I have paid (twice) CESC electricity bill for the month of September 2016, through on line using bill desk gateway by my debit card. (0n[protected]. 1st time bill desk gateway was not response after using my debit card.2nd time i tried again from bill desk gateway, through my alternate debit card and get receipt. but after that, i observed my account has been debited two times with same amount i. e, 2*1060= rs, 2120.00. i have also got two massage on[protected] from my bank that, both the amount has been received successfully by us. now i am requesting you, please, "adjust" my over payment to coming next...
