Calcutta Electric Supply Corporation [CESC] — Double Charging of Bills | |||
I, , Tarun Kanti Ghosh (holder of CESC Customer ID [protected]) am a consumer electricity connection providing by CESC since long. Since last 2 years I am paying the electricity bills by online through paytm. On 19.12.2020, I have received a Disconnection notice & bill ( green bill) of Rs. 6280/- for the month of October, 2020. In this regard, it is pertinent to mention here that though the Bill for the month of October, 2020 was not physically delivered to me, I have paid the Billing amount of Rs. 3210/- as detailed in e-payment system, through paytm. In this respect I am enclosing e invoices for the month of September, 2020, October, 2020 and November, 2020 for ready reference. As a bonafide customer I also pay Rs. 6280/- as per a Disconnection notice & bill( green bill) issued for the month of October, 2020. It is shocking that Disconnection notice & bill ( green bill) has been issued though the payment has already been made. Please make necessary steps to rectify the error.
