We are at bangalore since 27.06.17 for my daughter`s illness and there was no power consumption from 27.06.17 till date. I find you have generated the bill for the month of july`17 with meter reading date of 02.08.17 considering 101 units of consumption which is not correct looking at the fact mentioned above. Although i have made payment against the said bill on date, i would request to refund excess amount of the bill (Leaving aside the meter rent which is payable by me) in the form of credit to be adjusted in next bills. I further like to intimate you that we will have to be at bangalore for the next 3 months (Which is likely to be extended) as the situation forces and would request you raise your bills for the month of august`17 onwards accordingly considering meter rent only.
