I ordered sugar free cake for my parents anniversary and I've picked the 1 - 2 pm slot since they will be available at home by that time in their lunch time. Firstly there is no mobile number to contact. There was only mail id. I mailed them and for status by morning itself. They replied that sugar free cake is not available by 12:30 pm. I asked for cancellation and they cancelled the order. They said refund amount will reflect to bank account within 10 days. I ordered by 27th Jan and today is 15th Feb. It's been 20 days I tried to reach them via mail but no response. I haven't received my refund amount yet. Very worst experience. Please don't but anything in this website. I lost my money.
