are you making fool to your customer, here we are requesting for solution and you call us like anything., , just received a fake call from CESC [protected] and said that He is director of CESC, he needs account no and expiry date. and then OTP..
since i used two way to login into account, he tried with (OTP) way and not able to login into my account, after that within 2 minutes i received a call from AXIS bank saying that my account has been locked due to wrong PIN.
just got another call from the same no, that he needs my secure password to update my account correctly.
when i denied, he started abusing me.
Is this way you people provide support to your customer.
The group name is Consumer Complaints..But where to complain regarding your fake action..
how can anyone trust this website and provide personal information like phone no..
