My electricity bill rs. 910/- for the month of november -2018 have been paid twice during online payment via phonepe & paytm app on 08/01/2019 & 09/01/2019 mistakenly.

Request kindly take action for refund it, and may be intimated me through email.

Till now reflected due cesc server. Not to credit back my account back.
Cesc bill for the month of october 2020 debited twice, one via google pay other via phone pay. BILL ID [protected]. Kindly reverse the excess amount.
