Calcutta Electric Supply Corporation [CESC] — My mobile no is registered against somebody else!!!

Dear sir / madam,

My name is ritesh chakraborty, con id [protected] & con no is [protected]. My mobile no is [protected] and the same is registerred against the above mentioned con id.

But surprisingly my said mobile no ([protected]) is also showing registerred against con id of [protected] which is not belonging to me. And i am receiving regular updates for this con id which belongs to some ms. Reba mukherjee as i came to know from your bill pay system.

Request you to take corrective measures immediately and remove my mobile number ([protected]) from the con id of [protected] which does not belong to me.
I will surely appreciate an urgent and immediate rectification and confirmation of the same.
