Calcutta Electric Supply Corporation [CESC] — bill payment not update | |||
I have made a payment of rs. 1510/ via phonepe against my nov'18 electricity bill. Customer id: [protected] As per phonepe, transaction was successful. But cesc told that they didn't receive any amount. Now i am confused, where my money gone. Please find the attachments of payment confirmation from phonepe end and mail communication with cesc. Light post 199/8/28/2/17/2 in Netaji pally Bariaha purbo pata Road Thakurpukur having power flactuation and short circuit due to a tree branch and also road light is not in use because of said reason. Pls do the needful

From the month of November we are not getting Hard Copy of Electricity Bill against Customer ID-[protected] & [protected] which we have not stopped. Generally we are used to pay the billing amount through net banking. It is requested to issue the Electricity Bill immediately. We may count your kind co operation in this regards.
