I ordered a fresh cream cake on 18.5.2021, order no. 18391, for the occasion of birthday on 19.05.2021, I paid Rs. 899/- through Pay U Money with Transaction Number. [protected]. On the birthday date, i.e., on 19.5.2021, morning I enquired about the status of delivery and I got response that the team was working on that. but they didn’t deliver and sent a below mail at the last moment...I.e., at 2.29 pm on 19.5.2021 Dear Customer, We are really sorry to inform you that currently, we won't be able to deliver the product at your location due shortage of services due to the current Covid situations. Hence, we have to cancel your order and your refund would be initiated within 7 working days. We really apologize again for the inconvenience caused to you. Kind regards, Lavish Now I am sending everyday mail to them asking my refund status, nobody is responding. Being 14 days, the amount is not refunded yet. Please help me to get my money back.
