Customer I.D. [protected]. Consumer no. [protected]. Bill for May 2016 was paid online today (16.6.2016) which was Rs 340.00. At the time our S.B.I. bank confirmed the payment of Rs 340.00 to C.E.S.C. the website shut down and complained of Link failure. So there was no message about payment and we could not take a print out of the paid Bill. Also we did not receive any e-mail confirmation or any message on our phone of the payment being made. We also updated our passbook to check whether our Bank had made the payment, and found that Rs 340 has been paid to you. Now kindly check your computers and kindly update our May Bill to paid and also e-mail and send us a message on our mobile about the same. We have three meters /houses where online payment is being made and if this is not resolved in our favor we shall then take only paper Bills for making payment.
