I had placed an order on 09 Feb 2024 for Rs.549 and the order was not processed. When enquired they charged extra 200 and then at end of the day got mail saying can't deliver same day. I cancelled the order and the refund of Rs. 749 is not yet issued. No response to any mails or disputes raised....

I bought Cake(plum), flowers, mug, candles and paid online Rs 2, 171/- for sending them to a friend in Pune.i reside in Bangalore to be delivered on 21st Dec 2023.
After paying, finally I get an email from cakesportal.in, no plum cake available. I was very upset, they should have mentioned in the website saying, out of stock but no news about it.
Finally i replied saying, no I am not interested for any other cake, please refund...

I purchased online a combo which had Cake(plum cake), candles, flowers, a mug and paid online Rs 2, 171/- on 21st Dec 2023 through Google pay.

After waiting for long time, finally I get email from cakesportal.in that Plum cake is not available, pls choose other cakes and I ordered this product because I wanted plum cake..if it is not available they should have mentioned "out of stock", which was not seen on their website.br...

Order was placed and the payment was made on 20th May 2022 for a mid night delivery with extra charges 250. Payment was done, and order is not recieved still waiting for my order

I places order for delivery on 7th may between 7 am to 9 am. It is 8 pm now. My order is not delivered. They do not have customer care contact number. There is an email ID but they are and responding when will they deliver....

I ordered a bouquet and 2 pillows via order No.33518 but they didn’t deliver anything. Also their contact number is always switched off....

I ordered a cake on 4th jan but company not delivered the cake and mailed me that delivery postponed for Tommorow. So i canceled it but the company not refunded money...

Cake was ordered on 26-Oct-21 for 1874 Rs. Company was unable to deliver it and hence, it was to be cancelled. Refund was promised in 7 days, it has been 2 months but refund has not been provided.

The website doesn't have a phone number. The moment I placed an order and paid money, I got a reply that order got canceled. Since then, there is no response to my email reminders. I have ordered cake from this website on 02 jan 21 for someone. The cake was to be delivered on his birthday i.E. 03 jan 21. In the evening of 03 jan, i complained as the cake was not delivered. They replied there was some technical problem and the cake will be delivered on 04 jan 21. On 04 jan i complained twice bit got no reply . Still waiting for the reply and the cake...
