and not responding

I'm Jeevanandam S, I have booked a Yamaha Ray- Z for my wife birthday on 6/5/2015 at your dealer CAG Enterprise, Mettupalayam Road, Coimbatore, by paying an initial of 10, 700 Rs.(Recpit No: MR-CR[protected]details in appx. 1) and rest by loan through HDFC bank. They have promised me to deliver the vehicle on 8- May 2015, where my wife birthday falls. But they said they are unable to deliver the vehicle. Further they delayed the delivery of vehicle citing various reasons. Further the Loan taken from bank (Loan No:[protected] for 54481 Rs. has been settled to the dealer (details in appx. 2) but still the vehicle has not been delivered to me, when enquired they state that they can't deliver do to RTO problems. Even my EMI of Rs. 2129 falls (details in appx. 3) on 5 June 2015 still I have been told to wait. When enquired with CAG Enterprise, the response of the Branch Manager, Mettupalayam Road, is so poor and using foul languages and abusing the customer. If this the standard of your dealer, he is ruining the name of YAMAHA. If the vehicle cannot be cleared from the RTO it is their duty to either deliver us on time or not to make fake promises. It's absolutely not acceptable from you. I have decided to book the vehicle from TVS MOTORS, but YOUR DEALER changed my mind citing quality of the vehicle. If i have booked from TVS at least the response would have been good and I would have got the vehicle in 1 day. the quality of YAMAHA vechile may be good but the customer response and respect is ZERO. I need a written conformation from the dealer with in a day and I demand to deliver my vehicle by Tuesday, if the dealer fail, I will take the issue to court.
