Calcutta Electric Supply Corporation [CESC] — bill for aug 2017 paid but disconnection notice sent in sept 2017 bill

I pay my bill through internet banking bill payment every month. Though payment was made of rs 1710/- on[protected] for august bill a disconnection bill is sent for sept 2017 with amount of aug bill included with due date on[protected].
