I have done three times online payments on 18.02.2021 through Uco Bank debit card of my customer Id [protected] against Bill No.[protected]/12201 dated 09.02.2021 for December 2020 for Rs.560.00 due to transection slip had not been generated.

2) Tran ID S99799540 at 12:13:59
3) Tran ID S99811939 at 12:17:37

So, I, therefore, request you kindly see the matter and take necessary action please.
