Dear sir, I would like to inform you that, i am one of the resident of 69, garfa main road, kolkata-700078 where the meter box situation in horrible, all the wire is coming out. It is very dangerous position of our meter box we need a urgent dressing in our meter box (Customer id - [protected], consumer no-[protected]) maintenance meter number. It's my pleasure to inform you that as a secretary of our Flat at C/12 Patuli Ghosh para 'Surjyototan' apartment where several meter boxes and main switches are installed bur wires are in a very haphazard condition and it is difficult to identify the parity of meter box and main switch. It creates problems in emergency. We need that our meter room will be dressed in proper way so that an owner can easily identify his/her meter as well as his main switch. Hope you will take necessary steps for the same.

And furthe please note that we have given the letter dated 05.3.2021 to CESC vide docket no[protected]. And reg complain no CC/04/00482/21.
