Cakesportal.in — Paid online (cake, flowers, candles, mug)Rs 2,171/- cake was not available and after sending repeated emails, no one is responding

I purchased online a combo which had Cake(plum cake), candles, flowers, a mug and paid online Rs 2, 171/- on 21st Dec 2023 through Google pay.

After waiting for long time, finally I get email from cakesportal.in that Plum cake is not available, pls choose other cakes and I ordered this product because I wanted plum cake..if it is not available they should have mentioned "out of stock", which was not seen on their website.

Then i replied saying, please send me back my money, please refund me.

No one from their company is responding atall...I sent back to back couple of emails...no response from these people, no contact numbers also there.

I reside in Bangalore and wanted to get this product delivered on 21st dec 2023 to Pune address (411045)

Please sincerely requesting you to help me to get my refund back
