My customer id[protected] account month-june2017. It is being observed that meter reader has not taken the meter reading of my electric meter and without taking reading sent electric bill arbitrarily and the amount of the bill is abnormally high. Under the above circumstances you are requested to review and send the corrected bill, early action in this regard is highly solicited.

Consumer No[protected] Consumer Name: Mrs.Samapika Bhattacharya Bill for June 2017 has been paid today i.e. 06.07, 2017 through online payment but I did not get any receipt. Cant find a helpline number for the same to address my issue. Don't know if bill paid or not but amount has been debited from my account. Please help at the earliest.
