I have emailed cesc on 17apr2017 about the issue that i am unable to register for online account. Customer id :[protected] email mobile and dob change Actually when i tried i see someone else has already registered on my meter with his name and mobile phone. This is my new flat and i am now thinking that cesc may have mapped incorrect meter to my account or there is some issue there. As i don't stay in kolkata city i can't visit cesc office hence emailed twice but no response.
