Cakesportal.in — Paid Rs 2,171 for cakes/flowers/mug/candles but response from cakesportal.in but

I bought Cake(plum), flowers, mug, candles and paid online Rs 2, 171/- for sending them to a friend in Pune.i reside in Bangalore to be delivered on 21st Dec 2023.
After paying, finally I get an email from cakesportal.in, no plum cake available. I was very upset, they should have mentioned in the website saying, out of stock but no news about it.
Finally i replied saying, no I am not interested for any other cake, please refund my money.no one from cakesportal.in calls me or send me another email.
I need my money back.please help me by getting my refund.
I will attach all payment details also.

Please help me to get my money back.
