I ordered a cake on May 21 for ₹539, Order no: 18873..Next day i received a mail to pay ₹230 extra to process my order.. So i cancelled it.. They said I'll receive refund within 7 business days.. But today is June 27, still I didn't receive it.. I need my money back

I have placed two orders on 29 may and 7 june online cake delivery, they have accepted order and next day refused by making excuse of lockdown. i have sent them multiple emails for refund but they dont reply .
there is no customer care support number also.

I ordered a cake from this website on 11th May 2021, the delivery was showing as free. Once I made the payment I got another email stating that they need Rs 160 extra for delivery. I requested to cancel the order and issue a refund. They said they will issue a refund within 7 days which has not happened. Also, they have stopped responding to my emails.

I ordered the cake on May 6th, amount got debited from the account but order got cancelled and amount will be refunded in 7days after 1 month I see the amount is not refunded one of the biggest fraud website lotting the money ..Please take a measures on it

I have ordered on 12th May.
I haven't received any refund of rs 1299 for Order #17519 for the cake and other accessories, it's been more than 2 weeks now.
This is such a pathetic experience.

Order #12709 was placed on March 17, 2021, and is currently Processing.
I have ordered and paid 829 using PayU money but I did not get any replied and not order delivered
Now they are asking for 150 more today to make it deliver
Fake website. I will wait 7 days more then I will raise a FIR

Ordered a cake on[protected] and delivery date was[protected], they sent an email on[protected] stating that their service is not available in the given area and they will refund the amount in 7 days.
And till today no refund is there in my account. I have written lots of mail to them but they are not responding.

My order number was 8712. I ordered one cake & 12 flowers but unfortunately flowers was un deliverable.
Company mail me and told flowers money refunded in 7 days but no money refunded in wallet or bank account.
I sent many time mail to cakes portal but it not replay my mail.
No customer contact number available in site.
Fraud site, it cheats with people.

I have placed order on 4th October for a cake from this website. As per them the cake will get delivered by 10 PM. I was hoping that cake will get delivered but i was not receiving any notification regarding my cake so i have initiated the email querying about my order. No one responded to my email in spite of mailing them again and again.

I placed an order with cakesportal. Thr website says they deliver the cake on same day but my cake never reached the destination nor i got any mail or message regarding the same.
They are FAKE. The website doesnt have any contact no to reach them you can only mail or message them in pvt. So that nobody will be able to see reviews.
So aftr thorough followup and sending mails 4-5 times a day i finally got the reply which states that we are sorry for inconveniece causef to you we will transfer the amount in cakedportal WALLET. I askef them to transfer the same into my bank account as i dont wish to order again. But that was the only mail i got from their end. Its been more than 15 days there is no revert no money (wallet or bank account).

I have placed order on 11th of August for a cake from this website. As per them the cake will get delivered by 12th july. No one responded to my email on that day and on 13th july i got the response on my email that the location you have selected in not in their delivery zone/area.

Order cancelled and not refunded
I had placed an order for a cake on 16th of july, 2020 to be delivered on 17th of july, 2020 with standard delivery time 8am to 12pm. There was no intimation regarding delivery.
At around 11:00 am 17th july, i contacted them through the email address given in the website to give details of the delivery executive.
Later, i get a reply stating that they cannot deliver to my location and the order has been cancelled. They will transfer the money to my wallet on the website.
If they are not delivering in my area, why would i want this money in my wallet?
So, i asked for a refund of the amount and not for it to be added in my wallet to which i got no response.
If they cannot deliver to a particular location, they shouldn't have accepted the order.
This website is a scam, there are only e-mail ids in the website in contact us section. There is no phone number.
I need them to refund the amount to my bank account.
