Sir, I am a consumer of cesc limited kolkata and i am very much astonished to view the electric bill of last 3-4 years. The bill shows the total unit of 128 of 2 months whereas before 5 years in december 2013 it was 65. I think the meter is faulty. So, i request you kindly exchange the analog matter to digital meter to satisfy me. Yours truly Pradip kr.
