My consumer I'd I'd [protected]. I have paid Rs.1760/- on 14.10.2022 towards the electric bill for September, 2022 by my ATM card in online mode and the amount has also been debited from my account. Bank hàs also given the information about the amount sending . But still the CESC status is showing the non payment as advice of the bill. 18th is the last day for payment and I am making phone calls to the customer care nos but they are telling the bill is pending. Verified Support Oct 21, 2022 Calcutta Electric Supply Corporation [CESC] Customer Care's response Dear Sir, Consumer No : [protected] This has reference to your grievance. From our records we find that we have received a payment of a sum of Rs.1760/- against the September 2022 Account bill in respect of the above Consumer No. on 18.10.2022. We also confirm that we have not received any other payment against the said bill till date. Accordingly, we would humbly request you to kindly take up the matter with the concerned Bank/Card Issuing Authority/Channel Partner for refund.
