I ordered sugar free cake for my parents anniversary and I've picked the 1 - 2 pm slot since they will be available at home by that time in their lunch time. Firstly there is no mobile number to contact. There was only mail id. I mailed them and for status by morning itself. They replied that sugar free cake is not available by 12:30 pm. I asked for cancellation and they cancelled the order. They said refund amount will reflect to bank...

It is informed that on 27th Feb2023, I Ordered a cake alongwith Flowers and small teddy bear under the order No.#51161 dt.27.02.2023 worth Rs.1449/- which includes the midnight delivery charges as I Wanted that the order to be delivered in the midnight of 28th Feb.2023 by 11.00 pm to 11.59pm. But the order was not delivered and after tracking, it was showing pending to be delivered. I had no other option except to cancel it. It is extremely regretted to state that even after sending repeated reminders for the Refund of My Amount of Rs.1449/-for the order No.#51161 dt.27.02.2023 not delivered by the company, it has not turned to make the REFUND...This ingenuine Gesture of you lack HUMANITY, INTEGRITY AND indicates GRABING MONEY ON FAKE ORDERS BY BEFFOLING YOUR CUSTOMERS WITH BIG SCREEN ADDS. The Company ASSURED TO RETURN THE SAID AMOUNT WITH 10 DAYS BUT NOW MORE THAN 15 DAYS HAVE PASSED BUT IT IS STILL SILENT IN THIS REGARDS. PLEASEHELP ME IM GETTING MY RETRN BE REFUNDED IMMEDIATELY.

I have ordered Heart Chocolate Pinata Cake on 27 September 2022 and it should be delivered on 29 Sept 2022 but product not delivered yet.
I have sent email for update but no reply received.
No other contact information available on website.

I ordered cake on 17 August but not received.so next day I cancelled the order. Received the mail that it is cancelled and amount will be refunded by 10/15 days. But till now it is not refunded. I mailed them many times but no reply.

I have ordered on 7th Sep, it was cancelled due to shortage of service on my location. But still now they are not returned my money. not even getting any update after sending soo many mail.

First they said it's free shipping all over India then they are asking for 160rs delivery charge and so cake not delivered

And I asked them a Refund instead but no eply from their side.

I ordered a cake from cakesportal.in but I got a mail that your order is cancelled and you will get your refund within 10-15 days. They are not replying my mails. Unable to contact them. Cakesportal is a fake website fooling innocent people....

Please don't order the cake or any product in the Cakes portal as they don't deliver your product nor the refund of your money. I have ordered the cake along with roses and chocolates for one of my friend on 12th July but delivered only cake and one chocolate on 13th night which I made extra payment for early delivery. On 12.05.2022, I had ordered a Birthday Cake to celebrate the Birthday of my wife. The order was cancelled by them citing delivery issues from their side. Though they assured refund of Rs. 499/=, the same has not happened till date.

I ordred cake on 26 April 2022 with cakesportal.com, order No 37211. Order was placed succesufully after deduction of Rs 499 from account. After 1 hr I received mail from Mr. Jatin that they were not able to deliver cake at mentioned location due to servimen not available.
Late on asked for refund and still there is no reply from cakesportal customer care.
I am sending daily mail to them and nobody responding.

Please dont book with cakesportal.

Cake was booked through CAKESPORTAL.COM.They have neither delivered not reverted back.They donot have any contact numy.Looks like a fake site.Want my money back

I placed an order on 14th April which was not delivered but money Debited R's.653.89/-. l received a mail that money will be refunded within 1 week but till date no refund. I also requested for the refund by email several times but no reply and no refund

Hi, I am Nandhagopal from chennai i ordered a cake on cakesportal website on 21/02/2022 my order I'd 34230, they are failed to deliver the order and assure refund the amount within 7 days.

Still The amount is not refunded, so many reminders sent, but they are not responding.

It is a total fraud site. They did not deliver my cake against order no 31685 and not returning my money. they also charge me extra rs.150 for delivery.
plz donot order in this site to avoid embracement.

They charged extra to expedite delivery which they failed. Aftr writing multiple emails I had to cancel the order. Now, since 16th Nov'21 till 27th Nov'21 I kept begging for the refund of Rs 779. These cheaters have no contact number, no location, no outlet. They refubded the money aftr 11 days of struggle in their own wallet. What the hell. After facing such a pathetic service why will I place another order with them. On top of this I will spread their poor service to all my friends and family. There is no option to transfer the refunded amount to my bank account. I dont know what to do. Its a matter of Rs779. Had it been 30 or 40 I would have left for these cheaters.

Ordered cake on 29 Oct. Paid 600 for cake and 150 for delivery. No cake and no contact. Order number 30347.

I ordered a cake for midnight delivery on 21st August 2021. The cake was not delivered on due time with an excuse of shortage of staff and the order was postponed. But even after a few days the order was not delivered. After canceling the order they sent a note saying that the refund will be done within 7 working days. But now even after 2 weeks and multiple emails, no proceedings were seen from their side. And now even their email ID is not valid. There is no other way to get in contact with the company. I highly recommend everyone to beware of this fraud website. Also I request for some strict action to be taken against this company.

Still they didn't refund my money and now the mail is invalid..fraud site they are cheating and earning money very bad and disappointed

Still the amount is not credited to my account.

Could you please check the same and refund the amount as soon as possible.

I ordered a cake from cakesportal but it never got delivered, tried contacting cakesportal but they have no contact number on their website.

I had ordered a cake and paid for an early delivery, but niether recieved the cake nor are they replying to the mail

My order no #23164 from cakesportal placed on 13/7/2021 was to be delivered on the same day but is still not drlivered and i did not even get any message from them..neither my order is seen on their website...i just got a mail from them regarding drlayed order but even after repeated mails i did not get any reply from them...and there is no contact number or address on the website...i need my money refunded...pls help.
