Amount debited but not showing in bill.

My consumer I'd I'd [protected]. I have paid Rs.1760/- on 14.10.2022 towards the electric bill for September, 2022 by my ATM card in online mode and the amount has also been debited from my account. Bank hàs also given the information about the amount sending . But still the CESC status is showing the non payment as advice of the bill. 18th is the last day for payment and I am making phone calls to the customer care nos but they are telling...

Dressing of wires in meter room of apartments

Our meter room in the apartment building is in a very precarious situation with the overlapping wires from the owners meter creating a jungle with the possibility of a fire hazard. An email has already been sent to the company on 22.09.2022 without any response. Please take immediate step to address
this problem before situation goes out of control....

Dressing of wires in meter room of apartments

The meter room of our apartment building is very precarious with wires overlapping over one another. To rule out the possibility of a fire hazard, immediate action to organise the meter board may please be made before situation goes haywire. A mail has already been sent on 20.09.2022 without any response. Please help us in the matter....

Electric supply blockage

Today around 11:30 to 12:30pm the electric supply went off. At first we didn't get the cause of all this but later on we went to CESC howrah branch, we went there for clarification, but instead we were told that there was "OVERDUE" of around ₹3000 we showed the our payments of the previous months and they replied the payment was not recorded. Well even if the the payment is not recorded then we should be getting a notice about this and...

Frequent power outage in my locality

Longtime power cut.

Rude behavior and Denial of service from cesc

The electric supply is cut off for 3 hours and then when contacted to customer care to resume the supply. They are delaying it purposely and denying service....

I am receiving message one after another in my mobile, bearing no. 99***372, that the payment against the said consumer for the month of July has not been made, which may please be checked from your official record and feed back may please be given to my mobile accordingly, otherwise it is most insulting, because I never became defaulter since the effecting connection on my premises....

Units billed== 277 and another m0onth 227 units

Address:140/2 carry road

For june 22 I were billed RS4000/- for 277 units of consumption BUT for July 22 I am billed for Rs1790/-- for 227 units of consumption.

This should be rectified and I be paid back my excess amout paid by me....

I'm complaining about continuous disruption of Electric

Address:9, Bibi Rozio Lane, Kolkata - 700012

I want to make an official complaint about continuous disruption of Electric supply at our premises. Please look into with high priority. Power is getting off due to main MCB fault. Please investigate and look into it on higher priority.
Also want to know the procedure of changing the main power box from one place to another, for that what needs to be done....
