Calcutta Electric Supply Corporation [CESC] — Double bill payment | |||||
Yesterday (11/7/2017) while paying the electricity bill of atanu bandyopadhyay (My father) for the month of june 2017 online through billdesk gateway, i forgot the transaction password. I was able to provide the correct password in the final attempt but the transaction encountered some problem so i had to abort it. After that i made a fresh transaction. Now after checking my balance i find that the bill amount (Rs 2370) has been deducted twice from my account... I want cesc to look into the matter and refund the money as soon as possible...
